Dynamic charges me fairly. Everything went through smoothly and quickly. The driver picked up my car 3 days after my first call with Josh. 4 days later I received my car in CA. All were planned and executed on time. I had some unpleasant experiences before. So, I know good and bad. Josh is great. Josh has both integrity and efficiency. He picked my phone INSTANTLY every time I call him directly (A lot of people even don't give you direct method to reach them. You know the tricks). He patiently explains the details in this business and helps me make a right decision. There was an other issue which is not between us. And he still willing to give me some helpful advices. Special thanks to the drive, Bold. My father forgot and left money and some very important documents within a bag in the car. He helped us make sure everything is ok. He broke down the cost and explained the process like a normal person. His salesmanship is very similar to mine. Plain and simple he was honest. I called Kevin on a Friday morning super frustrated and upset over the current company that I had originally booked for transport services. I felt like I was being ghosted for a little over a week with the other company and though I upped the offer, I still had no bids for a pickup! As many reviews you read, this was our first time shipping a vehicle as well. Like most we were very hesitant and we were unsure where to begin. As we found out there are tons of brokers and shippers out there. By my girlfriend researching the reviews we narrowed our search down to three. In the end we chose Dynamic Auto Movers, based on the reviews. We ended up going through a broker but when we ship our next vehicle we will work directly with Dynamic, removing the middle man We shipped our vehicle from Lakeland Florida to Henderson Nevada. Everything worked great and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to ship their vehicle. Pick up was great, drop off as well. Only complaint and nothing you can do was the vehicle was pretty dirty when it arrived but that will always depend on the weather and shipping a vehicle open versus enclosed. Great experience. STAY AWAY!!! Do not do business with these folks especially Jack. Had a quote to ship my forklift from NY to FL and repeatedly told them the pick up and drop off dates weeks in advance. The scheduled pick up date was 11/10 to deliver on 11/14 since Jack assured me it would be picked up and delivered by that date. Great, let's sign and move forward. The 9th comes around and I emailed Jack to confirm pick up for the next day and let's 2 voicemails, no responses until the next day that afternoon when I get an email stating his staff would call me shortly to schedule. HELLO!!! We already did that. I get a call from Sofia that evening telling me that they are trying to locate a carrier that would accommodate the forklift and that they would have it picked up that night or the next morning but not to worry because it would still be delivered on the 14th. Ok so I wait for her call that night and now it's the next morning and no emails or calls. I tried calling their office all day and sent emails after emails with no responses. They flat out left me stuck to which now I had to fly to Florida and rent a forklift for the specific job. Thankfully I got it done in the time frame and was able to find a RELIABLE company to rent me a forklift to which Dynamic is not RELIABLE at all. Steer away people if you don't want that same experience. About a week later, I received an email from Jack stating they found a carrier for my forklift...excuse me? You mean the one you failed me at??? Assholes!!! Glad I gave you a piece of my mind. A 1 star is to good for you. read more

Last week, I had a car shipped from Houston TX to SC using Dynamic Auto Movers. It could not have gone better. I selected Dynamic Tuesday afternoon and gave them the specifics for the pick-up, and they had a driver pick the car up Wednesday morning. It was delivered to my neighborhood Thursday around noon! Unfortunately I had 15-20 companies asking to move my car for me. (My wife had "registered" my phone number and email address on-line so I wouldn't try to fly out and drive it back.) I was receiving calls, texts and emails constantly for days. I basically picked Dynamic because their Yelp rating (3*) was better than the others. Kevin Mathews of Dynamic was great and their cost was as low as the lowest quote. I must have had a convenient route. I had my car shipped from California to Florida. During the loading process which I filmed, the driver could not get my car onto the truck, my car is manual and he had problems. After burning my clutch for about 15-20 attempts he over revs and hits and rips the bumper off on a part of the loading ramp. I showed the film to the dispatcher and he tells me "they have families, insurances can be effected etc..." he tells me not to sign unless the car is in god condition. The car arrives in Weston Florida and the bumper looked good other then the lip being scratched. So I thought they fixed it. A week later it falls off while I'm driving and I found adhesive in the gaps. They super glued my bumper on. DONT ship with this company. read more

They were late picking up my car by 2 days. They delivered it with a broken rod in my gear shaft so it would not stay in park. We tried to get them to take care of the problem and they wouldn't return calls from their insurance company. I had to pay my deductible through my own insurance. I talked to the owner of the truck who said he couldn't understand how it happened but he knew there was a problem because the driver told him that my car kept beeping (which it does if you don't put the car in park.) TERRIBLE service with this company. Jerry Garcia and his assistant Wilson were extremely unreliable and provided no communication. At the beginning they continuously called me, however once they received my money I never heard back from them. I called them and texted them but would not receive an answer. When they FINALLY did answer, they both stated they would call me right back and never did. I personally had to reach out to the driver to give me all the information. The driver stated he had been in communication with Jerry and Wilson, however, they never relayed any of that information to me. Its been 2 weeks and still have not heard back from Jerry and/or Wilson. After leaving this review on Facebook, the owner called me personally and harassed me insisting I take down this review. After I stated I wouldn't take down this review because the public needs to be aware of this, he raised his voice saying "Mam you are so wrong for leaving bad comments online. YOU ARE BEING A BRAT AND NEED TO TAKE IT DOWN". I have now been blocked on Facebook so my review does not show. if I could leave zero stars for this company I would. I contacted Jerry about moving my car from Englewood (Denver area) Colorado to Summerland Key (30 miles north of Key West) Florida. He gave me a quote and assured me there would be no problems getting my car to my new home. Two weeks later and two days before I had to move I asked Jerry about the status of my order and when could I expect my car to be picked up. At that point he informed me that the best he could do was get my car to the Miami area and I would have to make arrangements to get it. Being out of time I felt like I was being misled about the agreement that we had. As I was out of time and did not have any other options I did have them get my car and move it to the Miami area, and that part went fine. I did have to have my wife come with me to pick up my car - a 300 mile round trip and an entire day wasted. Jerry's excuse was that a car carrier would not come to the Keys, and yet all of the new car dealers get their cars delivered on the car carriers. Think about it for a minute...... they use the same load boards that any other broker uses so how can they constantly have "a truck with 3 spots left" when no other broker has gotten a hold of a carrier in that specific area yet?? I have gotten calls, emails, & texts from this company since first listing my car needed hauling and all messages have said the same thing.... they have 3 spots left. Well I'll be damned... that's even worse if you've had 3 spots left for over 4 days and the truck is still in the same area. Worked with Mark and Robert and when it looked like the driver wasn't going to make the window I had before leaving town for two weeks, they simply stopped responding to me. I had to plead with the driver to drive beyond his hours otherwise I wouldn't get my car. They also charged their broker fee to my card before I had received the car, which was against the agreement. If I could give no stars, I would. My boyfriend and I used this company in order to get our car from Colorado to California. My boyfriend told Nick the importance of getting his car latest by Sunday, if this could not happen we said we could not go with this company. We were told the car would leave Wednesday and be delivered on Sunday the latest. On the contract they put it for Monday because Incase of weather damage. On Monday, Nick began to gives us the run around telling us that he would get back to us. My boyfriend who drives a 45 minute drive to work had to call and uber to work because the car still wasn't here. We still had no word from Nick, it was almost like we had to hunt him down every time we spoke to him. Tuesday was the same story, Nick kept telling us he would call the driver. So we had to go ahead and rent a car. We were told by Nick on Tuesday that he would honor a $150 off due to the inconvenience. We personally called the driving company ( because they are a third party company) and they said they hadn't left till Saturday and there was no way they would have made it on Sunday. Wednesday morning the driver called us saying he would be here in the afternoon and we owed him full cost. We thought this must have been a mistake but it turns out, the owner Daniel was not okay with the discount Nick had given us. Sounds like there was some ego issues going on in the company but when we called and spoke with Daniel he said that Nick was not authorized to give us discounts. Daniel the owner told us that it wasn't his fault the car was late and that it was the drivers fault. Bottom line is, don't use this company. They are terrible, they don't stick with their contract, there is some major management and communication issues. We ended up paying full cost plus our driving expenses for the days we were late.
