The very next day, I had another appointment and was fortunate enough to have another outstanding driver. This gentleman was the epitome of courtesy and compassion. He was incredibly caring and sympathetic to my situation, exuding a gentle and friendly nature that was deeply comforting. We fell into an easy, wonderful conversation about everything and anything. A particularly special moment was discovering our shared love for Florida. As someone who used to live there and misses it dearly, connecting with him on that topic was a much-needed and happy distraction. He was a tremendous help to me during a difficult time.
