Had one instance where an order was sent to the wrong location, but was handled very well and thankfully it came at a time when it wasn't essential. He crunched some numbers, found it it's cheaper for them to cut it for me vs me buying a bigger sheet and spending my own time cutting it to spec. They saved me hours of work for something that may not have turned out as nice as how they cut it. It took about 20 minutes and the gentleman was nice enough to walk out to the parking lot to find me and let me know. I parked in the back and they brought it out to my car. I changed the specs last minute and they accommodated that too. My buddy told me everyone here is helpful and nice and that's 100% the truth!
