From the moment I signed up, I was almost immediately reached out to by a driver from Ziply. He was friendly and politely informed me that his vehicle was too small for the job, but that Matt from dispatching would be searching for an alternate vehicle and would be calling me shortly. All of that happened. Not only was my mattress picked up quickly, delivered professionally, but also, the cost was so much more reasonable than what the "tasker" had charged me. Definitely definitely recommend!!!

I call and spoke to Chai who was very nice, but unfortunately not very helpful. No call back...I call again and it's Chai again except instead of driving he's now walking his dogs...okay so thanks for not following through with your word... Chai said that the online request for a messenger doesn't actually work and you need to call to talk to dispatch. Well shouldn't the website say that then? I'm not saying it's Chai's fault (other than him not actually calling back when he said he would), but come on guys, can you update your website for the accurate info? Also it would be nice to try and remedy the issue in some way other than "sorry"...words are kind of meaningless...well except in a yelp review.
