Every time I come to Dutch Bros, it brightens my day -- and a huge part of that is thanks to the amazing people who work here. I especially want to shout out Isaac and Avery! Isaac is always incredibly kind and welcoming. He has such a calming, genuine energy, and he somehow remembers everyone's name and favorite drink. He's tall, super friendly, and always carries himself with such warmth -- it makes every visit feel personal. And Avery is a total ray of sunshine! She's full of energy, sweet as can be, and makes everyone smile with her bubbly attitude. The two of them together are like the dream team -- you can really tell they care about creating a positive space and making people feel seen. If you're in Walla Walla, and you choose to get your coffee from Dutch Brothers instead of Walla Walla Roasters, The Colville Street Patisserie or one of our many fantastic Espresso Stands, you should just give up on life. Sure, if you find yourself in a barren coffee-free wasteland (such on a Sunday, when all the good coffee places in WW are closed), Dutch Brothers might not be so bad. But under any other circumstances - you'd be crazy to come here. read more

Yes, sometimes the service can be slow and the coffee isn't the best I've ever had, but over all they do a really good job. The good experiences I've had has definitely outweighed the bad ones. And no one can beat the awesome energy of the Dutch Bros crew. read more

Every time I get a coffee there it has absolutely no flavor I ordered a Caramel latte and it had absolutely no caramel flavoring super bland just tasted like milk and coffee. I also ordered an Italian soda and the used barley any syrup and didn't use any heavy cream how is it an Italian soda without the cream??! That's just a soda stop flirting with customers and learn how to make a fucking drink!!! read more

This location is probably the least friendly Dutch Bros I've ever been to. I tipped like I always do and wished I hadn't when I didn't even get a thank you. If Dutch is known for their friendly (sometimes overly so) service, this location is sorely lacking. On a positive note, my coffee was really good. read more

Typical Dutch Bros. Nothing unexpected here (good or bad). It *is* better than Starbucks. Obviously you forego the sit-down experience and food options here, but if the coffee is your priority, then this is as good a bet as any other place I've been to in WW. LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I go out of town every now and then and am so disappointed to find that nobody can make delicious coffee like Dutch bros. Everyone is friendly and will make sure you are satisfied before you leave. If your drink is not made right, they will just remake it without any hassle. My wife and I get coffee from here everyday and I will continue to do so because it is just so awesome! There are so many options from teas to blended drinks to hot drinks to pastries to ... The list goes on and on. The Dutch freeze drinks in particular are unbeatable. Really affordable and amazing every time! Nobody makes coffee like Dutch bros! read more

I've been to DB locations all over, from North CA to WW, WA. This particular location is by far the best. The servers have great energy and remembered my names for what I drink after just two visits. The owner is there a lot and pretty hands-on, and it's clear that he leads his team by example. Regarding their coffee, I like the way DB blends the flavors--not too syrupy and not too strong with coffee flavor. I would highly recommend the WW location read more

Typically great service, and definitely fast. The coffee is never burnt and their blended drinks are amazing. They don't screw you if you want an extra flavor, more chocolate, or whipped cream, so you can actually get a good drink without worrying about how much more it will cost you. They've often got fundraisers and give to charity. If you aren't just concerned with seeming like a coffee connoisseur DB is a really good tasting, affordable option. read more
