And the bun deserves some credit too--soft, fresh, a little toasted, and actually strong enough to hold the whole thing together until the last bite. It's the kind of burger where you take that first bite and immediately know you made the right decision stopping. What I really respect, though, is the consistency. I've been here plenty of times, and it doesn't seem to matter who's working the kitchen--the burger comes out the way it's supposed to. That's something a lot of places around Jersey could learn from. The restaurant itself is clean too, which I definitely appreciate.
