When…read moreEric came to inspect my property, Georgia was in the middle of a Covid lockdown and I was pleased that he followed CDC protocols and the entire process was contactless. After inspecting my roof, Eric gave me a call while still outside to give me a summary. He followed up with a detailed estimate and guidance on working with my insurance company. After filing my claim with my insurance company, I had to wait nearly a month for my mortgage company to release the insurance check (the mortgage company had to endorse the check). During this time, I kept Eric in the loop and he was very understanding. In fact, he even offered financing options while I waited for my insurance check. When I finally received the insurance funds, I called The Roof Clinic to schedule my appointment. My roof installation was scheduled for 8am on 8/21/20. On our neighborhood Facebook page Roofers express and James Wright were highly recommended so we called him. James got on the roof and noted not really any hail damage, but a lot of storm and wind damage. He thought that it was bad enough that the insurance would cover it. Well, lucky for us he was right. He had us file the claim and he took it from there. Most of the time he knew the status of our claim before we did. He met with our insurance company's appraiser and worked back and forth with the insurance company to get us the best possible results. Since we were also replacing the gutters, James worked with our scheduling the house to be painted so that they did the roof one day, taking off the gutters, then the next day the painters came, and then he coordinated with the gutter guys to hold off on replacing the gutters until the painters were done. The roof was done in one day! James is so very easy to work with especially when insurance is involved. He is responsive when you have questions, follows through on everything, helps you through the process, and is just simply so very nice.
