If you have the extra money I suggest to get that then the open transportation so there won't be any damage to your vehicle during transport due to weather and other things during transport. Your car is protected enclosed!!! I had the pleasure of IM LOGISTICS to transport my vehicle enclosed. What an outstanding transport company, awesome customer service all around. I forgot the two people's name that delivered my car to me but they were great. I wouldn't had any other company deliver my vehicle at all. Both guys were informative, helpful and straight-dealing. Their terms and conditions were simple...I pay, they deliver on a clean, secured hauler, and that is exactly what happened. They were not the cheapest, but they were less than most, and they delivered spot on as promised. The delivery truck, and driver, were great. They called me when the car was loaded, sent me pics, called four hours before delivery, two hours before, and as they drove up the block. I could not be more pleased. I totally recommend Stars and Stripes. They did not ask for a nickel more than agreed upon, they kept me informed, they delivered exactly as promised. My car was secured, safe and uninjured. Rare in this world. They are the best. I will use only Stars and Stripes Transportation.

Unfortunately, I was supposed to send the money directly to the driver and not Stars & Stripes. So, I sent the money again directly to the driver. I called my bank to stop the Zelle payment to Stars & Stripes but they were closed. My husband called John Garcia to let him know an error was made and that we over paid them by accident. The next day I called my bank again but the payment had gone through and there's no way to stop it. Since that happened, July 2024, we have been calling John directly and the company for a refund of $1200. I was assured by Mary, that my money was being returned. She told me Sean was in charge of billing and he'd reach out, which he never has. When I spoke to John on 09/20/24, he told me there was a not on my account from 08/08/24 that my refund was pending. Last time I spoke to John he gave me a phone number for James who he said is his supervisor. I've called him 2x with no reply. I am beyond frustrated and at this point and WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

He snapped it off like nothing and said when I asked him the day of delivery that it's in the truck... "you can just screw it back on". Really an unfortunate experience that if handled appropriately the situation could've been defused easily. Plain and simple 1. Mirror was not broke when you took possession of the vehicle. 2. Upon delivery the mirror was not on the mirror bracket it was laying on the floor inside of the truck. 3. When asked to fix it or replace it you tried to lie and not accept responsibility.

It wasn't the lowest or the highest price from the more than 20 quotes I received. I paid them $150 upfront with the balance left to be paid to the driver after the vehicle would be delivered at destination. I called them a week in advance asking if they have a driver assigned to me and they said I don't have anything to worry about, somebody will contact me at least 72 hrs to schedule the pickup. I called them again (Steven Burke) 5 days before the delivery date and he said they couldn't find a driver for the contracted price but they may look for someone who's in the area for a different (obviously higher) price. 30 mins later I got a call from a driver who was in my area and was asking $150 more for the job. Being time constrained I said OK, and my vehicle got picked Monday afternoon for a Friday afternoon delivery to Florida. So, basically I was another victim of the old "bait and switch" tactic known for ages ... Now the good and again the bad parts of this story. The good first ... the driver was very professional and kept the communication open all over his trip down to FL and I tipped him accordingly after getting my vehicle. The bad now ... the driver was operating rented equipment which wasn't properly maintained, talking here about the Chevy Silverado which had bald tires all around, causing him to have a flat someplace in W Virginia and a broken accessories drive belt due to the broken bearing on the belt tensioner. Obviously my vehicle arrived 24 hrs later than scheduled after all of these incidents. You draw up your own conclusion if you're looking to deal or not with a company like this.

They essentially forced my friend to take a day off - and on the day of delivery, the transport company kept running late and ended up delivering after 8pm anyway!
