There was one person working and another person went to Costco to get more oat milk as they ran out. I really love the matcha almond milk with the taro cream. I tried the other drink we ordered which was Viet coffee with milk and egg cream, which was a little salted. We both got 25% ice and 25% sugar. The pricing was a bit steep for the small drinks. I think the coffee was about $6.50 after tax and the matcha w almond milk was almost $8.50 with the $1 up charge and tax. The cups were cute and the store was adorable with all the pinks and pastels. Overall the matcha and coffee were both very yummy - we did not try the boba. But at the price they are, this will have to be a seldom treat.

From talking to pay to getting the drink it was literally about three minutes. May be out of the norm but I was taken aback. "This is MY order?" A rarity these days for sure so it was a pleasant surprise. Knew what I wanted to order but the staff was very accommodating with any questions. Friendly and as previously mentioned speedy. Not in the area a lot but I would certainly pop in here again. Good menu variety, priced fairly, friendly and speedy service. Just wish the inside was a bit larger but it's a fair trade off for the service.

I don't think she really meant for me to have a great day.... All because I asked about my order status. My iced mocha had a thick layer of syrup and was warm at the bottom of the cup because they did not bother to stir it. Drive thru, mobile orders, and orders from "regulars" are the priority - they do not make orders first in, first out.

Defeats the purpose of ordering in the app. Recently I had them make the new dubai wow drink and it was a hot mess! No one knew what I was talking about and they started contemplating on calling the manager/owner almost as if they knew he would be annoyed if they called him. One guy said he can make it but all he did was add milk to sliced strawberries with globs of pistachio. It was a hot mess!! The pistachio dubai wow isn't even supposed to have strawberries in it and the pistachio cream should be blended with the drink. Totally not what the drink is supposed to be. It was horrible! I went back last night to try something different since I already had it in the KF in Colorado Springs...the strawberry dubai cup (no drink). This one was also a Dud- there was barely any pistachio cream and just whole pistachios (too many) and sliced strawberries. And to top it off they are using cups that are super sharp and even warned customers to be careful when removing the covers because you can cut your fingers. If they know this then stop being cheap and order new safer cups! This was never an issue in the past. Just too many reasons to be done with this location. The Boulder, Denver, and Colorado Springs location is waaaay better and the manager/owner is on site, their strawberry dubai cup was oh em ger the best I have had so far. Filled to the top, fresh strawberries and a much larger cup than this stingy location. No more Thornton location for me unfortunately. Not so cherry on top? Their service and attitudes. I never enjoy my drink inside since it doesn't have the best ambiance.
