Some lovely things to shop there and the owner was on-site to offer info on products and the curated collection of beauty and accessories items for sale in the lobby. Easy online booking. This place is awesome! Definitely going here again. The employees were so friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very relaxed and comfortable. My esthetician Kari was super nice and conversational (turns out she graduated with my sister from high school!), experienced, cleanly, gentle- and very efficient! I really like how she used this tiny applicator for my lip wax which was a lot nicer (and much more precise) than the hefty popsicle sticks I've gotten at other places. Brun is the best salon in Victoria by far! The staff are all extremely friendly, accommodating and gorgeous! They offer a huge range of services including tanning, hair, nails, waxing, etc. They always have great deals and are continuously working hard to stay current with trends while maintaining a haven of comfort and positivity. The owner Monica is a ray of sunshine and is completely committed to offering her clients an amazing experience every time they walk through the door. She truly goes out of her way to make everyone feel special. I also have to do a shout-out for Christine. I recently had a gel pedicure from Taylor, and I have to say, it was the best I've ever had. Taylor was warm, professional, and extremely attentive to detail. I started going there when I needed a place to get multiple things done for my wedding and I haven't stopped since! The girls there are amazing, and better yet my nails last an insanely long time. Krista is the ultimate professional esthetician and Christine is a hair genius (amazingly skilled with curly haired clients...if you have curls you know how rare it is to find a gem like this). This is a review of the spray-tan product they use, and not their service. I have used cream/lotion self tanners and found them to last just as long (maybe even longer) than the spray tan I got here. For the amount of money I spent to get a spray tan here, I could have bought a nice big bottle of good quality self-tanner, and done it in the convenience of my own home, and not had to worry about my clothing getting stained. read more

Oh Brun... As a new Mom I have never been in more desperate need of both some physical TLC and a couple hours in the company of such pleasant , fabulous girls. I was fortunate enough to attend an event supporting a charity that helps underpriviledged children play organized sports recently, and Brun had generously donated Gift certificates to the attendees. I used mine towards a pedicure which was MUCH needed since I have had my three month old son. My husband watched our baby and I headed in to the wonderfully scented and lovingly decorated front room at Brun where I was greeted by a bright eyed and truly sweet young woman immediately. She was NOTHING like the super young, overly orange bronzed bimbos that usually work the front desk at tanning salons. I was soon to discover that Brun is so much more. She led to to my super comfortable seat where my pedicurist was waiting for me. The treatment began with a body melting soak and I felt my sore shoulders fall for the first time on 12 weeks!. The gal working on me was so nice and we chatted about all kinds of things, but she was also very aware of the moment that I went into total relaxation and she quietly rubbed, exfoliated and massaged as I closed my eyes and enjoyed every moment of peace! The clients that came and went while I was there all seemed to be regulars and I can see why. I will definitely be back. The hairstylist Christine was finishing up with a client when I sat down and the woman looked fabulous and I watched as they said a very heartfelt goodbye. Just nothing but good vibes at this place! In my relaxed happy place, I popped up to Artigiano for a delish latte to finish it all off! I have told my husband that I will be going to Brun for Mama's day once a month!
