This place is a gem. Found out about it from a seller on Craigslist while searching for a vehicle. I called and spoke to Tracy. Very knowledgeable and professional. She explained for the car in question, a Lexus, they use original parts. They have a deal where you pay $100 and can inspect as many cars as you want prior to purchase. They even can accommodate you with a 2h window. This is huge, everywhere else I checked it takes days or weeks to schedule! Found a vehicle and took it for an inspection with about a 1h notice. Bela, the owner, is a great guy. We took the car for a ride and he was taking notes on what needs to be fixed and how much it would cost. He advised me to pass on that car and keep looking. FINALLY, FOR ONCE IN MY LIFE. Yes, I am one of the lucky few. That person that can never catch a break. And I mean NEVER. My life experiences are those of legend... most of which people respond to with, "You couldn't even make shit like that up." Well, going along with the theme of the past, oh lets say, EVERY DAY of my life, a few months ago my car has an electrical short in the middle of the night and burned to the ground, completely gutted, all while I slept like a baby. Well, being as you now have a background to my predicament, I had to scrape the funds together to buy a used car rather quickly. Enter from stage left... Dynamic Imports. I bought the car from a private seller, and so I took the car to a shop in Mesa to be looked at. Decent enough guys, but lets just say... not in my price range. I decided to call around, recently moving to the area, so I didn't have a clue where to start. THANK GOD I CALLED BELA! When he answered the phone he was polite, and called me by my first name. 2 points. Not only that, but he was able to quote me 200- 900 dollars less than any other shop in the Phoenix area, AND able to do it that day. When I took my car in, I was THRILLED. It was done in less time, for less money, and with more new parts than he even quoted to begin with. THAT IS UNHEARD OF. I was not charged a single fee over what I was told, and he treated me like he would treat a family member. His staff was AWESOME and when I looked in the repair bay, there was every kind of import in every kind of price range being treated with just as much care. I now have a perfectly running 2001 VW GTI 1.8T with 96,000 miles on it that was just as well cared for as the 2011 BMW 7 Series sitting next to it. Just because it isn't new, doesn't mean it isn't new to me. YES...!!!! An HONEST, efficient and polite car repair shop...!!! I was having electrical/battery issues with my Mercedes Benz; had the battery charged, then tested at AutoZone, where I was told my Alternator was DONE. A friend sent me to Dynamic Imports - they let me drop my car off right away, and even though I told them, "No Rush", Bela called the next day (4 work hours later) to let me know they ran diagnostics on my car and the alternator is absolutely fine - I had just bought a bunk battery. We were convinced we needed a new alternator and were totally prepared for that, but rather than sell me an unnecessary repair (and make the shop some extra $), Bela was honest about the car. He suggested I fight to return the faulty battery (it's 4 mos old) and DI offers a far superior battery with a "no questions asked" warranty. I'll be taking my car - and my husband's - to DI from now on! read more

Don't go to these people unless you want to pay for unnecessary work. They didn't fix a noise I brought to them and upon picking up my car after the repair, Bella says it could be the starter that needs to be replaced. Well I asked him why he didn't test it. So before I took a half day vacation to return for Bella to replace the starter and spend another $350-$400, I went to AutoZone to get it tested. It took 10 minutes to find out it is working fine. I thought they did a good on on my brakes but I won't go back to a business who takes advantage of women who don't know much about cars and relies in others for their expertise. Especially around Christmas to steal others money... despicable! read more

After searching for a reliable place to do timing belt replacement on my Accura Integra, I came across Dynamic Imports. I chose this place after reading great reviews posted by previous customers and also the cost to replace the timing belt is cheaper compared to the two other places I called. I must say Dynamic Imports provides an impeccable customer services. They are friendly, sincere and honest people who put customer satisfaction above everything. The current owner, Bela, and the former owner, Zak, both did a fantastic job in making sure that my car was done on time. Since I had to leave the car there for 4 hours, Zak gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was done (they would also pay for the rental car if needed.) I have not been able to use the radio/stereo in the car for over a year when the battery was disconnected; it requires a serial number and a code to reactivate the radio. Other places would charge $60-80 to retrieve the serial number as I had misplaced the serial number so unable to obtain the code from the dealer. Bela was so nice in which he spent an extra hour taking out the radio to look for the serial number and called up the dealer to activate the radio for me free of charge!!! This is a superb customer service! I am so glad that I found Dynamic Imports. From now on, I will only bring my car to Dynamic Imports. I highly recommend this place because they don't try to rip you off or insist on doing unnecessary stuff, but only fix what is needed and is best for your car. To all the women, you should feel very comfortable to have this place service your car without any qualms. I am sure the men will love this place as well. This one goes out to Bella and Marcos at Dynamic. My car was due for emissions and I had a check engine light, so I decided to pay them a visit for the second time (first time was a balancing/tire rotation) to asses what the issue was and get it repaired. Turns out it was a bad thermostat. The cost of the repair was fair. From my previous experiences at other auto shops, they normally do the job and send you packing. Well, after the repair, Bella went ahead and checked my car for emissions readiness and it wasn't. At this point the customer service level went above and beyond anything I could've expected - Bella offered me to come back every day before work so he can check the codes and find out if it was ready... In which case, one week later, my car STILL wasn't clearing the last code needed to pass. (I have a 2001 Toyota Camry). Finally, today, my day off, I went back to the shop after a couple days of not going in expecting when I showed up to be good to go. Well, it still hadn't. THEN Bella decided give me his ODB Monitor to take with me to drive aimlessly to see if I could get it to clear.... FINALLY! SUCCESS!! And it was all thanks to him and his staff over at Dynamic Imports for their extreme customer service. I'm posting this waiting in line at emissions so I can finally pass and reregister my car. If you are reading this review you already know that it is extremely difficult to find a reputable shop. I can tell you right now Bella and his team are absolutely first class. What are some ways they are first class? Competitive pricing, kind and professional, thorough, and most importantly honest. I have been to BMW of North Scottsdale, Chapman BMW, AZ Bimmer Motor Works, and Tuning Gruppe. For obvious reasons, BMW stealerships are way too expensive. AZ Bimmer Motor Works is ok but are still expensive too expensive. Tuning Gruppe has an issue with punctuality/scheduling since they didn't even show up to my scheduled appointment. I have taken 3 of my modified BMW's (2009 335, 2011 X3, and 2016 340) to Bella and I will not take them anywhere else. Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed. read more

I had a great experience with Bela and Dynamic Imports. I contacted them to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used car that I was interested in purchasing. I called up the day before and they were able to get me in at a time that was convenient for me. The dealership dropped off the car the next day and I drove over while the inspection was in process. Bela took me through all the details of the car - even allowed me in the garage to look up underneath the car while it was on the rack - and was very thorough as he looked for trouble spots. Bela is extremely knowledgeable about cars, along with being very friendly and customer-service oriented. On top of offering a great service at a reasonable price, he also told me that if I didn't end up purchasing this car, I could bring back other cars for inspection for free until I found the one I wanted. That's an exceptional deal - one I doubt you would find anywhere else. Above and beyond! Though I didn't have Bela do any actual work on my car and can't report on his efficacy in that regard, if I lived in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to take my car back to him for service or repair. Bella diagnose the problem and fixed the issues that could be fixed immediately. He also gave me an option of calling my mechanic here in California to discuss his findings. He fixed the problem that needed an immediate fix. Bela sent me home with a written receipt of his diagnostic findings.
