All in all the service was done well. I had them come and give an estimate for rerouting my washing machine into the septic and they were the first that looked at it to discover that we will need more power to install an additional pump. I plan on hiring them once we have that problem solved.

I scrambled thinking I made a mistake, and after they looked at my furnace for 10 minutes they said we can't do any maintenance because we need to replace parts A and B before we can even begin to do the yearly maintenance, and we will add on an additional service fee to as an additional insurance , good for one year in case we need to come back. This is the second time I have experienced this from this company. It's an extended warranty type scam. RUN don't walk away from this company. Complete and total fraud.

The employee sounded like he was literally on heroin or pain pills at the time--was luring speech and not making sense while I was talking to him--I instantly figured out where the money went!!! This company is a fraud! $2500 later--heating and cooling system is broken (probably made worse from them touching it) and an ice machine is laying in pieces with a 30 year old "new" replacement compressor--also not working.
