They offered me noodles and tea which was a great additional aspect of the service. Not a single tool or nail file is sanitized between clients. They all sit in the same stand that is used from client to client. The nail files are not even given a simple spray! The techs still sit behind the useless glass partitions and wear useless masks but they don't sanitize a single thing for their clients! He then stated that I could wait the standard 2 weeks and then pay the same refill price. Extremely disappointed with the lack of basic customer satisfaction service. As much as I like to support local community businesses, I will not be going back nor do I recommend this business.
