We were at Stages for one reason and one reason only and that was to take ballet from Cara. She's an excellent teacher and absolutely full of love and talent. We miss her enormously! For some reason the owners have some kind of entitlement problem. I strongly suspect that the owner became jealous when his students would leave his classes for Cara's dance classes. I also observed that he did not appear to be happy when he observed Cara's dance students excel. I found the owner extremely unprofessional. I felt his personal appearance was inappropriate for children. My granddaughter felt very uncomfortable around him. In conversation I found him demeaning and offensive. He would mock my mannerisms and speech. Furthermore I understand he has not given refunds when due or paid his teachers.

This is not wrestling. There was a little boy, wearing a green shirt and black shorts, he was going around poking other kids in the eyes, choking them, kicking another, pulling the other by the neck and cheeks. A real wild kid with absolutely no adult supervision, zero discipline, just running around like a rabid dog. My husband recorded the incident once we noticed he went after our child and we are documenting it on social media to ask other followers what they think. Being I'm a Tri athlete and my husband a former quarter back and marine, this was extremely concerning considering the poor kids being viciously bullied by this "wild" thing were all much much smaller and aged around 4-6 years of age. Met with another parent outside and he said the same thing and said he just wanted to get a feel for the class and saw "more than enough". Police and social services definitely need to be informed and social media will do the job.

Check-in upon arrival for the class. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The class seems always full as I observed the class before mine and the classes around my class. In short: this place is pretty hip and popular, good flow of people. For my hip hop class: it was around 40 people (mixed gender and ages). During hip hop class: the instructor was explaining step by step and section by section, to make it easy to everyone. What I like was he also rotated the class: so if you were at the back, you will be on the side or at the front at some point of the class. The class ended with full choreography, then students were encouraged to perform by groups and cheered by everyone. In overall, good vibe and community with great instructors.
