I didn't have a copy of my insurance card; the young lady was kind enough to print a copy for me from my online policy. I had a daytime running light that had been out of service for weeks. I fully expected to pay for that in addition to the cost of inspection. Apparently the wiring was loose so I was not charged. In today's environment that level of honesty is extraordinary. When I received my vehicle back, I was totally shocked, my BMW wheels were changed to damaged wheels. Finally that morning he came by. Told us the issues and told us what parts to get. We paid him $250 to buy the parts and $200 in labor. Not only did he get junked parts but none of them were good. I asked him to at least refund us for the money we paid in the parts. So he stopped responding. DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC. He took our car parts and sold them for cash and our car still isn't running. We've had to have another mechanic take a look and begin to work on the car. This was a very unpleasant experience I wish on no one.
