As an ex dirt bike racer I assure you I know a thing or two about injuries and pain. All the drivers and employees show the customers great care. I went above and beyond to encourage my patients on the way home. Those of the Faith I even prayed with, over, and for. Everyone from Mgmt, to dispatch, to the techs who service the vehicles and kept them up n running gives it their all. From a former insider it's clear why Senior Ride is the BIG DAWG in the medical ambulette transportation field in NY.

The manager, Jesus, is unprofessional--gets sarcastic instead of solving problems, calls drivers "bro," "dude" and expects us to take broken buses to the mechanic ourselves. Buses are constantly in bad shape--AC doesn't work, lifts break, and they're always dirty. Passengers complain, but nothing changes. PTO is a mess too--every time I didn't feel well, it turned into a big issue, even though I always worked overtime when asked. After I quit, they didn't even direct deposit my last paycheck--they mailed it without warning. That tells you everything about how this company treats its workers. If you're thinking of working here, don't. Read the reviews. It's not a serious or respectful place.

Date: 07/01/2026 Dear Sir/ Madam,…read moreGood Evening. I am a patient of NOVO Dialysis, 214-70 Jamaica Avenue, Queens Village, NY 11428 which is located at main street of Key Food, TD Bank & Besides Dollar Tree not under the LIRR Train Line. I repeat most Drivers do not have updated Google Map and they use old version of Software and lost their way to NOVO Dialysis center. That is why I have to mention it for the delaying in drop up services on last Saturday. It should take a note that I have dialysis on Tuesday, Thirsday & Saturday per week at 9:00 AM pick up time & 1:30 PM dropping time. The Pick Up address is Alvista Tower 7P, 147 36, 94th Ave. Jamaica, NY 11435 N.B.:- You should maintain the pick up time according to dialysis center's fixing time to continue dialysis starting time accurately due to three & quarter to four hours dialysis period per patient. If you fixing for drop time 1:30 PM within next 15 minutes of. dialysis dressing & last weight check up on exit point of Dialysis center. It is normal. Please do not take advantage of time on your side half an hour as there is a gap of one hour for appointment time to time in case of normal patients visiting for primary care doctor or even eye doctor. In case of Dialysis all paients are needing special care and handling of patients. I have checked your web page and you have shown the case of dialysis patient face smart transport by availing Along Medical Service. I appreciate it if everything goes on schedule. One dialysis patient has to sit on chair and getting treatment on Kidney Failure and became tired. I'm anxious on your service and schedule time including fixing the location of dialysis center. if necessary I can add picture of front view of the dialysis center and wrong place of address located by driver of Hired Taxi or ever Your cooperation in this matter is highly solicited. WARNING: PREDATORY BAIT-AND-SWITCH SCAM & UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE…read more DO NOT USE KISS CAR SERVICE. I booked an SUV with them for Monday, August 17th, to move my belongings from the Bronx to Long Island, and the entire experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. First, getting a reservation was a mess. I was left on hold for 15 minutes before having to hang up and call back. When the dispatcher finally answered, he was completely unprofessional, continuously calling me "sweetie" over the phone, which made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Despite the terrible phone etiquette, he explicitly quoted me a guaranteed flat-rate of $170 cash for the long-distance trip. On the day of the ride, the scam began. The driver sent a link where the screen suddenly showed $200 instead of the promised $170. Then, once he actually arrived at my house in a black Toyota Highlander SUV, he aggressively changed the price yet again, demanding $250. Because all of my heavy bags, my mom, and my sister were already packed and trapped, he blackmailed us into paying $80 over our original phone agreement when we had no other choice. To make matters worse, the driver mentioned his daughter went to Princeton University, so you would think he would have some empathy for a stressful college move-in day. He didn't care at all. The moment we arrived, he completely refused to lift a finger to help us unload. While I had to rush off to find the check-in tent to grab my dorm keys, he just dumped all of my heavy storage bins, suitcases, and packages onto the sidewalk, leaving my mom entirely by herself to scramble with the luggage. Kiss Car Service pulled a predatory, deceptive bait-and-switch scam on a student and left us stranded on a stressful moving day. They are dishonest, exploitative, and incredibly rude. Save your money, avoid the harassment, and just use a standard Uber XL instead. 0/5 stars.
