I got to my car and looked in the mirror and there was quite a bit of hair that she missed. I decided to go back in and say something and she told me it was because I had moisturizer on that the wax didn't work as well, she said she tried to wax over it twice. Yet she still charged me full price for a wax that wasn't even done properly.
