He came over shortly to review the house and gave us a bid to paint our custom wood sided house. His cost was satisfactory and gave us a date to start and to complete to job. The crew were on time, friendly and professionally completed the job as promised. The house looked all new again. Now, four years later after having to remove several tall hedges and bushes against the house due to a fire dept safety requirement. We discovered some water damage and small areas blocked by the old shrubs to touch up. We asked Adam tor help us resolve the issue. His crew returned to remedy the issue and the area looks all new again. Adam Knowles Painting kept his word and followed through for us. We are EXTREMELY happy with the results of our project! We used Tinoco to repaint the interior walls, doors, baseboards, built ins, and ceilings in our entire home. They also did an absolutely fantastic job at flooring installation of our luxury vinyl plank flooring, as well as the removal of the existing tile that was in the house previously in some areas. We wanted the project done on a pretty fast timeline and Ray and his team made sure that that happened! They kept in constant communication with us and collaborated with us on our plans, budget, and overall aesthetic choices so that our home truly felt like our home when it was finished--and, I am SO happy to say that it does!! On an additional side note, I will say that not only did we enjoy working with all of them. But, we had several neighbors mention to us that they were lovely and completely respectful in not wanting to bother other neighbors with additional noise or issues during the remodel. We took three bids and Roberto's numbers came WELL below the other offers. Well below. One was even double the cost. Roberto came out on a Friday to do a thorough walk around the house. He then explained everything they would do prior to painting. They pressure washed and scraped old paint everywhere and sanded all exposed wood surfaces. That was Monday Tuesday they came and repaired every single piece of missing stucco, patched every crack in the stucco, masked off all windows, doors, ground and wrapped all plants around the house. They also sanded every piece of rough wood there is in the exterior. Halfway through the day they were painting primer on the stucco. Wednesday: they came and got busy with painting the entire house, it was unbelievable! They literally had the entire spraying done by days end. Thursday came and so did a whole crew of 4 to finish anything and everything that needed to be hand painted and touched up. Including our front door that they painted Adriatic Sea Blue. These guys did an absolute amazing job. They did not miss a single spot. I walked the entire house, inspected every square inch visually and could not find one single thing that needed fixed. Their lines were sharp, and they applied three coats in everything, which was necessary considering our 34 year old paint job was like a giant paint done. If you want a crew of guys that know their stuff, very friendly and communicative, and leave you happy with the result, Roberto Painting is a smart choice. Also, they do remodel work as well and we would definitely use them in future projects!

I was walking my dog and stopped to watch them for a moment, since I was also in need of a full exterior paint job on my house. Unlike some paint crews, I noticed how clean and careful they were and the job looked great, and the crew was professional looking. I worry sometimes about crews with teenage looking kids with no experience, that's not the case here. That day I called them and the owner, Younis, came down to my house at the end of the day and gave me a quote. We have a stucco house, and Younis told me we would have to either prime before painting or use a higher quality paint that water proofs the stucco and seals it. I had already had 3 other notable painters in town come out and give me quotes and no one ever mentioned the challenge with stucco, sealing cracks, trenching below the dirt at the bottom, priming and painting any metal with oil based paint (we have a huge steel balcony). Younis, pointed out things that I wasn't even aware of. He looked at the job and emailed me a quote the next day after carefully evaluating the job. To my surprise, the quote was cheaper than the top dogs in town and he was using far superior paint products and doing way more than anyone else. We decided to go with AWA and told him we had to wait to get the paint approved by the HOA etc., he was extremely patient with us and once we confirmed, he started the job very quickly. I was surprised that, Younis, the owner, actually did the painting. He's not one of those spoiled contractors who leave a crew at your house who don't speak English. He was the main painter and checked with me every single day throughout the project. I am extremely picky and we made many small changes along the way. He never appeared bothered and just worked with me to make it happen the way I wanted. The price never changed. He even installed new lighting fixtures for us and really took pride in the project. We could not be happier with AWA Painting. I feel very lucky and don't think I would have had the same experience with any other painter. We plan to do more inside projects and will definitely use them.

I feel lucky to have been able to hire O'valley painting. My husband and I just bought our first home which was built in the 60's and we needed someone to skim coat our ceiling (had popcorn ceiling removed by another company) and paint pretty much our whole interior before we moved in. We worked with quite a few contractors for new roof, plumbing, electrical, popcorn ceiling removal and kitchen remodel before I met with Marco and his professionalism and knowledge definitely stood out. Marco has 30 years of painting experience ( he was a painter apprentice becoming a foreman before starting his own company) and it showed - when I first walked through the house with him. He looked closely at all the walls and touched the textures of the walls and talked about what the issues were and how he was gonna fix it then he stopped at one of the bedroom walls and could tell there was wallpaper underneath the layers of paint that no one knew about! (Turned out there were 3 different patterns of 60's wallpaper in that room.) The other painting company had just looked at the walls and did not care to touch the walls. Because of what Marco discovered, my husband and I removed layers of old paint, 3 types of wallpaper and wallpaper glue ( Marco's company can also remove wallpaper but my husband wanted to tackle the task) and with Marco and Josh's paint job that bedroom is now glowing. Marco is like a Dad that looks out for you. He saw our ceiling after popcorn ceiling removal and told us the job was not finished (we had no clue) so we had the company return and fix it. Then he saw a closet that was just constructed that was done subpar so he said the builder needed to come back to fix it before Marco touched it. LOL. So we did and Im grateful to him for that. He is no nonsense and expects greatness from others because he aims to deliver great work himself. Marco and Josh worked tirelessly over 12 days including Saturdays to make the interior of our house look brand new literally from floor to ceiling. They were always on time, treated our house as if it was theirs, worked hard throughout their entire working hours, listened and collaborated with us on what we needed to get done, and cleaned up everything everyday before they left. For any painting needs in the future I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much Marco and Josh! We love our house because you guys did such an amazing job!

I took the advice of a good friend and had Capps Painting come give me a bid on painting the ceiling and walls in the master bedroom and a hallway. After talking with Reed and getting to know him a bit, I chose his company and my wife and I could not be happier with how it turned out. He was able to fit us in with only a few days notice and he was more than willing to work around our crazy weekend schedule. Not only did he paint the ceiling in our master bedroom, but he covered really dark paint with a much lighter color and knocked out our hallway (5 doors) all before noon. We were getting new carpet and a new bedroom set within a couple days of him painting for us and his bid included coming back and touching up any part of the baseboards and walls that got dinged by the installers. There were a few minor issues with some of the paint coverage, so I text and let him know, but before I could make any suggestions, Reed jumped right in and nearly repainted the room just to ensure our complete satisfaction with his work. We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out and after getting to know him, I can easily say that Reed is a stand up guy and I'll be using Capps Painting exclusively from here on out. read more

Our house's exterior hadn't been painted in years and our fence needed staining so we went online and found Capps Painting, Reed Capps' awesome company. Capps' talented workers started in the early morning and worked tirelessly until late afternoon. They were polite and professional at all times. They power cleaned all surfaces, plastered needed surfaces, trenched around the house and re-sanded until it was ready for them to paint the final coat. We felt so comfortable with them that we left for two days, knowing that they would work and clean up: everything was put back where it had been, even the plants. Reed showed his character when he demanded another company that had not repaired the fence his company was staining and insisted they correct their mistakes. My husband and I live in a house built in 1952. We updated the interior some 20ish years ago to better serve our needs. The old paint on the walls in our den had faded over the years and was looking really drab and dingy. So, acting on a tip from my sister in law, I called Capps Painting. They were very responsive!!! I was interested in a "forest green" color, but worried it might be too dark. Mr. Capps assured me the color would look great, accentuating the rustic look I was going for. Our job was quickly scheduled, and their painter was on time, very skilled and did a beautiful job on our walls. He was extremely efficient and did an immaculate job. I found Capp's Painting from a post on the Nextdoor App. So glad I did. From the very first contact with the owner, Reed Capp, to the final walkthrough of the completed job, we received the best service from this company. We needed a few minor repairs and the exterior trim on our home painted. We needed it done right away for scheduling purposes. Reed originally told us that it would be 6 weeks out...then to my surprise he contacted me in only a few short days to say that they could get it done the next day or two. Reed Capp (owner) showed up at appointed time, spoke with integrity and the price was fair, so I hired him. I felt he was honest, the most experienced and I was right!! The hardest part of the whole process was picking out the colors. Pablo was very knowledgeable on the different types of paint that can be used throughout the outside of the house. Pablo went out of his way to bring me samples and put them on the outside of the house to make sure we chose the right color. I am very overall happy with the final product. People in the neighborhood have told me how nice my house looks. Pablo did such a wonderful job I now have to clean out my garage to coincide with the outside. LOL! I would definitely use him and his crew again.

He has done the painting for 4 family members of mine. His work does last the test of time, that's why we went with him. His prep work is immaculate. He has our house done really fast. He has a great crew! I loved how he was informative on what steps he was going to take. He also asked for our opinion on his progress to make sure we were happy before he moved on. He also helped instal some light fixtures. He didn't need to but it meant a lot that they took the extra step to make the customer happy. He will most definitely be recommended to all of our family and friends. They're quality work speaks for itself.

They told us me need to move ALL our plants, patio furniture and everything else inside. That was not possible, though I did as much as I could. The guys from Whitestone, lead by Supervisors Roland and Henry could see my anxiety and were very helpful in letting me know what needed to be moved and what they could work around. The did and excellent job of protecting anything I needed to leave outside, patio furniture, lots of large plants in pots, and some very fragile large art pieces that were too large to move inside. I was initially told this could take up to 2 week, they got it done in 3 days!!!! Hats off to Whitestone! Thank you

Unfortunately I awarded the project to another firm that had bid the same as Arts Drywall except they also will handle painting the project which meant one less headache for me to handle. But my rating still is 5 stars for their promptness and with a competitive quote.
