So I checked them out on Yelp and saw that they were very well reviewed. So having the need to change the locks, I called Duty. 1st the 2 gentleman were friendly. They did not complain about my dog who is very friendly. Infact once she got her greeting sniffs done, she returned to her bed and observed the project. 2nd, the locks and keys were changed in a professional manner. The foreman even did a slight modification on the door sill so that the dead bolt worked easier. Thank you very much. All 4 keys that were made work smoothly. At NEFF'S key and lock I found Brad Eshelman, a crazy good locksmith. I got a Free used Audi A4 key fob and Brad did his thing, and had my key cut and programmed for $85.00. I called Shank door earlier this year simply because they installed the original garage door in my…read morehouse. I had two panels that were hit. My original thought was that they would provide reasonable service at a reasonable cost. This was not the case. The man that came for the the initial evaluation suggested a cost of about $700 to replace two panels. The final cost came in at $1500+. And the the door was not completely repaired. I had to repair it myself. Not to mention that this gentleman should not be on the job. I had to help him up from kneeling twice. After talking to another builder I found the price should have been half what I was charged. Never again.
