He came over shortly to review the house and gave us a bid to paint our custom wood sided house. His cost was satisfactory and gave us a date to start and to complete to job. The crew were on time, friendly and professionally completed the job as promised. The house looked all new again. Now, four years later after having to remove several tall hedges and bushes against the house due to a fire dept safety requirement. We are EXTREMELY happy with the results of our project! We used Tinoco to repaint the interior walls, doors, baseboards, built ins, and ceilings in our entire home. They also did an absolutely fantastic job at flooring installation of our luxury vinyl plank flooring, as well as the removal of the existing tile that was in the house previously in some areas. We wanted the project done on a pretty fast timeline and Ray and his team made sure that that happened! The owner, Reed, checked on it and determined it was defective paint that he purchased from Sherwin Williams. The CAPPS painting crew repainted the entire Facia board. Looks terrific.
