Great experience. Gabriel was able to fit me in the same day between two jobs, came right away, quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem. Our Nest thermostat had lost power from the furnace. Turned out the break had opened and not been properly reset, once he saw that he checked and sure enough all was good! He could have easily made this into something expensive, but didn't. My furnace did not generate enough heat, so it cost a lot of money to keep the heater on. It turned out that the duct tape in the air vent was loosed, preventing air/heat to flow. Fantastic work! Broken furnace heater 2 days ago. I had Yelp blast out my work request to several heating and air repair guys. Ive been so busy with managing our apaprtment complex, but i needed to get this review out. We had a problem in one of our units, we called a couple of local companies but they were all too busy or didnt pick up the phone. I found E-ffifient HVAC on yelp and gave them a call, Gabriel answered and said he was on a job but would get to me with in an hour. i was so happy because the unit that we were having an issue with , there is an elderly couple that live there and it was so cold the last couple of nights.
