Very Professional. He called to let me know he was on the way, was exceptionally polite and even wore foot coverings and gloves while in the house. The windows, screens and tracks were all cleaned well enough that I wondered why I didn't do this sooner. I will definitely bookmark them and call them again the next time. read more

Quick, easy to work with, and reasonable price to clean our solar panels.

Paul did a great job cleaning our 41solar panel . He was on time , cleaned up well and friendly. We've used EClean before and would recommend them read more

I had this company clean my solar and windows a few months ago. Windows were streaky, fine but not great. Screens were not put back correctly which essentially ruined them. Sent a message to the company, no response. Just wanted them to acknowledge the crappy job they did. Nothing heard back. I will look for a new company to use in the future read more

I found E Clean on yelp. He responded promptly. Viewed my house on google maps to be able to give me a quote that day and he sent someone out a couple days later. The tech was on time, at 7am the Monday after the time change. When finished, he sent pictures of the cutters so I could see they were all cleaned out. read more

Oscar did a great job of communicating from the time I asked for an estimate through Yelp to the time he finished the job. We had our solar panels washed, and bird wire, put around our solar panels so that the birds can no longer nest under them. Oscar arrived earlier than our appointed time he went right to work. He sent pictures of his progress after each phase and when he finished the project. Believe me, there was a lot of bird droppings to be cleaned up . It filled up one whole trashcan. One of our neighbors even came over to tell us how impressed he was with how hard Oscar had worked throughout the morning. E Clean definitely gave us a great price for the amount of work that was done. We have already recommended Oscar to our community. read more

Efrain just finished cleaning all of my windows, screens, and tracks on my 2-story house. It looks amazing! He was professional, friendly, showed up right on time, wore a protective mask (COVID-19), wore a separate pair of clean shoe inside of the house, and didn't even disturb me while I worked in my office. If you're debating as to whether to have your windows cleaned or not, DO IT. Gives your old windows a new lease on life. I have old windows upstairs, but they look fantastic now. If you're debating on whether to hire This guy, DO IT! He's great. He's in and out, gets the job done quickly, thoroughly, and safely. I recommend him. read more

We used this company after getting several quotes because they were the most reasonable. They cleaned our solar and installed the bird mesh around our solar. They took photos before and after showing their work and progress. We were able to conduct everything through messages including our payment. They answered all our questions. They were very prompt and quick to reply. I really appreciated the flexibility. Will definitely will be using them again. read more

My windows are so clean that I thought their was no glass and the window was open. I'm very happy with the job E Clean did. Showed up on time, was respectful of the house and did an excellent job. I asked for windows, screens and tracts cleaned and the job they did was worth every penny. If you choose to have e clean do your windows you will not be disappointed. Thanks E Clean for my beautiful views of the mountains here in Lake Elsinore. read more

I just got my solar panels cleaned for the first time since we purchased our home in 2 years and Oscar did an excellent job! He cleaned all the pigeon droppings and all the accumulated dirt! He also installed mesh to keep the pigeons out from under the solar panels for a reasonable cost. He was also able to install optical gel jars along the edge of my roof. He did a great job on everything. I will be using his services in the future for my maintenance on the solar panels! Thank you Oscar and E Clean! read more

Showed up on time. Cleaned my solar panels and did a great job. I received four quotes as high as $400 but this company got it done for $120 and I think that's one heck of a bargain they gave me pictures before and after. read more

FANTASTIC SERVICE! I contacted E Clean through Yelp in search of an outdoor window and screen cleaning. I received an immediate response. I was in a bit of a time crunch and needed next day service and E Clean was able to come out. Technician called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He arrived at scheduled time and got right to work. He removed screens without bending or damaging and cleaned the windows til they were crystal clear. I don't think they've ever been that clean. Technician finished up and was on his way. I liked that he had great communication and worked very neatly. Price is more than fair and I will definitely book again. read more

I found this service here on Yelp, and booking it was easy and fast! The men came to my home on time, and cleaned our solar panels, and all windows on the inside and outside. I didn't realize how dusty my windows were until the crew made everything shine. I'll definitely use this service again! read more

Nothing but good to say about E Clean! Got a quote that was very competitive very quickly. Schedule a service within a week and it took about 4 hours to clean 24 solar panels plus instal bird mesh to prevent future collections of birds/nests/ bird debris from accumulating on the roof. Oscar made sure to stay in contact while on the roof and send pictures of before and after so I could see the progress for myself. Afterwards, he even cleaned the walkway to get rid of everything that fell of the roof during cleaning. Very fast, friendly, and professional. I'll definitely be using E Clean for future solar panel cleaning appointments. read more

Great experience with E Clean and Moises! Initial contact was prompt and Oscar was accessible throughout the day with my questions. Moises was quick and efficient. He wore his mask and stayed 6 feet away from us. He also took his shoes off when in my home. Our windows look amazing and I am so happy with the outcome. Will use this company again. Thank you, Moises! read more

They did a great job. Quote was competitive. My windows are sparkly clean. Service was on time, quick, professional. Highly recommend.

I would not use this company again. The work was not impressive enough to have to have one of the technicians here again. I had to hear about how he gets yelled at by clients about window tracks not being clean enough, how he gets yelled at by his boss if customers complain. I simply asked whether or not they vacuum the window tracks and he went in a 40 minute tangent about how "they're already doing extra work that they shouldn't be doing". I explained to Ernesto that I purchased the option for cleaning window tracks so I was curious what was involved. He told his trainee that going forward before they start any job they will do a walk through to explain what is included because not all clients are "laid back". They also scratched one of my brand new window frames replacing a stand alone AC. Definitely would not recommend, definitely will not rehire. Too many window companies to choose from. Also, at one point they were standing on my fence to reach 2nd story windows (not professional) not to mention if they aren't licensed and get hurt they can sue YOU for medical. read more

I'm going to give them 4.5 stars. The technician arrived 45 minutes late. He came alone to clean the windows of a two story house, 45 windows (more than half with screens). He estimated that it would take 3 hours and it ended up being closer to 6 hours. The owner (who wasn't present) reached out in the middle of the job requesting more money than we agreed on because the technician had sent him a pic of the smallest window (4 feet above a shower, that we never open) that had an abundance of dirt on the track. Of course the windows and tracks were dirty, otherwise why pay to have them cleaned? But there was no way we were going to Venmo extra money to the guy who didn't even show up and who assured me, before I actually hired him, that there would be no additional expenses added to our cost. If you're going to charge based on how dirty the windows/tracks are, you should be prepared to do in-person estimates, otherwise you get the benefit of your bargain. We had a great rapport with the technician; he was courteous and professional, so we made sure that he was more than happy with his tip. So yeah, the windows are CLEAN, the technician was cool and if you're good with the rest, then hire E Clean. read more

We got our solar panels cleaned by E Clean for less than $100. They were quick with responses and fast with the cleaning process. They cleaned it while we were at work, which was super convenient. The only problem was that the technician left the side patio gate open, hence the 4 stars but other than that, they did a good job. read more

The guys were great. On time, professional, courteous, and fast. Great job and I certainly recommend.

E Clean was very responsive to my online Quote Request, and not only was their online quote quick and easy, it was very fair and reasonable. They were also very flexible in scheduling the service, and unlike some other window washers out there, E Clean did not require a 30% deposit when scheduling the appointment. Yes, that is correct, a window washer on Yelp actually requested a deposit! Other service providers either took too long to respond to my quote request or required an in-person visit before giving an accurate quote (only to find that the quote is outrageous!). Jesse was our technician and we were pleased with the quality of his service, so much that I already referred E Clean to family. Long story short, save yourself time and trouble, and do yourself a favor by giving E Clean a try. read more
