One thing I really appreciated was that they identified a honey bee colony on my property. Instead of simply treating it, they let me know so I could have the bees safely rehomed before they started producing honey inside my walls. That level of care and attention really stood out. The quarterly exterior treatments have been well worth it for me. Wasps and ants are a recurring issue around my home, so keeping up with regular service has made a big difference. If I have a specific problem between visits, like a wasp nest, they're quick to come out and take care of it. Most of what I need is included in the annual service. Mosquito treatment is an additional charge, but that's separate from the standard plan. I also appreciate that they don't push unnecessary interior treatments when there aren't any issues. Their pricing is competitive, and their payment and scheduling system is excellent. It's easy to manage appointments, and they're very responsive by text whenever I have a question or need service. Overall, I've been very happy with Atex and would definitely recommend them.

Wouldn't be a problem, but that means that I cannot use the app to get them to do the follow up sprays as indicated on my contract. Instead I have to call in and verbally tell them I need it. Called in, told them, I requested 1 day for exterior and a separate for interior. Got a message that the second request was cancelled because I need to call in again. Mind you, you pay by the quarter and follow ups are included regardless of the amount of times needed, yet because I asked about policy, they decided to make it as difficult as possible to have the service I already paid for completed. The day the rat was caught they came within a few hours and eliminated our problem while also removing another dead rat we were unaware of . I cannot overstate the profound disrespect shown for my time and schedule. Over a short period, I was forced to deal with three consecutive failures from this company: Multiple Late Reschedules: On two separate occasions, after taking time off work and making personal arrangements to ensure I was home for the scheduled appointment, the company unilaterally rescheduled the visit late in the day. This demonstrates a complete disregard for customer commitments and is highly unprofessional. The final attempt today resulted in a complete no-call, no-show. This confirmed a severe, systemic lack of respect for their commitments. I am only obligated to attempt to use this vendor because they are contracted by our landlord. Based on this experience, I would never willingly use this company for any service, ever. To resolve the ongoing issue, I am being forced to pay out-of-pocket for a competent, professional company that will actually honor their appointments and execute the work they are scheduled to perform. If dependability and basic communication are prerequisites for your service needs, look elsewhere.
