Needed better production from my solar panels and was happy to get 5 more installed. It took a long time to get the excellent service, but that's because the person helping me originally was terrible. They were fired for being negligent. The new person was exceptional! Called Customer Service desk as was attended by Jhoni. I had been promised requested information to be delivered by email during the week of Thanksgiving but I either did not receive it or at best was unable to locate the email in any of the trash, spam or quarantine folders of the Exchange. Jhoni was able to confirm the emails transmission and offered to re-send the information to an email address of my choosing. I received the requested information real-time while on the call and this completely resolved my issue. Jhoni was pleasant to work with and appeared authentically sympathetic to my concerns. read more

I got a call from this company for setting up an energy assessment and figured that wouldn't be a bad idea to see how I could improve the efficiency of my home. It ended up just being a complete sales pitch for joining a virtual power plant and installing solar and batteries. I mentioned to the sales guy at the beginning that I was not interested in solar until I complete a major house renovation and had already considered solar, but didn't want to cut my trees until then. That still didn't stop him from trying to get my to sign up and start inspections of my house which I mentioned many times I was not interested in since I plan to do a major remodel before then. I just wanted to get the energy assessment and see what energy improvements my house may need, but the original phone call never even mentioned the virtual power plant which is what they are selling. I wasted way over an hour of my time with their sales rep and I just wanted to get the quote and info they put together when I was there, but never sent. Once he left, then some other sales guy called trying to see what else could be done, but I told him I am not interested in solar and he decided to raise his voice at me on the phone call and I ended it there. I have no onterest of ever dealing with this company or what their pushy sales people want me to sign up for that day. $220 a month for 25 years would have been $66k out of my pocket and they would make any extra money off excess energy production. Their goal is maximizing commercial tax credits, but I want tax credits for consumers as it is. I will reach out to a solar company myself when I decide to get solar. This won't be who I call. read more

Do NOT believe these people when they say they are "partnering" with CenterPoint Energy. This is what they claimed to us under the ruse of checking the accuracy of our bill against the display on our electric meter. They are in NO WAY partnered nor are they affiliated with any utility company or governmental agency. While I was not at home, a rep from Dynamic EcoHome called and spoke with my husband. He claimed they were partnering with CP Energy and wanted to validate that our meter reading reflected what we were being charged. Since I was not home and all of our utilities are billed electronically, my husband could not produce a paper bill for the rep to "compare." He did, however, make an appointment to come to the house, scheduling to arrive around the time that I was expected to be home. Prior to my return, the rep arrived, again said he was partnering with CP Energy and wanted to check the efficiency of a variety of items in our house: our a/c unit, attic insulation, our windows. [I was absolutely furious when I discovered that the rep had done this.] When I got home, I immediately asked "So you're with CP Energy?" I was told they were PARTNERING with CP Energy in order to help homes become more energy efficient and thus reduce the strain on the electrical grid. Asked again: "Are you with CP Energy?" and he finally admitted "No." He was in the middle of fiddling on his computer when I walked in, with the deception of determining if we qualified for a federally-funded program to replace all of the windows in our house. I knew right then this was a sales pitch. I grew agitated and I'm sure I presented myself as very rude. Well, no worries on my end on that one, because this guy had my husband totally convinced that we would qualify for an entire-home window replacement! The more I pressed him, the more it became obvious that they were trying very, very hard to sell something. After balking about his presence, he finally stated that our windows are "very efficient" - even though I know damn well that some of them have small gaps that result in drafts since they are the original single-pane windows from when the house was built nearly 40 years ago. Once he said that, I KNEW. I KNEW for sure that this was a hard-sell scam. I continued to challenge everything this sales rep said, and truthfully it appeared to be much to the horror of my husband (who I guess also thought I was being incredibly rude). I stated very plainly that if I needed tree work, I would call my tree guys and not use someone who came knocking at my door; same is true if I needed a new roof, I would go to a reputable roofer I've used and not someone calling me on the phone, fishing for customers. I guess he finally got the message, packed up his stuff and left. I promptly looked up this company on the web: multiple complaints registered with the Houston Better Business Bureau. I also walked around my house to make sure that nothing was taken or disturbed since I had such a negative feeling about his presence. What a crappy way to do business: Lie and deceive in order to get in the door, rope in your potential customer with deceptive statements and the possibility of qualification for a federally-funded program, and prove that you're an idiot regarding the current condition of portions of a structure that you supposedly inspected. Pfft! That's an hour of my life that I'll never get back thanks to Dynamic EcoHome. read more

The initial install was just fine and the communication was excellent. However, the windows came without screens and I can't get anyone to tell me when the screens will show up. Also ordered the battery backup system and after the initial exchange and order, I have heard nothing more and it has been over three months for both. Can't get an email reply or a return phone call despite multiple attempts. read more

Called to report a couple of solar panels not reporting. was walked through the process of resetting the panels. Then referred the problem to technical support who was able to solve the problem. Customer support was very helpful and pleasant to deal with the issue. read more

BEWARE OF DYNAMIC SLR/DYNAMIC ECOHOME There are many lawsuits against this company. Here is my experience. Look at yelp reviews as well. They replaced the breaker box then left a 2 foot by 2 foot section of the brick removed where framing was exposed to the elements. It took several visits and over two weeks to get this resolved. They did not properly label the breakers after this and I still don't know what two of them go to. They replaced the HVAC and the air handler is not mounted. Where the air blows from the inside unit is not sealed to where it meets the ducts and the heated and cooled air has been leaking since they installed the equipment this summer. It was also not sealed to the base it sits on, creating more leaks and instability. When they installed the new HVAC, the heating portion was not wired to receive power and we found that out the hard way when the ice storm hit. The house got into the forties at night. Luckily another contractor was brave enough to drive some heaters out to us with a cord of firewood and we were able to stay somewhat warm. When I called to tell Dynamic the install was done incorrectly they sent out a technician Monday, Jan 26 and said they'd reimburse us for supplemental heating costs from the other contractor. theory technician told me how terrible the installers did and that a team of people would be back Thursday Jan 29 to fix everything. No one showed up, no one called. We called the support line Friday Jan 30 and they said they received the order but didn't dispatch anyone. They stated someone else will come out Monday, today, Feb 2. No one came. I spoke to two supervisors today that said to share the invoice and it would be reimbursed. One of them told me it was too high and they might not reimburse everything. We wouldn't be here if they installed it correctly the first time. Not to mention all of the wasted energy cooling and heating the house, they have caused us a lot of trouble. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They installers also spent a lot of time hitting on my girlfriend. All around this company is absolutely terrible. read more

I recently had my entire HVAC system replaced by Dynamic EcoHome and, a few months later, experienced an unexpected issue that caused the automatic drain shutoff to repeatedly trigger. I contacted Dynamic for assistance and was supported by Ana and Bryce from start to finish. They both approached the situation with empathy and professionalism, promptly addressing my concerns, and ensuring the issue was resolved in a timely manner. Ana also followed up afterward to confirm everything was working properly and that my expectations were met. Dynamic EcoHome installed panels to my house in 2021. My electric company shut off my solar panels due to a burnt wire discovered. I had requested service and they stated that I live outside their service area. Why in the world would you install OUTSIDE OF YOUR SERVICE AREA?!?! Now they want me to hire an electrician and they will reimburse me for the quote given. I call an electrician that they recommended to reach out to and the electrician stated that they will not touch it because they didn't install it! I highly DO NOT recommend them for solar service. Forgot to mention that they are not willing to "go outside their service area" unless my roof needs to be replaced - then they are happy to come out and charge me $200 per panel to remove and reinstall... so my warranty concerns are if none of their concerns but if I pay them (which I technically already have through install). The electricity company that was suggested that has a buy back program would not work with me because I was going to have a battery. After a few weeks found out the battery company would not work with me if the panels were rented. Then I had to go back and start looking for a new electricity company over again. The ONLY person who has worked with me through this entire mess is a Supervisor in Customer Service. She is the only person I have felt listened to me and took my concerns seriously. If I had to do it again, I would not purchase through this company. I got a rental solar system through this company and it has been a nightmare. DISINGENUOUS COMPANY! The windows (Burris Windows) and installation by Home Gear Installations (subcontracted by Dynamic SLR) were amazing. I HIGHLY recommend both companies for your windows and installations. However, the rest of the experience with Dynamic SLR is not favorable, and I find the company disingenuous. If they show up to your door, particularly if the individual is Adam Al-Asad, turn them away. Much of the benefits they describe to you in person, and then you sign off on there digital platform, you do not get copies of. I would get everything in writing, with provided copies, before committing. (Definitely MY mistake - a learning for me!) They are very good at trying to drive the sale upon their initial visit without this documentation. Examples of what I have experienced: 1) Electric Bill - Being told by Adam that if I received an electric bill I could submit it each month and D.SLR would cover the difference. False. They corrected me with an email response, after I received a bill after the first month. On an annual basis if the system falls short of the solar system rating, minus 10%, they would cover any difference. This is much different and more detail than what was explained on the solar system pitch. Therefore, very unlikely to cover any difference. 2) False Waived Payment Incentive - As an incentive to confirm purchase of the solar system before the end of 2024 with Adam, they said I would get "9 months of waived monthly payments". However, D.SLR starts the clock at the start of the system operating. The loan payments do not begin until 60 days after the system begins operating. Therefore, they in-fact only provide 7 months of waived monthly fees. A detail omitted from the solar system pitch. 3) Selling & Buying Power - You sell the extra solar power to your electric company at a lower price (e.g. $0.09/kWh) than what the electric company sells you power (e.g., $0.14/kWh). So, it is best to prioritize your electric usage to when the solar panels are producing power. This difference in power rate was not discussed or clarified by Adam in the solar system pitch. 4) Cutting & Covering a Vent Pipe - Adam told me during installation that none of the vents would be cut; they would work around them. Well, several months later I started to hear bug and/or critter noise in my roof. After inspection by a pest control company, they provided photos of a vent pipe that was cut short and covered over by a solar panel. I rose this issue with D.SLR and they came out later and rerouted the pipe to resolve the problem. But, clearly, they were not truthful about not touching existing infrastructure on my house. (Btw, the installers left all the garbage from the reroute in my yard from this fix.) read more

I had bought solar panels more from this company more than 3 years ago. A window cleaner who I had hired yesterday wanted to know whether the solar panels needed to be cleaned. Rather than answer just Yes or No, I called this company and got Jhoni on the phone. Jhoni was extremely helpful. She checked the power production and found everything in order. I then sent her photos of all the panels which she reviewed and confirmed they were not dirty and hence they did not need any cleaning. My experience with this company right from purchasing solar panels over 3 years to after sales customer service has been awesome. I would recommend this company without any hesitation. read more

Despite requesting that this company doesn't come to my house, they still sent people. The guy who ignored the signs saying "no soliciting" was a liar, claiming to work for the City and wouldn't answer my questions. He also lied about the reason for not having credentials or a permit, claiming it was his first day. He had no business cards, nothing! When he got his boss on the phone his boss said "well he took a break and is back" so the story doesn't add up. Regardless, the guy was an awful liar. He was clearly incompetent, which is a reflection of the company and its values. The company has some decent reviews. Interestingly, these geniuses have employees who left 5 star reviews using the same name they have on public profiles verifying they are employees of Dynamic SLR. The deceitful tactics are obvious. They harass people, spread lies, and make fraudulent claims. Know your rights before ever giving these people the time of day. And for the record, the only reason the door was answered when they showed up is because I was expecting a package and thought it was a delivery person. After being told not to come back, we noticed the dynamic SLR car parked in front of our house for over an hour and taking pictures/videos of our home/neighbors homes. Not a good feeling is it? Finally, dynamic - don't even bother responding to me asking me to call you. I'm not interested in your deceit. The cops will be called if you come to my property again. read more

So ..... there was an electrical .... we'll say mis-hap ... it was found to not be dangerous. I was worried about it though because when I tried to turn the breaker on it made audible pop and I saw some light flash. Scared me ! I immediately contacted them, and it was late on Friday night. I was contacted by two different representatives. One was to authorize a hotel for my family since we were concerned, and the other was to get someone out there AND they sent a master electrician out at 9:30p.m. to troubleshoot. Tallking with him and he showed me what he found, (I'm an Electronics Engineer) and realized it wasn't "unsafe" if we left the breaker off. They did still send a gift card for the price of a hotel, even after I told them not to worry about it, I don't want something for nothing. The next morning, on a Saturday after coordinating with me, a supervisor showed up with the part the electrician had pointed out to get the HVAC system back up and running. It did work, but it appears that other system components were likely damaged by the mis-hap. They went out of their way to replace every piece of the system that could have been damaged.... Listen.. it's 2025. I genuinely was prepared to likely hire an attorney and moan and groan about components that, if they failed in the next few months they should cover it. NOPE, instead, they preemptively replaced all the components the "might" have been damaged. The supervisor that came out had said that his company stood behind their work and would go above and beyond to "Make it right". I honestly thought .. yeah we'll we see. They did!!! 1. They called me and when I asked where they got my number, the caller got arrogant with me, and stated that since I was an ONCOR customer, they had the right to call me! WRONG They Violated DoNotCall.gov, and blatantly lied about it. 2. Caller claimed they were working with ONCOR to help take the load off of the grid, and they wanted to assess my home to see where it was not energy efficient. Caller also stated "They were not selling anything" 3. I agreed to the assessment because I do everything that I can to make my home energy efficient, especially with the rising costs. The employee they sent, looked at the attic, and said it needed more insulation. I knew this was accurate. He asked about the water heater and A/C. Told him both have been replaced. He looked at the Master Electric Panel, and the windows. 4. THEN this guy sprung that with the rising costs of electricity, I should go with Solar. He showed me stats, and also showed they have a good BBB Rating. I found out later that the BBB Rating is not necessarily a reflection of the complaints. He said that most of the complaints were resolved. 5. I agreed to do the solar because there was no money down, and my monthly payments will be about the same that I pay with my electric bill. After the guy left, I started going over the contract, which they ONLY provide via Email/PDF. By the time I paid off the panels, and the accrued interest, the system would have cost me nearly $60,000.00! The original was $33,000.00. 6. I went to the BBB site and saw all of the horror stories from the last year. The guy who came in to my home, blatantly lied to me about the complaints. They go back a year! 7. Dynamic called me and wanted to continue with the install, and I told them I already sent a cancellation because of all the complaints. I also told her that I contacted ONCOR to ask about Dynamic SLR, and they have never heard of them. The caller said, "We changed our name a few months ago." ANOTHER lie! I am SO thankful that I cancelled. They are using blatant lies to call people. They are also going door to door. I almost got SCAMMED, and I am glad that I ended the contract within the 72 Business Hours. They wouldn't know the truth if it bit them in the hiney! RUN FROM THEM! read more

Id give negative stars if it would let me. Dynamic will do nothing but LIE & mislead you!! Just say NO. My electric bills haven't even been cut in half, let alone what they claim. So now I'm paying for these under producing shit panels and my light bill. Not to mention extra fees/deposits to change electric comapnies. Salesman Momen is nice, but lies straight to your face & they don't back up their word or honor whatever the sale guy says. They get pushy too. I'm still 65-75% dependant on the grid. They tell you their batteries suck & don't buy - then to find out you dont even get to save any energy for other months or nights. They basically told me not to use electricity during the night... what? Not one thing they said has been truthful - except they refused to take them off. Dynamic- you are evil & greedy, preying on homeowners & deceiving them. Don't trust them on the tax credit either!! They want the full tax credit in 1 year - but do I get to collect the credit from the IRS first ? Nope, now they want 18k in a year. Bad business, misleading practices.
