My furnace did not generate enough heat, so it cost a lot of money to keep the heater on. It turned out that the duct tape in the air vent was loosed, preventing air/heat to flow. Gabriel inspected the furnace free of charge and gave me a reasonable estimate. He then processed to complete the job the next day. Overall, a great job.

Of course I yelped a few places and I had people come to my house and quoted me but I eventually end up going with Crystal Water Line. Ammar, the business owner is super helpful and his communication with me was great! I even referred him to my moms house and she did it too! So I am glad ...he was able to give her a deal! And her house was built in the 80's too! He even brought her bags of salt for the water softener and showed her which I really appreciate cuz shes in her 70's and not trying to have her carry those heavy bags! Good work!! appreciate what you did for my mom. Also the salt bags are on sale at Home Depot so I got the minimum of 5 as he informed me that the tank needs about 5 bags. I highly recommend him! and his services. Hes thoughtful and always answer my text, and I am pretty sure the same questions are always asked but hes so patient with me as it is my first time owning this type of water system. O yes the water has been really good too! so again Thank You!

A temporary fix was installed, but all the pipe was rotted cast iron underneath the bathroom area. There was no p trap so the sewer smell was non-stop. We called Simpson out for a quote and they provided an extremely fair price for two days of work to replace all the cast iron with ABS. They managed to fit a p trap underneath in the tight space. They had to cut a concrete slab, and managed to replace the toilet flange without removing any bathroom flooring. A project that should have probably been a full remodel ended up being only a plumbing fix. The lead, Aaron, was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and considerate. I felt like Simpson did everything possible to make the project smooth and reduce the life disruption. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Worst plumbing experience I've ever had. Incompetent work and terrible communication…read more I was forced to use CastleCare because they were assigned by my insurance company. Scheduling the initial visit took over 1.5 weeks despite having three clogged toilets. The technician, Omar, arrived 4 hours late. He claimed he snaked one toilet, but there was no evidence any work was done. He said the line needed hydroflushing and that he'd notify the insurance company. He refused to even look at the other two toilets, saying he'd check them when he returned--despite being told they were on separate lines. After that, there was no communication for a week. CastleCare and the insurance company blamed each other. The insurance company then denied the claim because Omar claimed there were no cleanouts. I had to crawl under my house myself, take photos proving cleanouts existed, and send them in. Another week passed before CastleCare returned. Omar again failed to fix the first toilet and insisted hydroflushing was needed. For the second toilet, he claimed it needed replacement or a flush valve. He said he'd coordinate with insurance. A week later, an appointment was scheduled. On the day of the visit, Omar called asking if the insurance company had shipped parts to me. They hadn't--because plumbers are supposed to supply parts. He canceled the appointment. Hydroflushing was then scheduled with a "different team." No one showed up. At 6:55 PM, I received a text saying Omar was on the way. At 6:56 PM, I got another message stating the visit was completed and the issue resolved--without anyone ever showing up. After I left a 1-star survey, I received an angry text from the owner, questioning my rating and demanding $3,500 for hydroflushing and $550 for a toilet replacement, out of pocket. I finally pushed the insurance company to send a different plumber. They fixed both issues in 30 minutes and no out of pocket expenses Always Avoid CastleCare. This appears to be a company focused on inflating insurance claims or pressuring customers into large out-of-pocket payments rather than actually fixing problems.
