Spoke with both Rebecca and Holden by phone for scheduling and worked with the tech Trevor, for repair work. Trevor made several trips, and for (I think around $300.00) the washer was back up and running. Took less than a week for a new computer board but everything was explained to me well. Am relieved to have it back up and running since it's only a few years old (new from box store). Will definitely be using them in the future for any appliance repairs. Thanks for help :)

We made a mistake with our measurements and when they came to deliver the fridge they couldn't because of our mistake . We had to take out the upper cupboard for the refrigerator to fit . They told us to call back when we did and they would deliver it the next day . So we did and they told us they could . The next day , delivery day they called to say that they could t because their delivery men all had Covid .After several phone calls on our end they finally told us they could deliver it 9 days later . When they did finally deliver it we asked the guys how they were feeling after having Covid ? The delivery man said what are you talking about we didn't have Covid . No one had Covid . Needless to say we will not be doing business with them again. You lie about the delivery and Covid what else are you lying about ? Sad. We wanted to buy local and support local businesses. After watching the dryer run for a couple of minutes he diagnosed the problem before even opening the unit! He said the coils were probably bad. Opened up the dryer and voila! Bad ignition coils! He removed the clog that caused the burned fuse, thoroughly cleaned the inside of the dryer and put everything back together. He charged me a small fee for the service call and a small fee for the fuse. The dryer was working fine, but after Tim left, the fuse blew again. The outside vent was clogged. Tim came back early the next day, replaced both fuses in the unit, helped me clean the outside vent...and didn't charge me a dime!!! Tim is a very honest, very nice, highly capable gentleman.
