Well, he told me none of my vents were screened, told me all the covers on my less than year old home were plastic. Fortunately I had my home inspection for my 1-yr warranty the following week so I decided to wait to see what the inspector said so I could have the builder cure anything possible. Absolutely zero evidence of anything having been in my attic, zero entry points. Inspector confirmed the covers on the vents are metal and not plastic and that every single vent is already screened. I'm not sure what the guy from A-Tex saw but I trust my inspector more. Just to be safe I had another estimate from a pest company done and they confirmed what my inspector said. Very disappointed and confused about what feels now like a scare tactic with this company. I've never experienced a critter situation before so I felt trusting but now I know to get a second opinion for stuff like this always. I'm sure they help people but my personal experience will keep me from considering them again in the future.

I cannot overstate the profound disrespect shown for my time and schedule. Over a short period, I was forced to deal with three consecutive failures from this company: Multiple Late Reschedules: On two separate occasions, after taking time off work and making personal arrangements to ensure I was home for the scheduled appointment, the company unilaterally rescheduled the visit late in the day. This demonstrates a complete disregard for customer commitments and is highly unprofessional. The final attempt today resulted in a complete no-call, no-show. This confirmed a severe, systemic lack of respect for their commitments. I am only obligated to attempt to use this vendor because they are contracted by our landlord. Based on this experience, I would never willingly use this company for any service, ever. To resolve the ongoing issue, I am being forced to pay out-of-pocket for a competent, professional company that will actually honor their appointments and execute the work they are scheduled to perform. We…read morefirst experienced small/medium sized roaches within a month of moving in (from previous residents) and within 2/3 months they of Titan coming out every single one of them was gone We also had a run in with a Rat luckily they were able to come out the next day and set the traps. The day the rat was caught they came within a few hours and eliminated our problem while also removing another dead rat we were unaware of . We'll definitely be using them in the future if we have any other run ins with insects/rodents. Our technicians Nate & Alex were excellent through the process and answered all questions we had.
