We bought a house and needed one bathroom to be redone, another to be built from the ground up, and…read morealso a room under the roof to be stripped to the joist and rebuilt. The project involved some plumbing, some electrical work, some tiling, installation of different bathroom fixtures, drywall, painting, putting wood trim, putting up doors and we also had some structural adjustments to take care of. We had a time line of three weeks to do all that and a budget that couldn't be stretched too thin. It was the middle of the summer and we knew all the contractors would be busy or very expensive. We called a few and requested estimates. Kris and Darek came up with the most reasonable estimates and they were ready to work within our timeline. Plus, they were the most competent. They pointed out things that the others simply didn't see (like the copper pipes we had in the basement that all the other contractors missed and wanted us to get). The work started and, that same evening, my girlfriend and I went to see the site. We were so surprised to discover that, while they had work their butt off all day long and progressed at giant steps, they had left the work site absolutely spotless. No tools thrown everywhere, no dirt and debris on the floors, no dangerous electrical wires hanging. They had swept the floors and organized all the waste in plastic bags. As the work progressed we discovered a few problems that the walls had hidden. Every time, Kris and Darek informed us of the best way to deal with them and worked the price in a very, very reasonable fashion if they needed to do some extensive fixing. We felt we could really trust them. And their attitude was always pleasant and easy going. The rebuilt bathroom turned out a little masterpiece. As we looked at it when it was finished, we realized how solid the craftsmanship was, but it was second to none to the attention to details. The second bathroom was also impeccable. We loved it. The newly remodeled bedroom had been done in a sturdy and beautiful fashion. Again, we saw they really knew what they were doing. And, although we kept on asking for more work, as we saw how good they were, they respected the time line we had and managed to finish on schedule. We've been living with the work they've done for about 3 months now, I wanted to see how their work would hold up before I write a review. And I have two children that test every piece of the house to the limit. Well, I'm happy to report that nothing has moved. Everything is strong, reliable and gorgeous. They also recommended one other contractor to take care of the gutters and install a couple down spout. Those people were as reliable, as easy to deal with and did as good of the job as Kris and Darek did for us. Our basement hasn't had a sip of water since the gutters were fixed. We got incredible lucky to find Kris and Darek. We already have recomended their name to someone else who had the same experience as us. The work is spot on, the attitude is very nice to deal with, the attention to details is incredible, the price is right and they respect the constraints of time, I couldn't give any less than five stars.

These guys are courteous, reliable and priced right! They put new hard wood flooring in our condo in Edgewater and it's beautiful. They also did our kitchen remodel and again, beautiful and very timely I might add. They also built our radiator boxes to protect our 13 month old from the old metal covers that were already in place. When the heat turned on a few months later we realized the pipes along the wall feeding into the radiator were also very hot. They came back and built new boxes covering the hot pipes for free! They get the job done and if any problems arise they just fix it. They are great guys and I highly recommend them!

He has a great eye for finishes and product detail. Mike does a large portion of the work himself, his long time crew is incredible clean and conscious of being in your home and treating it with the upmost respect. Mike helped finish our kitchen remodel, he had to demo and redo 2 bathrooms, a primary bathroom and a 2nd bathroom, he had to fix a lot of plumbing and electrical work along with tile and trim work. He has an excellent fabricator as well. Mike has been in the business a long time and it shows through his extensive knowledge on construction and material. He uses a detailed construction app that helped him and us track every step of the project. Mike makes himself available even after the project is complete to check on things and make adjustments when needed. I would recommend him for any construction project you are considering, large projects and small, he does the job correctly. A+++. Thank you Mike!!!!

From the start, the pricing was very reasonable and completely transparent. Even when additional work or extra care was needed, there were never any hidden charges. Any added costs were discussed with us beforehand and only moved forward with our approval. It feels rare to find a contractor who is genuinely trustworthy and stands by their quoted pricing. The entire team was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to have in our home each day. They took the time to talk through decisions with us and shared their decades of experience whenever we felt stuck, helping us make choices we were confident in. One moment that really stood out was when Chris arrived extra early one morning just to inspect a specific section of our built-in shelving. He told us the alignment had been keeping him up at night and wanted to come back with the right tools to make a cosmetic adjustment. It was one of many examples that showed how much he genuinely cared about the quality of the finished product rather than simply getting the job done as quickly as possible. It's hard to overstate how valuable that level of craftsmanship and pride in their work is. We couldn't be happier with the final result and would gladly recommend Chris and his team to anyone looking for a contractor they can trust.

They are true artisans. Long story short, I ended up hiring them not only for the cabinets, but for the entire kitchen remodel from countertops to lighting, electrical, painting, and appliance installation. Unfortunately my house has flooded twice with city sewage within 7 months of each other. I live in Chicago north-side. I have owned my place for nearly a decade and this was The first time I had ever experienced flooding in my life. Both times I need it substantial reconstruction. The first time it happened my reconstruction crew was just 'Okay'. The owner was a nightmare. Crew was pleasant but work with shoddy, my home is not treated with care and several personal items disappeared - allegedly "thrown out" but believe they were stolen. Also to this day, I still am paying for repairs for things the first crew "reconstructed" incorrectly. However when Dave from EcoBuild showed-up: recommended by their sister company which I used for my mitigation (Green Attic they are also fantastic), I was immediately put at ease. He has a very reassuring quality about him. My quote was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. But more importantly his crew (Lucas and Matthew) was so efficient and professional and prompt. They did preventative things that I didn't even know was supposed to be done by the first reconstruction crew. They handled my home with care and treated it with respect. And they worked fast! When they were done they actually cleaned up and sanitized everything again. I was so pleasantly surprised by this! Lucas and Matthew made it a point to satisfy the customer. Thanks guys! After the job was complete a supervisor comes over to view the work before final payment is requested. Just the other day Dave himself, came by to touch up something that I noticed - weeks after they completed the job. That is professionalism. that is quality! I pray to God I never flood again but if I do, Green Attic and EcoBuild are who I would call and who I recommend to others.

I called All Quality because my two story house had a leak in the ceiling of the first floor living…read moreroom. The leak could not have been due to a plumbing issue as the bathrooms in the house were all on the complete other side of the house. Therefore I believed the leak was coming from somewhere in the roof and/or from around the window of the bedroom directly above the living room. Other contracting/roofing companies had come out who simply looked at the roof and told us either 1). We needed a completely new roof (e.g. $10K-15K repair) because our current one was 'incorrectly applied' or 2). They would try to remedy the problem (for $300-$500) but it would not be guaranteed as they weren't positive what the issue was. When Ed and Joe came to my house they looked at the problem area in the living room, looked at the roof from outside and went upstairs to look around the dormer window / roof area directly above where the leak was coming from. Based on what they found Ed told me that he believe the issue was due to the roof of the dormer being incorrectly applied and also the casing around the window not being properly sealed. For the entire job he quoted me $2000 - so not as cheap as the companies who 'assumed' what the problem was, but definitely not as expensive as those who simply quoted me a new roof. The selling point for me was when I asked Ed, 'So what happens if you do the work and my ceiling still leaks?', he looked me dead in the eye and said 'I'll either give you your money back or find and fix the problem for free, your choice'. He gave me that guarantee in writing and that is all I needed to know these were people I wanted to do business with. Within a week or two their guys came out and did the work. As of right now (3+ months after the works had been done), we have had some pretty serious Chicago suburb rain storms and I haven't seen one drop of water in my living room or felt one hint of dampness on my ceiling. You can find numerous companies who will tell you they are 'experts' and know best which means taking the most complete (and expensive) route.. Finding a company though with experience who will tell you 'I am just about positive you only need this work done but I might be wrong and if I am, that's my fault and I'll give you your money back' is an extreme rarity. I consider myself fortunate to have found the guys at All Quality. As a homeowner, its comforting to know you've found a company who will work not only for you but with you should you need them. These guys are a complete class-act operation.
