Service is awful, they charge a rediculous amount for very little or no service and if you do not pay on the spot they turn your Security System off which is illegal to do. they charge a flat fee to show up, which is normal and i had no problems but then they tack on another $48 for every 1/2 hour and basically talk take their time and do nothing that amounts to anything. they told us nothing that we didn't already know, and charged us a rediculous amount more than the actual time spent. The owner then turned our system off because the service guy left without a check, after telling him to invoice me and we will pay. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT!!!

They were under the spot where the sun doesn't shine (unless you like to sunbathe on a European beach). But somehow my car keys went missing, and they never go missing. I remember where I place them because I remember almost everything--unless I eat something that makes me forget, or smell something. Anyway, I found myself at the locksmith store. I should have gone there sooner, if only because I missed two beautiful car shows and my antique car is our business marketing tool. It's also my way to relieve stress from dealing with rude customers who don't like to pay, and employees who like to call off on Friday and Monday. When I walked in, I was urgently greeted by a gentleman named Christopher, and he attended to all my needs at a fair and reasonable price. I was also taking a gander at the items inside the store and asked a few questions about a few safes, because who doesn't need a good safe every now and then? They have some fireproof ones which are really nice, just in case your house might get blown down by the Big Bad Wolf because he couldn't get to the Three Little Pigs--at least the safe would be there in the ashes. They didn't have a public bathroom, which made me a little bit upset because I drive my old school car very, very slow, and I had to take a nice long ride to get there. However, I do understand, being a person who goes to New York City often for networking events (because I feel like there's more diversity and an even playing field in New York City rather than this country town, (Harrisburg PA) But let's talk about Christopher and the locksmith--this place was very fast. I was in and out, and like I said, the price was very, very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for any locksmithing needs, and of course security systems, which I think I need to get for myself because it's nice to know that someone's always watching. You never know who might come into your house: maybe your neighbor or maybe just someone who is abusing their power.
