I saw his work at a friend's house it was top notch! His painting team Alex and Gerardo were so pleasant to work with. They demonstrated such professionalism. They were so thorough and their high standards for their work was very impressive. They painted the majority of the inside of my house. It is so beautiful! I imagine Adam's is more costly. I've been a home owner long enough that to value getting the job done right. I rely on multiple local recommendations, licensed, bonded experts. There are a ton of shady contractors who don't have integrity, knowledge or the skill set to be doing what they claim they will do. I am so pleased with Adam Knowles' company that I'm going to hire him to paint the exterior of my garage. I would recommend him highly and with no reservations whatsoever. You don't find this level of quality too often. I'm glad I spent the money. What an investment. It's like I have a new house!

Excellent Services!!!!!…read more First, I used Williams Junk Removal because they responded to me in a timely manner. To me, this is part of great customer service acknowledging the person who made the inquiry. Williams Junk Removal always answers their phone. They also arrived on time and with all the necessary equipment. I had an old spa that needed removed but was in a tight place located in my backyard They asked questions when they were not sure (like removing other wood pieces) and they offered to help us remove other junk that they saw lying around. They were swift and tidy, no messy debris left behind and we could see great teamwork within their organization. Afterwards, they also kept us informed as to where the materials were delivered to for recycling and/or for garbage. As I work with a lot of construction companies, Williams Junk Removal seem to be pretty well informed on what's happening in the industry and aware of the regulations affecting waste disposal and contractors meeting LEED building standards. Absolutely two thumbs up for them and I have no hesitation in recommending their services. I will definitely be using them again for any other jobs I might need done around my house.

Without hesitation, David made time in his schedule and completely transformed the front yard before she returned home. The quality of his work was excellent, but what really stood out was his compassion and reliability. It's rare to find someone who not only does a fantastic job but also genuinely cares. After several positive experiences with Mountain Valley Plumbing, I'm saddened to leave this…read morereview. They responded quickly and came out within a reasonable timeframe, but that's where the positives end. The Yelp project included the detail that it was a tankless water heater, but they showed up unprepared and then complained to my wife that no one told them it was tankless. The details were in the original project listing that they responded to, so no excuse there. They left and came back. When they returned, they did a flush of the tankless water system which took less than an hour and charged my wife $450. This is an insane rate for a simple procedure. A simple hourly rate of maybe $200 would've been acceptable. They told her they'd email me a receipt with the details, but they never did which only makes me question things more. Like I said, I had great experiences in the past. They installed my water softener over 3 years ago and they've done service for me in the past at reasonable rates. This time was unprofessional, unreasonable, and unacceptable. I won't call Mountain Valley Plumbing again after this experience.

When Ernesto came out to give us a quote on demo/install, he wasn't overbearing or pushy and it made all the difference. We had contractors who wanted to cut cost by laying over our existing flooring but Ernesto was honest, realistic, and wanted to do it the right way. Brooke answered all my questions and was always accessible at the showroom or via phone and Lori pinpointed exactly what I was looking for after I had struggled to find flooring that matched our style, making sure to coordinate getting a sample of it. Come install, Ernesto and his team were kind, professional, and QUICK! They got 1000sq ft of flooring demo'd and installed in just 5 days. Even better, we were ecstatic when we didn't pay a penny more than what we were initially quoted. You can really feel that this is a family run business and they go out of their way to make you feel taken care of. Our floors are gorgeous and they completely transformed the look of our house.
