They took the time to explain all of our roofing options, answered every question we had, and helped us choose the solution that best fit our needs rather than trying to upsell us. Their pricing was also one of the lowest quotes we received, making the decision even easier. Everyone we interacted with, from the office staff to the installation crew and project managers, was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The office team was especially responsive, quickly answering our questions and revising estimates whenever we requested changes. One thing that really stood out was their commitment to quality. Before the project was considered complete, a quality control representative walked the entire job with us, carefully inspected the work, and made a few final touch-ups to ensure everything was perfect and that we were completely satisfied. The finished roof exceeded our expectations, and it's clear they take great pride in their workmanship and business. I…read morecalled 3 highly reviewed roofing companies in the Bay Area. 2 came out and gave me quotes, 1 no showed. Out of the 2 that came out, I choose to go forward with Apollo Roofing. I chose them for 2 major reasons. 1) they were going to deal with the scheduling of the removal and réinstallation of our solar panels. And 2) Shahar was so kind, informative, and honest during our consultation. He was through and kept us updated every step of the way. When our project finally started the crew were so respectful and kind! We found way more damage than we expected which resulted in our quote going up. However, due to Shahar being honest at the consultation we knew this was a possibility so it wasn't super shocking. The crew was great at cleaning up at the end of every day, which we appreciate as we have chickens, ducks, a puppy and cat as well as a child who are outside. When the project was done, there were a few concerns we had, we talk to Shahar and he quickly corrected and had the crew fix the items. Our roof is beautiful and will hopefully last many many years to come. I am thankful we went with Apollo Roofing and Happy Shahar was our project manager.

Huge projects like this are always nerve wracking, but Nicholas put us completely at ease. I was familiar with his work, as he replaced skylights at our old house several years ago and did a fantastic job. He and his team are true professionals and treated our property like it was their own, cleaning up every single day before leaving, checking in with me by text and calling as needed because part of the job was completed while we were out of town. I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Bailey's Roofing. Secondarily, Nick recommended applying flashing around our roofline to deter damage we had been incurring from relentless woodpeckers. We immediately noticed a marked decrease in activity and now those pesky birds aren't damaging our home. When you hire Bailey's you're getting professionals who thoroughly understand the business. This was a huge value beyond the very competitive and fair price we paid. Highly recommend! Shout out to Xavier and the team for always being so nice and easy to deal with during the process too.

We truly felt that they cared about our family and our home, regardless of whether we chose them for the project. The communication before and during the project was exceptional. Most importantly, the finished roof looks absolutely amazing. No construction project is completely without challenges, and we did experience a few mishaps along the way. What impressed us most was how Ethan and the team handled them. They took responsibility, communicated openly, and worked diligently to make things right. That level of accountability speaks volumes about their honor, integrity, and professionalism. Their responsiveness and commitment to resolving issues demonstrated exactly why they are such a trustworthy, reliable, and dependable company. As a homeowner, those qualities matter just as much as the quality of the work itself. The genuine care they bring to their customers and their craft is what truly sets them apart.
