Michael's team arrived promptly, removed the old deck, and built a new frame that is far sounder and protected than the old one. He provided many samples to help us choose the best composite plank and we were very happy with the result. Finally, he did a lot of really nice work on a railing that turned out much nicer than we had imagined. We are very happy with the end result and expect our beautiful new deck to last many years.

Clough Construction has done three jobs for me over the years, so it's probably about time I gave…read morethem a review. First off the Deanne and the office staff are super helpful. Despite a busy schedule they always find time to help me out sooner rather than later. Scott Clough then comes out both to survey the job to give a bid and then on the day the crew arrives to make sure everyone is on the same page. In the past they have built an amazing fence along the street that still gets the attention of people walking by and rebuilt part of a failing deck along a steep hill. This most recent crew of Quinn and Salvadore were efficient and professional. They replaced a bunch of dry rot under a deck and just looking at the result warms my heart (homeowners with dry rot will understand). The guys were friendly, hard working, and completed the job in record time. The clean up was also excellent which in my experience not a lot of construction companies do well. Hire Clough Construction if you want the job done right.

Jen, their estimator, was very patient with me after their initial bid as I asked for several options, eventually changing from a butted-board fence to a board on board style. I got a few bids from local companies but it's important to note that 707 Fence bids and uses higher quality lumber than most other companies. At least that's what I found out after comparing the bids. Make sure you compare that if you get other bids Alex and crew built a beautiful fence which I am very pleased with. The gates open and close like precision cabinetry. You'll find that Jen and Alex are very responsive and the team are talented and experienced builders. I highly recommend them and will have them back when another of my aging fences needs replacing and I won't even bother calling competitors.

Door Pros @ San Rafael installed a Clopay Modern Steel Door and it looks great!…read more I would love to leave you a 5-star Yelp Review, but I think waiting nearly 4-months for installation is a little too much. Lots of delays and "finger pointing." The last story I heard was the Clopay factory in Ohio shipped my original door to the wrong place, and Door Pros had to get a rush replacement. So finally the two-man crew shows up and installed my door. This is my very first garage door I bought, so I watched the process. Very efficient, and their experience shows in how smooth the install process was. My old "retro" door weighed about 400-lbs, but they were able to remove it and haul it away. BTW, Nate was a great salesman. He didn't upsell the most expensive door in the catalog. He listened to what I ideally wanted. I wanted something new and modern. Something that would add value to my home. I got a Clopay Modern Steel Door with windows in chocolate brown, stucco texture. Included: LiftMaster opener, mailslot and safety latch. Got a $200 discount.

Felix and his capable crew leveled our yard, put in the gopher wire, and still aligned it with its natural drainage. It's exactly what we wanted. Initially we considered much more extensive work such as concrete retaining walls that would require engineering calculations and patio reformations etc. Felix was honest and stated that's not his gig. When we found out that price tag was ten times what we thought we could afford, Felix had no hard feelings and came right back to do our lawn, solid border, and wonderful gravel work.
