We recently renovated our kitchen with KDO Kitchens & Remodeling. We've done home renovations…read morebefore, and they're honestly the best contractor we've ever worked with. What really stood out was their efficiency. They finished the project much faster than we expected and kept everything moving smoothly while still delivering great quality. Dee and Koral also take real ownership of their work. They stand behind what they do and don't disappear after the project finishes, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. They were always available, helped us with the design, product selection, and purchases, and made the whole process much easier. Their entire team is professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The experience was smooth from start to finish. We're already planning a bathroom renovation and will definitely work with KDO again.

We were very unhappy with both the process and the results of our two-bathroom renovation. No…read moresupervisor was present to coordinate the crew or oversee the work, so we came home to find mistakes daily: they installed the wrong bead board, reinstalled the old medicine cabinet rather than the new one, didn't measure for wall switches, painted the windows shut, re-installed a clearly broken electrical outlet and didn't bother to sand, leaving rough edges as trim. Aside from the mistakes, the lack of supervision meant crews operated at unpredictable times without notice (nights, weekends) and were very disrespectful of our home. They used our bed as a staging area for drywall, stored hardware on our glass picture frames and used an electric saw on our couch to cut tile. They left a mess inside every day and piles of trash outside every evening. Despite repeated requests to clean up the construction debris, no one would pick it up and we had to take it to the landfill ourselves. Each crew blamed the other for the problems so I had to contact each crew to find out how to fix the other's problems. I wondered why we even hired a contractor if we had to do this ourselves. The bright spot was Taylor the plumber, who was prompt, friendly and detail-oriented. Otherwise, we were disappointed start to finish.

Within a week the owner sent out a gutter man rather than roofer because we agreed a gutter person with experience that knew what he was doing was what we needed. 0 problems since no leaks no gutter overflow no problems. I am extremely disappointed in Alex as I have been patient for over a year now to repair my kitchen…read morefloor tile that began to peel shortly after being installed a few years ago. He promised time and time again to send someone out to repair the floor but it never happened. I've decided that it's time to move in another direction. I'd planned on installing kitchen backsplash in a large kitchen (counters, bar island, kitchen desk…read moreand butler's pantry) myself. Then I found that tile installed in new homes (no primer/paint between drywall and mortar) is impossible to remove without taking all the drywall with it. I made a small mess in the butler's pantry trying. I'd already bought the tile, grout, everything. I was capable, but not willing to replace all my drywall - far more work than I wanted to deal with. So I requested quotes from several companies, with details on sq. ft., etc. Travis was the first to respond, with the most professional response- a very nice, detailed professional estimate, based on what I'd told him. He visited the site, and confirmed it - no changes at all. Based on the fact that it was a labor only job, no profit in materials, the price was very low. In fact, it was 3 days work, and the price for 2 laborers per hour was below what you could hire just about any tradesman for. Workmanship was great, and I'm very picky. He had a couple of odd items to overcome from the way our walls and cabinets were constructed, but no change orders or increase in price. Showed up every day at PRECISELY 8:00, as scheduled. Covered, protected, and prepped everything perfectly. Very minimal dust & mess considering the work involved, and they cleaned up great. And note that he does the work himself, with an assistant. Travis enjoys his work, and it shows - he's a genuinely nice guy, super easy to work with. Overall, you just can't ask for anything more out of a contractor, and I can't recommend them highly enough. If I could give more stars, I would.
