Excellent service! Our AC stopped pushing cool air into the house during a very hot week in early June. Sometimes we struggle to find a service company that services the Gilroy area. My husband quickly found Dynamic Air Systems on Yelp. They came out that day! Will did a nice job of evaluating our compressor and our furnace. He pointed out some areas of concern. He did his best to restore air flow, but found that due to a previously poorly installed filter (not Dynamic's installation work), we had several years of dust, pet hair, and other gunk built up on the filter and cooling coils which would require deep cleaning. They also said tat in order to prevent future build up that we should install a proper filter and tray to hold it in. (The old filter looked like a huge green sponge that would just float when the air intake was turned on... really useless.) Will sent us a quote, answered a few additional questions, and then we set a date for service. We had a great service guy named Eric come to the door. He was really polite and professional. He worked so hard in the heat. It happened to be around 95°F that day. I kept him supplied with lots of iced water since to keep him hydrated since it was so hot. There was a lot of junk in the coils and he had to install a proper filtration system to prevent this build up from happening again. They said that it would take several hours to complete the job. It took about 7 hours for Eric to finish. Late in the afternoon we turned on the system. It didn't take long for the cool air to kick in. It felt SO good! Eric did a great job cleaning up the workspace and completing the job. We would definitely recommend Dynamic Air Systems for AC repair work. They came when we needed them. They are professional. Sorry to ruin the 5 star reviews but it is crazy how different everyone's experience has been from ours. Our AC went out on Monday of all days, the start of the heat wave. We contacted them and they told us Wednesday at 10-12pm. OK we understood because it is probably a busy time so we will try to make do with having no air for one more 100 degree day. Wednesday comes along and I had to stay home longer to wait for them. 12pm rolls by and I have to leave for work knowing they aren't coming. We get a notification on our ring that they are there...at 1:45pm. We aren't home and they apparently can't work in our house without us (even though we have had work done in the past with us not being home but I guess they are worried about issues which is fine). They claim they are early and they had us down for 5-7pm...which was not true and they were rude when we spoke to them about it. So they rescheduled us for Friday at 8am. It is now 9am and they are no where to be seen. Needless to say we are looking for another company and will not recommend this company to our friends. Luckily for us the heat wave is basically over by the time our air is fixed. Thanks guys read more

I cannot say enough fantastic things about Dynamic Air Systems - they are an all around terrific company. Before Dynamic Air systems came in and worked miracles we had a monstrosity of a commercial size heating and air conditioning unit that was encased in a wooden structure. It is a shame that I do not have a before and after photograph to demonstrate the amazing work that Jeff and his apprentice were able to perform. It is never easy to allow someone into your home and the entire crew was consistently respectful, timely, professional, and sensitive to the safety or comfort of pets and children during the entire process. They were able to anticipate any questions or concerns and always left the job site clean. They made sure that all features of the unit were explained and took the extra time to follow through to check that things were in working order. Our AC went out on over a weekend during a heatwave (106 degrees). I called several AC repair services and Will from Dynamic got back to me first. He worked me in right away and was very prompt at updating me via text when he would arrive. Not only did he quickly diagnose and fix the problem, but he identified a wiring error that is a safety issue, which I will have repaired.
