He then offered to stop by and take a look at the lock to assess. Arrived within 5 minutes & after some serious work and determination, he ended up fixing the issue! This is a business owner that is passionate about their craft. While troubleshooting, he gave a few options of things I can do to prevent the lock from jamming again. I live several hours from my parents and I called AM&PM at 10pm tonight because my parents contacted me that they were locked out of their house as the tumbler to their front door lock was broken. Within 30-40 mins of my call to AM&PM, the locksmith, Shay Ankori, was at their house, had the old tumbler out and a new lock and key installed. I also asked them not to charge my parents but that I would pay for the work and they were very accommodating and sent me a Venmo link for payment as I didn't want my parents going to an ATM late at night for cash. I asked him to fix it and was told there are no more shells available, he will get new shell and fix it for me next week, no charge, no problem.
