I have adapted to their "adult sippy cup" style of cups... still do not like them BUT wanted to adjust my star allotment. They do deserve 5*... good service, good coffee... don't LOVE the small talk at the window (the whole "what are you up to today?) Yes! Dutch Bros coffee is the jam! I love all the flavor options they have and clearly everyone in town does too. The drive thru line here is intense but man do they move quickly. They will come out and take your orders in the line from an iPad and your drink is good to go when you make it to the front. The energy here is amazing, there is always good music on if you do the walk up ordering. The staff is super friendly and chipper. The drinks are great and the sizes are plentiful. Customer service .... TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!! love chitchatting with each other and it causes major delays and lines being dragged out. Probably waited 20-30 mins watching/waiting from the line while they were talking to a customer. The main problem here is the front window cashiers. They will talk to each customer for long periods of time which causes there to be long lines and frustrated customers. I decided to stop spending my money here because when I go every day and there's been a few times where they mess up on my drink and I go back and ask them to remake it they were ok I never had a problem I understand they get new people who are learning but I'm paying for this and I expect to have a good coffee so I went one day I held on to my messed up drink and went back and the girl manager working said that would be the last time she would remake my drink I have only went back a few times for a remake and she made it seem I was doing this every day and I was not I spend my hard earned money every day and the way I was treated was not ok she expected me to be ok with the messed up coffee and not ask them to remake it ever again she said that would be the last time they would remake my coffee so I deleted the app and stick with Starbucks because Starbucks employees are alot nicer and if they mess up or if my coffee is not what I paid for they are so freaking nice and they remake it I honestly don't know what's going on with Dutch bros they used to be so friendly and they are like hurry get out of my line and they don't care about the customers satisfaction it's really messed up read more

The coffee is the best, but what really makes Dutch bros coffee special are the people. They are all so happy and friendly.

Doesn't matter if there's a long line or a short line, plan to wait for your drink for a very long time. The employees are too busy talking. What are they even doing back there? Just came from San José Ca with my sister who lives in Chico to visit family we have here in Texas. Before going to the zoo we stopped by here and the Lady who took our order was funny and very sweet. The one who gave us our drinks was wholesome. i dont remember their names but the guy said he is from oceanside Ca and a freshman at Baylor i believe. He had a full conversation with my dad so there wasn't an awkward moment while we waited for our drinks. Y'all are the sweetest! read more
