Just got emailed by them. We signed up through Costco and David Caballero from AZ emails out to everyone on his list with the emails visible. So much for data security....68 people I do not know now have my email that I did not release and did not want to share. read more

Ran into an AZ sales rep at the complex I live in and took a card. Called for maintenance on our AC and furnace for the summer. Felipe Briseno was the tech that came out to do the service. He was prompt, polite and very thorough. He checked all the components and made suggestions on future maintenance. I told him we recently had new ducting installed and he had no problem going up into the attic to check. Overall I felt very confident with the work he did and would certainly use AZ for our regular bi-yearly maintenance and I would certainly welcome Felipe as our regular tech. read more

My experience with AZ has been pleasant so far. Rey was the sales person who came to my house twice to give us price quotes and explain the different options. Because of incentives and Costco rebates, I had them replace old units with a new one plus new ducting and zoning system. During the 2-day installation in late May, Manual's team on 1st day and Luis' team on 2nd day, they all did a great job - very professional, courteous, and patient. We also called them back to replace a return air grille, and repair an air flow problem. They were responsive and able to resolve our concerns immediately. I will recommend the company to my friends. read more

I was scheduled today for a 9000$ hvac unit no one called me to tell me they were not coming until tomorrow due to the holiday! Everyone at the call center keeps telling me they will call me right back low and behold no one can find the time to call me back. I see all these great reviews and figured for every 5 good there is 1 negative, can't please everyone . here is the next negative one. When someone spends that amount of money prompt service is expected do what you say. They will be here tomorrow and you better be on time and bring me coffee because I'm going to be on your ass like a hemeroid! read more

We have an old 120 year old house, which use to be a one room school house, and we had an old electric forced air heater had not been used in fifteen years that only had three ducts, so we needed a whole new system. I actually got seven bids from top rated contractors with the help of Yelp and got bids from a ridiculous $20,500 to a low of two at $8,900 and $9,000. The rest fell within the $10,500 to $15,000 range. Our choice was actually the $10,500 bid, and not because the price so much, but because we felt very confident with the sales rep and the over 130 five star reviews on Yelp. Because we don't use all the rooms and we didn't want to heat them, I was curious about the ductless heating systems I saw displayed at the booth in our Oxnard Costco. We signed up and two very nice young guys, Jonathan and D Sean came out to give us the sales pitch. As it turned out, the ductless system wouldn't have looked good or been practical for our classic California Victorian house. They ended up giving me a price on the conventional forced air system at around $15,500. I have to say that we were actually very open to having the system installed through Costco because we know that Costco stands behind any work or products sold through them, which you might not find with another contractor. There are always the chances that with unexpected issues another contractor may raise the prices, etc. Jonathan and D Sean were pointed about the flat price with no hidden costs and we know with Costco that was a fact. Weeks later, I told them that we would have chosen AZ, but their price was a lot more than the $10,500 bid we liked. They came back after talking with their manager and brought the price down to $13,000. With the 10% Costco cash card, 2% cash back on Executive Membership, and 2% credit back on the Costco Credit card, the total for the whole job was about $11,180, only $680 more than the other contractor. We decided to go with AZ, and, it turned out to be an excellent choice, and more than well worth it! This also included a high quality filter and thermostat being offered through Costco as a bonus. Jonathan and D Sean were in constant contact with me and came back out several times. Because we had such a difficult installation they brought out one of their engineers or installation supervisors (Chuck) who crawled under the house and went over all the possible applications for the system. I was impressed by his planning and I asked if he could be here to start the job with the crew on the first day. As it turned out, he stayed here until 6:30 PM the first day of the installation. It took one and a half days for the whole install. The first day not only was Chuck here, but also Jonathan. Jonathan actually came both days to check on the crew and to ask me if I had any concerns. At one point there were four to six workers here and they all seemed very through, with no one appearing to be in a big rush, which was a big worry for us as workers in a rush tend to be sloppy in their work. Before anything was started, they always asked me if it, or any changes, were ok with me. They laid down runners and covered most everything with plastic sheets. The electrician even took some time and ran the wire for our pellet stove thermostat under the house and into the wall when I jokingly asked if he could do it. We had it running under the carpet before that. I have to say that I was impressed with the crew, especially because they ended up having two excellent crew leaders here, Mariano and Ivan. AZ has numerous crews and we were concerned that they would send out other workers the next day, so I called the office and asked that at least Mariano and Ivan were sent back, which they did. As it turned out, the return could not be placed in the wall where we had originally planned so it was installed in the floor where the old furnace had been. It required a custom floor grill and two wall grills that they installed at a later dated because they had to be ordered. Both the office and Jonathan and D Sean stayed in contact with me to see if everything was working, and to update me on the arrival of the grills. We noticed that the kitchen area was getting too warm before the living room, and when they brought out the grills, they brought out an air balancing device and adjusted some of the dampers under the house. Again, when the two workers came out they were very courteous, put on shoe socks, and took their time cutting and refitting the openings for the grill, and adjusting the air flow. So for us, the bottom line is that we made the right choice going with AZ and Costco. I am very picky and try to do my homework before we decide on contractors, which is obvious with eight bids, and this turned out far better than we had ever expected. I would not hesitate to recommend AZ, not only by what professionalism I saw in their employees, but also knowing that if it is done through Costco, Costco will stand behind their work read more

This company definitely does outstanding work. Jovanni and his core team (which consisted of four people and a couple of others who came by) were amazing. They worked extraordinarily hard for about 12 hours, and they were tidy, friendly, and courteous. AZ is very lucky to have such good staff. Our sales person was David Molina. He is very personable, intelligent, and very pleasant to deal with. He took the time to teach us exactly how HVAC systems work. He showed us the alternative systems without pressuring us to go for one system over another. I did feel some pressure to sign on the spot, but that is how his company (and most of the large HVAC companies in Los Angeles) do business, but he was very nice about it, and (I think) he would have left without protest if I had insisted. Bargaining is expected, and I doubt we got very close to the best possible price, but it was reasonable for an investment that should last 15 to 20 years and David was an excellent rep who continued to be available when the job was being performed. Fast and meticulous work, the equipment is high end, and when the installation needed a few extra tasks, they did not charge for them. All in all, it was a great experience. read more

Since the authenticity of my review was questioned, I was going to upload a picture of the paperwork I got during my visit from Joe, but I don't see that option here. But I will address Zack's defense of the HERO program. Note that, in response to my suggestion that HERO is a high fee, high interest program, Zack states "there are no application fees" and the interest rate depends on the term. I direct you to the HERO website, which conveniently provides a sample contract. Just google "sample financing documents HERO" and click the first link, which will lead you to a PDF. Note on page 23, you see on a hypothetical project amount of $13,250, the administration and recording fees are $1,232. In addition, the interest you will have accrued BEFORE YOUR FIRST PAYMENT is $1,368. Therefore, the total amount financed on a $13,250 transaction is $15,850. In total, for your $13,250 A/C, you will pay a total of $23,918.20. Zack says this makes A/C more affordable for homeowners. I'll let you decide. It sounds to me like saying loan sharks make gambling more affordable. Again, because of the fees and interest involved, I understand why they will continue to sell it, and sell it hard. Zach says "certain items are tax deductible from property taxes (see a tax professional)". First of all, I don't think there is such a thing as deducting from property taxes. I think maybe he is referring to deducting this on your federal and state taxes because it is billed through your property tax bill. Secondly, I would have been fine if this was the way the program was presented to me. It was not. I was flat out told the entire amount was deductible from federal and state taxes and that in turn this would lower my total out of pocket expenses. I did contact my accountant on this, and he told me it was hogwash. I have since looked into it, I even talked to the HERO representative that AZ Air had call me. And I can tell you what they are telling you is aggressive sales tactics at best. But aggressive sales tactics were all I got from AZ. Zack suggests that I should call him so that we can resolve all of these issues. That is funny. Thanks Zach, but I have no interest in doing business with your company. I do have an interesting in protecting others from getting ripped off by you. read more

Crappy work Avoid buying from Costco with AZ HVAC as the contractor! Bought from Costco Torrance the Lennox Heating system. They left cracks in the ceiling and damage to walls. The guys were sloppy, messy and left screws loose. The guys also were lazy trying to run the gas line on the outside of my house. Abe and Zack made every excuse not to repair the damage. I would avoid using Costco for HVAC, if I were you. I am having to go to Costco upper management to get them to repair the damages. This is the worst contractor experience ever. May have to go to contractors state licence board, BBB and Small Claims Court. read more

Sorry John Karr of AZ, if you are a real person: I have never blocked you. You have never tried to contact me. My review is real. Your quote was real. I am looking at it now, with an "AZ" business card attached. A big red-colored "AZ" surrounded by a red oval at the top of the card. Your estimate was $5,621. read more

This two star review is strictly due to AZ's dramatic price increases. In Oct, 2013, AZ put in a new HVAC system for me. At that time, I gave them 4 stars: their work was professional, fast, and their workers responsive to fixing a few things that got messed up. In addition, their sales rep spent a lot of time with me and was very professional. Six months later, I asked them to install another system and their prices have jumped almost 30%! The owner said he'd lower the price by $500 but he was still THOUSANDS more expensive than several of his competitors--including American Comfort in Anaheim and Conditioned Aire in Northridge. No point doing business with AZ anymore. Their Costco agreements must have gone to their head. Even when their prices were more reasonable you still don't save any money going through Costco, and you have to lay out more to get a $1,000-1,500 Costco gift card. read more

I have used this company twice, once for the installation of a mini-split system (air conditioner and heater), and the other time for the repair of a heater (one of the furnace motors needed to be repaired). I can't recommend them highly enough! . read more

When the AZ technician arrived on Wednesday, August 29th, he looked at the system and gave us a new evaluation of the problem with the AZ air conditioning system. His evaluation was quite at odds with the analysis of the last technician the week before. This technician explained that the problem was not with the pump at all, as the last technician told us, but with a clog in the line. He was quite efficient and repaired the clog in the line, picking up the check I left for the pump. Apparently, the new analysis and repair came to exactly the amount of the check I left. On Friday, 8/31/18 I called the AZ accounting department to inquire about when I would get my rebate for the $150.00 check I had left for the new pump. Alice in accounting was very accommodating. She explained that my credit card was charged $258.00 for the work done, consisting of $129.00 for the maintenance visit and $150.00 for the pump. When I explained that 129 plus 150 equaled 279, she said that AZ had under-billed me. I asked what happened to the deposit on the pump that I no longer needed. She said that she would have to check. When Alice came back on the line, she explained that the $258.00 that I had been charged was just for the maintenance and the $200.00 check that your technician had picked up was for the repair of a clog. She said that he had cleared the drain on 8/29, picked up the $200.00 check, the amount of the invoice and that the unit was now working fine. I asked her what then happened to the $150.00 I gave AZ Air for the new pump which was now not needed. Alice said that she would talk with the technician and get back to me. As of today, I have not heard back. read more

We had an estimate from this company as we got referral from costco for installation of gas furnace. The presentation was good and everything seemed nice and they offered financing option so we told the presenter to give us a couple of days to think about it. The company representative guy took all my information for the financing the same day. After I discussed with my husband, we decided it was overpriced and we couldn't afford it so we told him not to proceed. However, I got a new credit card approved from this company approximately a week after I cancelled the deal. I don't know how this company is working. I never gave them my permission to get me another credit card for financing. read more

I purchased a system through Costco who contracts with this company. From the beginning I had nothing but issues- work not done on the day scheduled, when it was done it didn't even work!! Had to fight to get them to even come out and do the job properly. The post inspection by the city showed that the duct work wasn't in good shape and had asbestos so it couldn't be touched without a HUGE expense. This was not told to me in the initial inspection. It is now 4 mos after install and it stopped working again yesterday. They now say they can't get anyone out for a few days. I have tried to talk to Costco through all of this and they have done NOTHING and do not even respond to my calls. I have since found out that this product was way overpriced. At this point, ANY other system that works with better service would have been worth it. DO NOT USE them!!!! read more

I purchased my unit through Costco over a year ago. I should have done better due diligence on pricing prior to making my purchase. I overpaid on my unit because I thought I was going to get a fair price through Costco. That was not the case as you can look at the rest of us on Yelp who purchased from AZ Air through Costco. We were notified immediately by AZ after our install that if we provided a favorable review on Yelp we would be given a Starbucks gift card. This doesn't sit well with me and seems unethical. Since posting my first 2 star review over one month ago, AZ customer service has contacted me. At first I thought they wanted to know how my unit was operating but the basis of their call was to see if I would remove my Yelp review. I voiced my concerns and requested Zack call me personally. If you notice on the reviews, he's the one who posts the comments afterwards. I was told he was out of the Country but would call me once he returned. Two weeks ago I received several calls from AZ customer service. It was the same person I spoke with before. He asked if I had given any thoughts about removing my review? I mentioned how I never heard back from Zack. It's obvious to me they don't give two sh---s about me as a customer. I have since voiced my concerns to the Costco Executive Office regarding this company and their pricing. I've been assured by Costco they are looking into the matter and my concerns are being taken seriously. If you see this company in a Costco take my advice and go the other way. You can get a much better price if you do your homework. Don't assume the Big Box retailer is going to guarantee you get the best price for your money. This was not my experience. They also offer a service plan which is priced well above other companies out there. Trust me on this, I've done my homework. I've since figured out what my true costs should have been and realize I got ripped off. read more

Horrible, horrible and did I say horrible customer service, tech service and they are dishonest on top of it! Never use them for any HVAC service, you will regret it. I called for service on my less run 1 year old AC system that was broken. PROBLEM #1. Why did my original system last 25 years and their system broke 2x's in one year? They promised me a call back on two separate days, no call back. I finally called and got an appointment the next morning between 9-12:00. I called at 11:58 and they told me that my appointment was not until 1:00-3:00. LIE! I stayed home from work to make sure that I was there. Now it's 3:00, still no technician. He was busy and at 5:00 still no tech. They didn't even call I had to call to find out what was going on. NOW ITS 7:30, guess who is knocking on the door? He looked at my AC unit and said it broken and has to order parts. Nothing from them the next day,NOTHING! I had to call again and they told me I won't get my parts for another day. SOMEBODY DIDN'T ORDER THEM. It does not get any better but you get the idea. Because it was under warranty I'm stuck with them. I would do anything to get away from them, they lie and their techs do lousy work!!!!! DON'T LIVE MY NIGHTMARE PICK A REPUTABLE COMPANY! Btw, they were the COSTCO CONTRACTED COMPANY. I read several Yelp reviews that were negative on AZ Air-conditioning and heating, so I was a little concerned about using them. I bought a ductless Mitsubishi heating and cooling system from Costco and AZ were the ones who were doing the installation. I can understand some of the negative statements, but have to say that this is construction. If you never had construction at your home, talk to someone who has. It's messy, it's inconvenient, it's...construction. Our house is 101 years old and has no ducts, or attic space. This was a complicated job and AZ handled it professionally and with great care. The installation took a day and a half. We had 5 guys that worked their tails off. At one point we had 3 guys under the house, running the pipes and two outside guiding. I am totally satisfied with the quality of the installation. After a couple of weeks with the new system, the temperature finally dropped below 50 degrees. The system stopped working for some reason at these low temps. It was Christmas week and it was cold for Los Angeles! Tony the service manager went above and beyond to get someone out to us. It turns out we had several bad parts on the Mitsubishi outside condenser unit. Mitsubishi wasn't being very helpful getting the replacement parts, but Tony pulled some strings and called in a favor and got us up and running quickly. He even gave me his personal cell number to make sure that the fixes worked. I can't remember the last time I have received customer service like this. I bought this AC/Heat unit from Costco knowing Costco stood behind it. I applaud Costco for picking AZ Air-conditioning and Heating as part of their team. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them. I also love the Mitsubishi ductless AC/Heat. Can't wait to see how the AC works in the summer! read more

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!! Installed equipment with AZ in 2015. They told me there's a 10-year warranty on all equipment. In 2018 the Honeywell thermostat stopped working. I called AZ and they said that I had to deal directly with Honeywell, because they didn't like dealing with manufacturer warranty. WTF??? I call Honeywell, and of course, they tell me to go through the dealer from whom I purchased the unit. I explained the dealer will not honor the warranty and Honeywell takes care of it. A few months later, the system isn't working at all. I suspect blower motor or control panel. Both have 10 years warranty. This time AZ tells me my warranty has expired because the person who's name is on the invoice no longer lives in the house. They say the manufacturer will not honor the warranty. I call the manufacturer and they tell me they absolutely will honor the warranty. AZ will do anything, even lie, to not honor the warranty. Still, I ask them if they will at least come out to diagnose the problem. They tell me they will charge $129 for the visit. This is a steal! I called other companies and they will charge $50-$70 for a service call. Some companies charge nothing at all. I will spare you the details of the rude customer service on the phone. Save yourself headache and money and DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH AZ. read more

My friend had a full system installed by them - via the CostCo offer. I too used them to install split ACs and to do some other duct work in the past. They were great when it came to installations and selling things. It's the service I'm writing to complain about. My friend's new AC (well 2 years new) stopped working. They sent someone after a few days. That person gave her one opinion that didn't make sense - basically selling her more expensive things and telling her that the system was not powerful enough for the home. If that's true, why did THEY recommend that size of system. Then the following week, another guy came out. He had another read on the matter - the coolant needed refreshing. He did that. The system seemed to work. He left. Now, a week later, the condenser is not working at all. We've been waiting all day for them to come. We were told that even though this was the 3rd time we'd had to call them in - they could only fit us in in the afternoon between 3 and 6 p.m. ... but just maybe they'd get to us earlier. On the hope of that "maybe" we've canceled plans and sat here all day. Only to get a call saying that we were "next" but the window was getting pushed back. This is BS! You can see how much the owner/manager cares about the comments here... because he just goes on the reviews and gives the same answer, saying, "Call our customer service number," We did! We're writing here because we're frustrated with the way your customer service treated us!! In my book, if you've sold me a brand new system, and this is the 3rd call in 3 weeks about it breaking down, I would rush some techs out to make sure the system works. Not make me the last call of the day and then keep pushing the window back!! read more

Found AZ through Costco and hired them to install a new Lennox heating and air conditioning unit. They arrived early which was really good since we had an afternoon appointment. David F was my service tech today for my AC & heater maintenance! He was EXCELLENT!!! He did areas of maintenance that none of the other guys had done in previous visits. He treated my house like a castle- putting on surgical booties to not track in mud since it was a rainy day, wiping down his ladder before bringing it inside, even wearing gloves as to not leave fingerprints on the attic door! David even cleaned all the nasty fingerprints off the attic door left from the last service tech. David is extremely thorough, explains everything in detail, and to top it all off has a great sense of humor! I just wished AZ would have all their service techs be more like him! Maybe AZ ... you could have David train your other service techs!! read more

This rating is specifically for our recent service technician, Andrew W. We replaced our system with a new one with AZ about 4 years ago. Overall, we have been very happy with our system and the service although, surprisingly, we've had to have a few parts repaired in the very short time that we have had our system (incurring some out-of-pocket labor costs not covered by our warranty). For the most part, our service reps have been quite good, some very good in fact, and AZ has been great about scheduling maintenance calls and following through on all of our service needs. Most recently, Andrew W came out for a scheduled maintenance call. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, positive attitude, friendly and respectful demeanor, and attention to detail. It is refreshing to have someone who goes the extra mile to make sure that the client is happy with the service and Andrew did just that. He is a great representative of the company and impressed me so much that it prompted me to write this review. I should also mention that Alfredo, Jessie, and Jack (previous service reps) have also been a pleasure to work with as are Caesar and Daniel who have scheduled the bulk of our appointments. read more

Just a quick update. One star ONLY b/c there are only three people that seem to have any pride or integrity at this company (and b/c yelp forces you to give at least one) - our sales guy, Jonathan and the QC tech, Rubin, and his partner who came out to fix the crap install job that was not finished (though the installers apparently thought it was b/c they didn't come back the following day) the week before. After staying home 4 of the last 5 days waiting for installers who did a horrible, unfinished job and appointments that were either late or no show (and I had to call every time to find out where they were - nobody bothered to call and let me know that they would be late or weren't showing up), I had an electrical inspection scheduled for today. I have a 30' open ditch in my backyard and everything is dying b/c I can't turn the sprinklers on (muddy ditch will not pass inspection), so I was eager for this inspection to fill in the dirt this weekend. Guess what? I never received a call this morning to schedule the final time and when I finally called...another scheduling error, sorry, can you make the appt tomorrow instead? Seriously? No. I can't. This is a joke - a bad one - and it's on me, at this point. I've been told that supervisors would call - they never have. I've been given multiple 'I'm your contact now' numbers and contacts - they haven't been helpful or followed up. Such a poor experience. I even called Costco and filed a complaint. They basically sent the complaint back to AZ. Useful. Not at all. At this point, I feel completely taken advantage of, and that is a terrible feeling. :( I'm out $10,000+ and my hands are tied. This has been the WORST experience with contractors ever (and we have had to deal with MANY contractors in the past 2 years). read more

Pending city inspection still, but assuming that goes well (no reason to believe it won't), I can't express enough how great the experience I had with AZ Air Conditioning and Heating was! First, I signed up through Costco and was immediately contacted by AZ for an appointment and estimate. Ilan was the gentleman who I met with and it was a great experience! He was at my property for almost 2 1/2 hours, was extremely thorough in explaining the options and recommendations, how things worked, break downs of all costs and what's included, as well as the installation expectations. The best part, there was no upselling, and I felt there was complete transparency throughout the process. I decided to move forward, and Ilan was able to have work start the following day! Next, I was very impressed with the installation process. I had extensive work done, which included installation of central air/heating (two separate systems because of the property's complexities), a tankless water heater installation and an electrical panel upgrade. I had old, gas wall heaters, a traditional water heater, etc. These folks do everything from A to Z as part of the process, including creating a new attic access (especially if you have an older home with an old, out of code access), removed wall heaters and capped gas lines, rough patch of walls, removed old water heater closet, etc. Manuel and Luis were spectacular, and there was a team of about 12 folks to get this done. Unbelievably, all of this work was done in a day and a half! Everyone showed up when promised, special care taken to protect my property from the work being done, they did everything they said they would and a cleanup that makes you wonder if they were even there! Finally, and this is extremely important to me and why I'm always skeptical of contractors in general. There was a problem with the AC/Heating unit's installation the following day, which was a Saturday. It wasn't a major issue that needed to be resolved that day, but the system was not usable until addressed. I called on Saturday, and they had a technician (Joe) contact me fairly quickly. I explained that it could wait until Monday, and he said someone would call me first thing Monday to set up a time. Monday morning, I received a call, and two gentlemen came by later that afternoon, spent about 20 minutes and had the system up and running perfectly. Some may view this as a negative, but for me it was a test of how a company responds when something's wrong. I didn't have to chase them, they were extremely professional, had a sense of urgency, and were apologetic for the inconvenience. Joe even followed up the following day and asked if I'd like him to stop by just to confirm everything was fine! This company goes the extra step! I cannot recommend AZ enough and I only wish they could do all the work that I need on my property so that I'd have the comfort in knowing it will be done quickly and be done right! read more

I'm very disappointed. Part of it is the product Lennox and part was the contractor, A-Z. I had asked for a system that could be controlled via WiFi from the beginning and was told I would get one. When the contractors showed up they did not have a WiFi thermostat and they told me the office had failed to put it on the order but, they could let the office know and replace the one I had. I had also asked that the thermostat be placed in the master bedroom and was told they would do that when they returned to install the WiFi thermostat. After repeated requests on the phone, in person and via email I still have received neither. This has resulted in a very inefficient system for the almost $13,000 I spent for the upstairs half of my house. In addition they came out to do a test more than 6 months afterwards and then gave me "results" saying the air is unhealthy and I need to spend an additional approximately $1,500 to upgrade to a better air filter!! I feel completely taken to the cleaners over this. I do not recommend this company. They were very friendly and efficient about getting my money in the beginning but no follow up when there was a problem. I was told over the phone that the new thermostat had been ordered and they would contact me when it arrived. I followed up with them a couple of times afterwards but got no response back. System was ordered in January 2020. The last contact I had with them was July 29, 2020. read more

Eeek is right! I called to get an estimate, they sent a technician (very nice man) who checked out the unit and proceeded to write up a $100 work order for telling me that my system was flat and needed a replacement. Duh! I already knew that. That's why I called. And the estimate was way higher than 4 other companies I contacted who did not charge me $100 for an estimate. In fact, all the others provided a FREE estimate. I just find the company dishonest for not telling me in advance there was a $100 charge for providing a quote. I would never have called if that was the case. I got a much better unit replacement for several thousand dollars less than what they quoted. I do want to note that this happened back in 2013. I just found a copy of the work order and after almost three years it still makes me upset. Needed to set the record straight before shredding old files. read more

Manuel and his crew installed a new central heating/air system in my house in one day! They were neat, cleaned up the place, and were very considerate during the entire process. They also pulled out two obsolete wall heaters. Due to a delay from Edison, the new electrical panel was installed the following week. No problems with the new Lennox system, and it is super quiet..The inspector that came by noted "I never have any problems with these guys" so I felt that everything was done right. read more

I signed up for a quote for an AC system at Costco. The next day I received a call from Damian, we scheduled a meeting for the quote. He was very good at explaining the work that would need to be done and answering all my questions. I decided to purchase the system. The AZ team came 2 days later and got everything set up really fast. They were very friendly and were very good at keeping my house clean. Once everything was installed, the guy in charge, Gabriel Lozano, explained how everything worked. Also, Damian came by to double check that everything was installed correctly. I was very pleased with their work and am very happy with the system so far! read more

I'm not one to write reviews but after the hard work this company did I think it's a must. We wanted to go with a company that was qualified to do the job and AZ was that and more. They were able to provide us with a free estimate and explain to us our best options in regards to replacing our HVAC system. (FYI--you're not only backed up by them by Costco too!) I'm happy that Costco has chosen such a decent company as their contractor. Everything has gone smoothly! From the consultant who provided us with the quote to actually installing our HVAC system, we are more than satisfied! Thanks AZ! read more

AZ Air Conditioning and Heating are the best professional company I have ever worked with. They installed a new HVAC last July. They did such a professional job and were very clean. They just had the city inspector out and AZ was here to meet with him. I wanted to thank Aussie and Chris for their assistance with the City. The inspector said they never have any problems with the jobs done by AZ Air Conditioning. read more

We've been using AZ Air Conditioning for many years now. Our technician Eddie has been servicing our home for the last several visits. He is punctual & explains all of the issues (if any) that our unit has. Also he had recommended during his first visit that we redo our insulation in our attic/crawl space. We finally redid the insulation in Spring 2015 & it has made such a difference in our heating/cooling of the house. I would definitely recommend AZ Air Con AND Eddie to any of my friends & family!! read more

Just recently had Lennox air conditioning and heating system installed. Utilized the HERO program. AZ did exactly as promised. The workers completed the job in one day. It even included a new electrical panel. They were the most polite workmen I've ever known. I chose AZ because my neighbors used them and were very satisfied. Our rep was very available to answer our questions no matter how small. I would recommend AZ to anyone. read more

I was satisfied with the installation but this company has made it quite inconvenient to schedule an appointment for the six-month maintenace (required to keep your warranty valid). how am i supposed to keep my part of the contract when they won't keep theirs? they have cancelled twice already with the excuse that they have had many employees calling in sick. read more

The installation team arrived on time and ready to work. Everyone on the team had an assignment and went right to work with confidence and professionalism. They wore clean-room booties when in the house. They were kind to my animals and careful not to let them out of the house and yard. A supervisor and quality control guy talked to me and that was nice. The lead installer also talked me through the process and kept me informed throughout the day. He took time to teach me how to use the online interface and the App. We tested the heat briefly and then we cooled the house off so nicely. The system is quiet. They hauled away the boxes, trash and old stuff. At the end of the day, the entire area was clean. Looking forward to enjoying my new system. Thanks AZ Air Conditioning and Heating!
