At my most recent appointment, I had a very uncomfortable experience. After being seated, I was addressed in front of others about a comment that my hair is "never right" and that my stylist may not be the right fit for me. This was not what I intended, and it felt embarrassing to have that conversation publicly while already in the chair. There have been times where I've needed minor adjustments after seeing the final color fully styled, which have always been addressed and corrected without issue. I continued to return because I was generally happy with the end result. I completely understand that concerns about adjustments may need to be discussed, and I respect that not every client/stylist relationship is the right fit. However, I would have appreciated a private conversation beforehand rather than being put in that position at the start of the appointment. The way this was handled felt unprofessional and disappointing, especially given the level of service and cost. I will not be returning as there are many other salons that can do it right the first time. Just sharing my experience for others.

they refused to show me licensing as well. *lashes are stiff, cheap&placed wrong! nisrine lied &said individual not cluster but they are xtreme cluster.

Second visit I get a little confident by the stylist Michael Leigh so not only do I get highlights but I had him give me a new do. Well the response was crazy and the compliments were flowing. In fact a week after getting my last hair appointment I was out of town and need a blow out for a wedding I was attending. The stylist there complimented my cut and highlights. So the cherry on top of compliments came from my husband. He saw all the hoopla so he made an appointment to come to Michael Leigh for a haircut. Well he's already been back for a second appointment. So now we both have Michael Leigh do our hair. The thing about Yelp you hate to share your secrets but since we both have our next appointments already made I will let you all know. If you are in need of a fabulous stylist come here and ask for Michael. Note plan accordingly as he books up.
