I needed service on my Franck Muller watch. Nick expertly changed the battery and ensured all is well!

I have worked with Hugh at the Scottsdale location for several years now, building my Rolex watch collection. He is always professional and has sourced some excellent watches for me at amazing prices. Hugh regularly exceeds my expectations and I highly recommend him and ED Marshall. read more

This review is about selling old jewelry to them as scrap gold. The experience was fantastic. The person helping me was very detailed and very willing to explain all of the steps he was doing and how he was determining the quality and the weight of everything. I had a little bit of apprehension about selling something that I don't really understand and getting ripped off. He was really great at being transparent and making me feel at ease. The price was definitely fair. read more

Over the years, I've had ED Marshall fix lots of jewelry and watches for me. The last time I came in, they fixed my Breitling watch by replacing the scratched crystal with a new sapphire crystal that's much tougher and harder to scratch. It was done relatively quickly and it looks new now. They've also adjusted my watch bands and replaced batteries a few times before. Fast, fair pricing, and professional every time. It's good to know I can count on Tyler and the the staff at ED Marshall when I need help with my watches or jewelry. read more

I really wish I would have gotten a photo of the before to show how horribly warped my rings were, I've lost 50 pounds and lift weights a lot so they were very bent and the prongs were lose. I walked in and was given amazing help in the short amount of time I was there and my rings look brand new. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I'm so happy I will have my rings photo ready for my wedding coming up!! read more

I had a great experience working with Jesse. I came in to sell my wedding rings. It was a pleasant experience. He was very professional and polite. I would recommend to anyone needing to sell their jewelry to a jewelry store, to come here. He gave me a fair price for my pieces. Thank you Jesse. read more

We love Jesse! Great to work with and super friendly! Remembered us after a year and was very helpful!

I went in back in April to get a new battery for my watch. He changed it quick and also fixed a few other small things for free (my necklace clasp was loose and an earring back needed adjusting). The store manager is super nice, gives great service, and is really honest. He takes the time to explain everything clearly. I'll definitely go to him again! read more

Great service! Jessy was super nice, knew his stuff, and very professional. The shop was clean and comfy, in a secure building. I had a bunch of watches needing battery replacements, and they were done in about an hour. Definitely coming back for all my watch needs! read more

Even though it was a hectic on a Tuesday morning, I got my watch batteries changed super quick by Jessy. They also had so many nice watches to pick from, and it's great that their store is so close to my place in Phoenix. The service was top-notch and speedy. I was impressed by all the watches and jewelry they had for a smaller store (I used to live in Scottsdale and had visited their main store on Scottsdale Road before). I'll alway go back there whenever I need something for my watch. You should check them out too. You won't regret leaving your watch in their hands. read more

I visited their store on a Saturday right before they were closing to get my watch battery replaced. Jesse was incredibly helpful and replaced the battery very quickly for me. He even kindly tightened up the clasp and buckle on my watch band as it was loose and coming off from time to time. I'm really happy I discovered this shop. It was my first time going there but I've got another piece of jewelry I need repaired that I'll be bringing back soon! read more

They are really good at fixing Omegas. When my old Omega stopped working a few years ago, their watchmaker made it work like it was new again! Luckily since then, most of the time it just needed a new battery. I totally recommend them for any watch repairs you need! read more

I came in to sell some jewelry and it was a very quick and easy process the offer he gave me was higher than other places I went to. The employee was very knowledgeable and nice about everything. Also, if you're looking to shop they have a good selection of watches and jewelry! read more

I had eight watches that needed new batteries. Jesse very timely and extremely affordably replaced the batteries in each watch. He also had one of my diamond rings resized. From beginning to end Jesse did a great awesome job. And gosh! So nice to do business with a man so professional! And just down right nice. I will bring all my business to Jesse. Thank you do much! read more

I needed a new battery on a 30 year old watch that had not been used in 20 years. Jesse Edwards was able to install the battery and set the time on the watch in a few minutes. He even had to latch the band for me when I attempted to put it on!! He was very professional and courteous and did not charge me. I would definitely recommend this jeweler to family and friends. Thank you Jesse, your kindness and smile made my day. Barbara W read more

We have been using E D Marshall Jewelers in Glendale, AZ, for several years. We purchased a ring for my husband when he lost his wedding ring, we also purchased a lovely picture, and have purchased several watch batteries. We also brought in some gold pieces that we no longer wanted and received a fair price for them. We have always received friendly, kind, honest, and reliable service from the professional employees of this particular store. Although the store has a nice seating area, I always enjoy browsing the jewelry selections while I wait for the batteries to be changed. Lots of parking and no mall crowds to contend with. A win-win! read more

Great customer service and offered fair prices on all of my gold jewlery. They also have a large selection of items for sale at this location as well. read more

I had my watch battery replaced right as they were getting ready to close the store. I didn't catch the sales associate's name but he kindly took care of it right before shutting down. A great place for jewelry sales and watch service. The gentleman was courteous and friendly. They offer a good selection of watches and do excellent work. They took care of my 78 year old mother's watch, which apparently only needed the watch contacts bent back instead of a new battery. No charge and a friendly smile! read more

I do not typically write reviews for a jewelry store. However yesterday was the exception. I have never exchanged jewelry for money or for an even exchange for that matter. I was so nervous not knowing how this works and what to expect. The gentleman at the counter may have sensed my nervousness. Jesse was very professional and eased my nerves answering all my questions. He offered me a chair to sit down and go through my necklaces and he took such good care of detangling each strands with patience as he talked me through the process. at the end of transaction, I was so pleasantly surprised how much money I walked out with. Thank you, Jesse, for the great experience and I will definitely be back! read more

This Jeweler is very helpful and efficient I had my rings repaired here and they got it done at a reasonable price and were very accommodating and available! Highly recommend! read more

While not a customer, I called them twice so see if they could do some work. First instance they said the work had to be shipped to the Scottsdale office and would take over two weeks. Second call was to ask if they would replace some watch batteries. Was told yes but they couldn't guarantee the watch would remain water resistant after they worked on it. Good grief do they hire high school kids to work this office? I'll drive to downtown Phoenix where I know of a competent jeweler who can do some simple tasks. read more

I just went into this store to purchase my daughter a 20th birthday necklace. Maybe spend 2k. There was one salesman and one other customer. The sales man and customer were not wearing masks as mandated in Maricopa county. The sales man told me to " Have a seat there" and pointed to a specific chair. I asked if he minded me looking at the display case. He said "Well I guess you could sit over there." Kinda had a bit of attitude. I told him I don't have time nor the patience for anyone like him and left. Went to Kays and recied excellent service and only spent $1500. What a deal!! I will never enter another EdMarshalls again. read more

Great guy, was really nice. Shop is very clean and quaint. Also has a nice little waiting area with seats and a television. 10/10 place

I went in to sell some gold and a Tag watch I had and was surprised to see they would not make offer on watch, no big deal there is a soft market right now for watches. Ok now the Gold it was 14K I think it was about .47 so he offers $40.00 so I said no not much money no big deal. So I drove down to Bell Rd to get 2nd opinion. Miss you watch does need battery have to send back to Tag to keep warranty. The place I went to put a battery in $15.00, and there ya go ticking. He offered $400.00 I passed but I was amazed at the cost difference on the gold, he offered $120.00. Quite the difference I would say.. my point is always get a 2nd opinion I might surprise you. read more

Horrible! Tried to go in to possibly sell a ring with my girlfriend and was stopped at the door. The gentleman sitting in his butt watching tv asked if we came to sell, we said yes. He then proceed to tell us I'll be back at 9am tomorrow I'm pretty much closed. This was 5:40, 20 minutes prior to the posted closing time. Horrible customer service and I didn't even make it through the door, we will definitely not be back to this, or any other E D Marshall Jewelers! read more

I can tell you I'm not much of a jewelry person, but I went in to have my battery replaced in my Tag watch. Not only did he replace my battery he put a new pin in the wrist (at no charge) that he pointed out was about to fail. When I left I felt as if I owe them more money. Gentleman named Garr took care of me, he was super friendly and personable treated me like a customer would want to be treated! Thank you again!! read more
