This is take out place ONLY. You order using phone and if you know what you want then it's ok. They have pasted Menu on the door if you decide to walk in to order. No seating availability. No use of bathroom either. Not good looking inside but my order of takeout was lunchtime special mixed veggies with garlic sauce and white rice which came in one plastic round flat bowl type container. Not really sure how this place has so many 5 star reviews. Maybe they didn't get chicken? We got 2 lunch combos, wonton soup was decent and the portions were a good size, but that's about it. The chicken in both our general Tso's and sesame chicken were gross. It was so dry, half of the pieces in mine just tasted like over fried pieces of chicken skin, I only had 2 pieces that were actually normal chicken meat in it. This chinese food really impressed us. we ordered moo goo gai pan and chicke broccoli with side of brown rice. Neither dishes were too greasy or too salty. It was just right. The hot and sour soup is really good here too! Will keep coming back to this restaurant. read more

Lesson: don't trust ratings when there are only 5 yelp-recommended reviews. Disappointed to the extreme, if I lived closer I would have driven back and asked for a refund. Inedible, gloppy egg drop soup with not much egg in it. . . so much corn starch that it was as thick as yogurt and I wasn't sure if it could be sipped or chewed, decided it shouldn't be eaten at all. On to the vegetable chow fun that was a solid block of noodles molded to the shape of the takeaway container with some bean sprouts underneath and a few snow peas on top. Other food was OK but the meal in total was awful, no way is this a 4-star takeout. I stood by the counter long enough to get a bad impression by the way food was carelessly thrown in the fryer baskets, etc., but on the strength of the (few) reviews I went ahead and was very sorry, lesson learned! read more

What happened? This used to be a very good Chinese restaurant. Is it new owners? A shortage of chicken? For years, my wife & I enjoyed getting our favorite dishes here. I would get chicken & cashews & she would get shrimp & string beans. I went there the other night & ordered these two dishes, based on past positive experiences. I had asked for no vegetables, as I have in the past. When I got home, I was surprised to find a small amount of chicken & few cashews, swimming in about 3/4 to a full cup of brown liquid. As a result of this, both the chicken & the cashews were soggy. The brown rice that came with it was over cooked. My wife's dish was mostly over cooked string beans with a small amount of shrimp. On a positive note, my wife found the shrimp to be tasty, but barely any sauce. I like good food & when I find some, I let people know about it. When I find a place has dropped in quality, I also let people know, so they won't have the same bad experience I did. read more

I will admit to not liking the wrappers used for the egg rolls - they were more like what you find on a spring roll... in fact it was kind of like a spring roll with some pork in it. Not my thing, but if it's yours, you'll probably enjoy this place. Ribs were basic. Crab rangoon - larger chunks of crab (fake crab?) than you usually find. The owner is pretty nice and fun to talk with. Establishment seemed clean. More of a takeout place than eat-in. read more

The members of this family-run business are the loveliest people. They make the best cold noodles with sesame sauce in the area, their shrimp egg foo young has large succulent shrimps, their moo shoo pork with hoisin sauce is super yummy. They give you a huge bottle of soda complimentary if your order is over a certain amount. Their egg rolls and spare ribs excel. Love these people and love this place. Everything always taste super fresh and is served up piping hot. This restaurant is an important staple in our community. read more

If I can give this place a zero I would! We did a large group order from work on Good Friday for over $70 and they messed up on three orders giving us chicken instead of shrimp and broccoli. When we called and said that the lady argued with us and said "she didn't care" and that we can come to the restaurant ourselves if we want to change it instead of them coming back with the correct delivery. Not only did we all miss out on lunch on a busy 12 hour shift, we dealt with a disgustingly rude and non caring woman who literally didn't care that she sent the complete wrong order that we paid for and couldn't even eat. Certainly better than the other takeout Chinese places in the neighborhood. Veg dumps were good, tofu-veg soup was tasty. Veg rice noodles weren't greasy. Tofu w/mixed vegs had lots of fresh vegs that were still nice and crunchy. Only minus was that they forgot to include a container of rice. Also a little annoying that the menu is not easy to read on line on Yelp. They say it's easier on Google. read more

I ordered the chicken chow mein lunch special with white rice and hot and sour soup. The hot and sour soup had a good flavor but was a smaller serving than I got at other restaurants, and had very a small portion of non-liquid ingredients (veggies, egg, etc). The chow mein was not the noodle dish I expected. I called the restaurant thinking they gave me the wrong order, but they explained that apparently, even though the definition of chow mein I found on Google is "a Chinese-style dish of fried noodles with shredded meat or seafood and vegetables," in this region it's actually vegetable stir fry without any noodles in it - very confusing as mian in Mandarin Chinese is supposed to mean noodles. They refused to let me return it for a noodle dish or give me noodles as a side dish. I was willing to let it go, but then realized they also gave me fried rice instead of white rice, so I was left with the impression of very bad customer service. The chow mein itself was very bland and the sauce had the consistency of melted gelatin. Rather than dumping it, I threw it in the skillet and turned up the heat to reduce down the horrible sauce, added in 2 eggs, some spices (pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic), a packet of soy sauce and half a packet of duck sauce and ended up with a decent meal though with more cooking than I wanted to do. read more

I would like to give it more stars because the food is ok but the service is absolutely horrible. I made a purchase for delivery over the phone said my order and gave the girl the card number and the second I was done giving the number she says good bye and hangs up. Doesn't give me any time of when the delivery will be made or how much it was goin to be! I called back and she found out the order put me on hold for a while and finally answered and was very short with me! Hopefully they were just busy cause that was poor customer service !!!! read more
