They gave me updates on my vehicles arrival and made sure that my car would get delivered safe and sound. I got the enclosed transportation. If you have the extra money I suggest to get that then the open transportation so there won't be any damage to your vehicle during transport due to weather and other things during transport. Your car is protected enclosed!!! I had the pleasure of IM LOGISTICS to transport my vehicle enclosed. What an outstanding transport company, awesome customer service all around. I forgot the two people's name that delivered my car to me but they were great. I wouldn't had any other company deliver my vehicle at all. Rude and disrespectful. After already telling them that we are all set they called me AGAIN about 3 minutes ago. I believe that was the 3rd time that this rude manchild has called me. I repeated another 5 times that we are good, and his response was "ok, well I'm glad you think so." I just hung up after that. It might be indicative of whole industry because I got inundated with text and emails. Only rarely out of 25 brokerages that I was contact multiple time. One email, one text is fine. DAM was one of two aggressive companies. I understand they want my business but I am busy today, 11/15/21z There are good times to contact someone and not good times. Wait for the client to initiate contact. If DAM is a quality company then people want to do business with them. I should be coming to them, not them coming to me. As a very successful businessman, I don't deal with fools thus DAM won't be having my business. The whole experience should be seamless. I know Dynamic auto movers for almost 6 years now. I had many cars delivered within the U.S. never had a problem. Daniel is very knowledgeable and helpful even after working hours ive been receiving calls with updates. I read some of the reviews below and im very surprised that people don't appreciate the hard work the Drivers do on the road for over 11 hours of driving and unloading uploading cars in the summer time heat. People need to understand the hard work day/night on the road , and sometime been more understanding and flexible with the drivers, i know that there is delays due to weather or traffic i had same experience as well . No one can give 100% delivery time after crossing the U.S and picking up 12 cars on the carrier and trying to work 12 other people schedule time . After seemingly dozens of calls from different companies with estimates from 1050 to 1534 (CA to New Hampshire), I chose Dynamic Auto Movers because their price (1100) seemed fair and I like the confident feeling I had from talking with Justin. The driver contacted the day before pick up and gave me and "estimated" time window for pick up, arrived on time and gave an estimate of 10 days for delivery. To my astonishment it was actually delivered in 7 days!! Condition was as it was loaded on!!! An excellent experience all around and I cannot see why anyone would choose another company. FACTS: - I made an appointment since January 2018 for transporting my car on 22 Feb, 2018 - They said they have a driver in my area available. - on 22 Feb, the driver NEVER came - I did all the calling to get update for the whole day. Never get any miscall nor voice mail from this company - Their employee did terrible job and even only trying to get the driver on that day and failed. - by the end of the day, he said he will not give up but the reality is there was no driver sent to me, nor (today is 23 Feb when I write this) and NEVER heard back from him. Not a single text, email, nor call (both to my cell nor office). - They also said they're going to send a $50 gift card as a compensation a week after this happened for the inconvenience but NEVER received any I do not want other customers are tricked like me :( read more

Ivan originally told me the price would be $650, and due to decent reviews I decided to move forward with them. I got a call that a truck could pick it up that day for $750. I was okay with that. I got a call back the truck was "broken" and they would find a new driver. Seems suspicious but okay. Later, I was told a different driver would pick it up for $800. I didn't trust this after everything and said I would find a different company. Ivan argued with me and hung up on me. I gave them my card number for a deposit after the original driver was scheduled, and now I'm worried that they will charge me either way. I wouldn't be surprised after the already sleezy business practices. Don't do business with this company. *update* I just revived a call asking to delete this review. I said no and hung up. I got another call that said "I'd you're going to fuck with our business we are going to fuck with you". Sending threats seems very unprofessional. I should have gone with the reviews on here and stayed away from this company. I went with them because they were the middle of the quotes that I got at the time. I was moving cross country from CA to NC and flat out told them that "I WOULD NOT BE THERE FOR PICKUP DUE TO MOVING CROSS COUNTRY". I was told that this is not a problem and I would be able to pick it up at a yard somewhere within that area that was it. So they schedule it for Friday Dec 15th and I thought no problem that's cool. They then call me later that the only driver they have available is for Thursday morning, so I said ok and they came and took my Nissan Murano with no issues. I get an email from them saying that they have been trying to contact me for delivery on Dec 22nd. So I try to call him with no response and I leave a msg for them to call me back. They NEVER called me back at all. I finally arrive in NC on the 24th and sign into my new house on the 28th. I talk to the driver and he said he put it in a lot over an hour away one way with a fee of $35 a day. WTH OVER, if I knew that was going to be the case then I wouldn't have gone with them at all because I wouldn't be in NC until the 24th and I could have said some money by going with someone else. I could not have had a worse experience with a moving company. They were so disorganized and rude. I had originally been quoted $850 for the move from la-ca. When the driver came to pick up the car he told me he would only be accepting cash. This was an issue because the company I was moving for was going to cover this expense and I only had the company card. No one had told me that until my car was already on the truck. Finally he said that the car would arrive Wednesday-Friday. Mind you he picked it up on Friday. So that was A whole week to get it there. It was something they advertised on their website. It's only a 2 day trip from New Orleans to San Diego so 7 days should have been plenty. So finally Friday rolls around and I had to call them to see where my car was. I was told that they were on LA and they car might not make it until Saturday morning. I was kind of pissed because I hadn't had a car for a while week. So I asked why it wasn't here by the guaranteed Friday date. They told me" it is here it's just in LA". ARE YOU KIDDING ME. That was laughable and just insulting. But then it gets worse. Saturday morning rolls around and I'm waiting for the driver since he said he would be there by 11 the latest. 1 pm rolls around so I try to call him, no response. I called him like 5 days throughout the day and he never once picked up. So then I call the original company I went through to find the driver. They could not have been ruder. They told me to be understanding of the situation and never once apologized. It was demeaning. I'm a paying costumer and you're telling me that it's nbd that I still don't have my car and don't know where my car is. Finally they say that it will be there by Sunday. I was pissed but just decided to let it be, nothing I could really do anyway. It finally shows up on Sunday around 4 pm. I never once got an apology from the company. They were rude and treated me like and idiot. I would never ever ever ever use this company. Steer clear and never use this company. Believe the 1-star reviews that you read on this page. The broker for my shipment consistently gave me estimates that conflicted with those of the transport company, Transcar LLC, that he recommended above others for their alleged great reviews and service. I shipped my vehicle from Texas to New York. Every step of the way, the delivery estimates that Dynamic gave me differed with Transcar, and the transport company ended up coming a full day later than quoted, along with an extra $50 charge. On top of that, Jack charged me $103 for an authorization fee that was supposed to be $100. Although $3 is not much, this fact reflects the business that Dynamic Auto Movers is trying to run. For the money that you pay, the service is severely lacking. Do your research, look elsewhere, and go with a reputable company. The broker repeatedly contacted me to remove my fair, honest review of Dynamic Auto. If the broker is to recommend that I choose a particular transport company, then the broker should accept responsibility for poor service on the behalf of that transport company. The dispatcher from the transport company condescendingly spoke to me regarding the status of my vehicle. My car arrived several hours late with oil stains on the roof, mud caked on the driver's side interior, and dirt and new scratches on the exterior. The driver rushed me as I conducted a final assessment upon arrival of the vehicle. As I was about to hand him the payment (cash only), he demanded that I give him the money first, or else he would not return the key. Frustrated, he stormed off - with the key to my vehicle - until I pursued and ordered him to halt. He turned around, snatched my envelope containing the payment, threw my keys into the car, slammed the door shut, and stormed off. Fearing for my own safety, I did not pursue further. Never have I ever received such poor, hostile, and unprofessional treatment from any company, especially one which I paid exorbitantly to have my vehicle delivered in a safe and dependable manner. Had to get my car transported from LA to Houston. Went to Google and asked for quotes. Phone and email started blowing up. I read reviews on everyone and they all had at least 3-4 1 stars, including dynamic auto movers. Robert called first and said $690. I told him I'll wait and see what was out there. Called around, talked to other brokers and everyone's price was higher or about the same. But, everyone else was beating around the bush and wasn't following through. Called Robert back and told him he has my business. I didn't pay anything down and it took him 4 days to find a driver. As he was looking, i had other brokers look too. The DAY OF our move he said he found a driver. Driver showed up and couldn't have been nicer. I paid $90 up front and they loaded me on a Monday. On Thursday, my car was in Houston. Perfect condition. Paid the other $600 and was good to go. This is the logistics/transportation industry. Nothing is going to be perfect. But I will say Robert went above and beyond on finding a driver. He emailed me back every time and answered calls at any hour on any day. If I ever have to transport anything from LA again, I'm calling Robert Stark. I appreciate him being straightforward. read more

Danny communicated effectively via text, email, and voicemail any concerns we had and was up front regarding fee$. Carriers are a 3rd party company and sometimes they have their own fee$ separate from Dynamic Auto Movers. -1 star because at some point Danny was not handling our transport and the guy I interacted with over the phone was unprofessional and rude. SIMPLY AMAZING SERVICE We moved to Tucson from outside of Nashville in March. We picked Dynamic because of their price, reviews, and especially because I liked the person who contacted me, Kevin Matthews. Unfortunately circumstances made me push back our pick up date more than once. Kevin Was very accommodating and understanding of our problems. He kept the order and told me just to tell him when we are ready. Well we were not ready until July. And I had specific days it could only be picked up because a friend was taking care of it. When I finally told Kevin we could do it he had a truck ready within three days. It was picked up Saturday night and early Tuesday morning delivered to us in Tucson. The driver kept in contact with us, was right on time one he said he would be, extremely friendly and professional, and had a beautiful truck.
