When it carne time to do the work his crew was amazing. They did everything he said they would do, and they were very friendly and knowledgeable, too. They cleared the water damaged and replaced the drywall so well it doesn't even look like we ever had an incident. The rate was very reasonable, too. We did have to make a deposit first, and then pay final payment when the work was complete which I expected and is fair. Overall we are VERY pleased and will use him and his services again. He also offered to come back on my day off, and we scheduled another visit. The next day, I discovered that the main access panel on the HVAC unit had been left open after the first visit. That was very concerning. It made me wonder how something that important could have been overlooked. I decided to get a second opinion from another HVAC company. They immediately noticed the open panel, closed and secured it properly, and fixed the issue without recommending that I replace the entire HVAC system.
