When we first moved into our home, he handled a permitted electrical panel project and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was professional, quick, communicative, and did excellent work. Since then, we've called him back for several other projects, including installing ceiling lights, putting in new ceiling fans, and checking various electrical issues around the house. Every time, he has been reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient. It's hard to find someone you can trust, but David (and Espy's Electrical services team) is definitely our go-to electrician. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality electrical work and outstanding customer service!

The pricing was incredibly fair for the quality of work we received -- honestly, it's rare to find such skilled professionals who are also so easy to work with. 5 Stars | Exceptional Service from Thomas!…read more I cannot say enough great things about Thomas from All-City Plumbing! Don't let his youthful appearance fool you, this young man REALLY knows his stuff! His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were impressive from start to finish. Thomas took the time to explain everything thoroughly, walking us through the entire process and actually showing us what he was doing along the way. What stood out to me the most, however, was his patience and kindness toward my mother. My mom is older, so I was there to help catch all the technical explanations and break things down for her. But Thomas went above and beyond! He took his time, never made her feel rushed or confused, and explained everything in a way that she could comfortably understand. He spoke to her with such kindness and respect, and that meant more to me than he probably realizes. It's one thing to be knowledgeable in your profession, but it's another to have the patience, compassion, and people skills to match. Thomas has ALL of those qualities! All-City Plumbing has definitely earned our trust and future business. We will absolutely be using this company again, and you better believe we'll be requesting Thomas by name! Thank you, Thomas, for not only doing your job well but for treating your customers like people who genuinely matter. That kind of service deserves recognition!

He took the time to carefully look around and figure out what was causing the problem instead of rushing through the job. I had contacted other companies before, but it was sometimes difficult to understand their explanations, and I didn't feel like I was getting clear answers. Johnny was completely different. He explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood what the problem was and what my options were. I also really appreciated that he explained the cost upfront and let me know about things I wasn't aware of before starting the work. There were no surprises, and I felt comfortable knowing exactly what was being done and how much it would cost. Johnny was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very kind and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. I'm very thankful for his help and the way he treated me with kindness and respect. I would definitely recommend Johnny and All City Plumbing & Air to anyone who needs plumbing or air conditioning service. Thank you, Johnny, for your excellent service and for taking the time to help me understand everything!

We put in an emergency request within Yelp for an electrician for a circuit breaker problem. From…read moreYelp, the request goes out and electricians respond. Nick was the first to respond within minutes...at 8 o'clock at night! We FaceTimed him (after seeing all of his five star Yelp reviews) to show him our problem, and he gave immediate advice, which we followed. He said he would be out first thing in the morning. He was! We had to replace a few circuits that were fried and decided to do a full breaker box maintenance (to prevent this from happening again) because it probably hadn't been serviced...ever...in 25 years. Nick went far over and above expectations. He threw in upgrading a garage outlet while he was here and put in a whole house surge protector at a very discounted rate since we went with the full breaker box maintenance package. Our breaker box now looks and works like it is brand new. His work comes with a two year warranty! Nick was extremely personable and honest. I added him to my contacts because we will be contacting him with any future electrical issues. In short, there is a reason for all of the five star reviews, you will rate him with 5 stars as well when call him for service, I guarantee it!

done in a jiff…read more Sent out a request for a tesla wall connector installation via yelp. A reason why i went with this company is that they are licensed .... which i did double check and they do have a C10 which is for electrical. Also, they did answer with regard to how much a particular job would be. Originally, we had an after lunch timeslot... I requested if there was a possibility of a morning one the day prior... Thankfully, they were able to come on over and accommodate. So that's a plus. When they arrived, Nick was respectful and straight to the point. He pointed out some items that were needed to be addressed... and upgraded... Felt like an upsell but i do understand that when it comes to keeping a house safe, you gotta do what you gotta do and hopefully you get what you paid for. They offered to 1. do grounding.... 2. and also to install a surge protector.... 3. to change parts of the breaker that were damaged or cooked and not rated properly 4. Patch up the dry wall. 5. In addition to installing the tesla wall connector. Now originally, i just wanted to have just my tesla wall connector installed. The price for such is pretty affordable and comparable to other electricians. Unfortunately, with all the other things that needed to be done... the price exponentially increased. Good thing, they offered different modes of payment,.... like credit, debit, check, and even zelle. Since the bill was a pretty penny, he did mention doing a 60amp rather than a 50amp for the tesla wall connecter and making sure that all connections are up to code. I assumed from the beginning that it's supposed to be a 60amp since that is what the wall connector is rated for... In any case..... They got here at 8:43 am and were done by 10:07.... pretty quick and fast. I did like that Nick showed me the issues and also showed what they did and he assure me that everything is up to code. They sent an invoice via email and i paid them via check . Edit 2 weeks after: I have messaged them to cash the check i gave. They replied and promised that they will the following day but still hasn't ... i told them that I would be changing accounts .... Looking back, i think i should have asked for a breakdown of the services with the prices for each. They gave me an initial proposal of installation for a charge of : 300 usd. (50amp then 60amp) Then offered a surge protector for 350usd... Then said.... said let's make it up to code and charged me a total of 2,500.... for changing of fuses and putting a ground .... they didn't give a price but total was 2,500 USD. So i'm assuming that 2,500-650 =1,850 was for all that. Tbh, looking back... i felt that i overpaid...and upon asking around, apparently I did. I should just paid them for installation and that's it. And yes, they did ask for this review to be put out... hence, i'm editing it so that i'm writing it truthfully.

5 Stars - Highly Recommend Dion Collins Electric!…read more I couldn't be happier with the amazing work done by Dion Collins Electric! He installed my beautiful chandeliers and ceiling fan, and everything turned out absolutely stunning! From start to finish, Dion was professional, honest, efficient, and very knowledgeable. What impressed me the most was his fair and reasonable pricing. Unlike other electricians who charge separately for assembling fixtures, his price already included assembling both my chandeliers and ceiling fan, along with the installation. That was such a great value! He worked quickly without compromising the quality of his work. He was meticulous, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was properly installed. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. It's not always easy to find someone who is skilled, trustworthy, hardworking, and reasonably priced, but Dion truly checks all those boxes! My lighting fixtures completely transformed the look of my home, giving it a beautiful, modern, and elegant touch. I absolutely love the results! If you're looking for a reliable electrician who delivers excellent workmanship, honest service, and fair pricing, I highly recommend Dion Collins Electric! Thank you so much, Dion, for your outstanding work! I will definitely be calling you again for future electrical projects and recommending you to my family and friends. 10/10 service!
