They dropped off a dirty, non working with bad tires and no power cord. We called the next morning to complain and was told it had a bad battery, and he would look at the tires and we could come get the cord. Told him that we were completely dissatisfied and wanted him to come get it and refund my card. He started giving excuses after excuses on why it didnt work. Told him again come get it this is not what we expected for over 3700.00. He than asked If he could write me a check for it Instead of giving me a credit on my card. I said no. He said some woman would call me and discuss..she never called. They refunded all but 150.00...i was told after calling them again that this was for their delivery fee and pickup fee and the fee for using my American Express. I was never told there was a fee and no where on the receipt that was dropped of that night states this. I am disputing this on my American Express and advice anyone thinking about stepping foot in this place read the reviews. They are accurate. This is again a very shady business

You walk in the door and you seem to be able to ask them anything. They find it for you. You can buy any qty it seems. For example 1 bolt or screw. We get water softener salt and they always load it for you. When your a home owner that is not really handy the service means the world. I always try there first. I have had them order things for me also and have in some cases better prices than the super big stores. This is the kind of business that needs to be supported.

Today I asked for products that were on every end of the store. I asked for advice on fixing my hutch which has cracked wood. I spoke to so many employees and everyone had good advice and actually did service with a smile! It's so refreshing. The store is so easy to navigate. It's clean and well organized. I don't know how the prices compare to a big box store, but I can tell you I'd rather pay a bit more to include helpful service so I don't care if PaulB is more or less costly.
