Baked goods came out very well. Lastly, I would also like to aknowledge that the ambiance is a very cozy cafe shop with the casino atmosphere in the background. The staff were pleasant, we didn't seem to run into any issues on our first visit. Thank you, Koffee Kiicha, for the wonderful experiance. (Personal opinion on tastes, only for keeping note of how the food tasted. You may skip this portion of the review.) This is my first time trying a scone, and as much as I love a sweet treat, the bread had a very croissant taste. It was very layered and not as chewy. But that is just my personal opinion. However, I did like the soft pound cake. It was soft, a delicate amount of sweet and fulfilling all at once. My family ordered the items you can see in the photos, but I will only review the ones I have tried so far. And my brother loved his donut. He said it reminded him of the donut from The Simpsons, just a mini version. So, yes, we all enjoyed it.

That first bite I was expecting it to be very sweet it was perfect both cakes were moist, flavorful and absolutely delicious. The service was excellent. Since that day last week I have came back 3 times for those cakes. I tried the banana cake it was to strong in flavor that it tasted like alcohol was in it. I do wish they had better seats for those that have back issues. Heck a small price to pay to enjoy some awesome cakes. Also I rarely eat cake not a big fan but now since I tried this spot I guess need to start a diet.Enjoy

First off, let's start by saying we weren't even greeted when we walked in & were only acknowledged once we went to place our order. After looking over the menu we proceeded to order & the Asian lady at the register (the wife of the owner Joe) was super rude & didn't even smile. She then looked at me like I was stupid when I ordered the Nutella only crepe, when I was very specific by the way, I understand if you're trying to make sure I'm making the proper choice due to past incidents with other customers "as you claim"But I really don't know how you get that confused when I had to repeat myself multiple times? How are you going to list something on your menu then look at me funny when I order it like you don't know what I'm talking about?? Language barrier or not, her service was very rude & unprofessional & the owner JOE is very dismissive about complaints, but quick to comment on nice reviews... Taking no accountability & not doing anything to fix the problem & being quick to judge someone or call us racist is my main issue here because we deserve more genuine people in Hemet not power tripping owners like JOE. Also this would've all been fine had the food at least been good but it wasn't, the quality of their "so called crepes" was TERRIBLE, WORST I've ever tasted, super UNDERCOOKED... even got sick from it afterwards. Had to go ahead & edit since it doesn't let you respond to this business replies. Highly recommend taking your money to a better Crepes location. Joe you claim misery loves company, no wonder your poor wife is miserable! It all makes sense now Won't be surprised if this place goes under, have the day you deserve! (:

I ordered a Brownie Batter Freeze as it's the drink of the season, it was surprisingly unpleasant. The brownie bits tasted processed, way too sugary, and felt like something you'd get at the dollar store. The coffee was weak, not as good as i remember. As for service, the Dutch girl I encountered was nice. I ordered through the app in case there was a line. When I arrived I picked up my drink at the designated window. I didn't notice a line at the pick-up window nor the drive-thru! I'm not surprised as the coffee has been underwhelming lately. The best item I got was a pre-packaged lemon muffin top. It's processed but undeniably the best item at the moment. Starbucks and Dunkin' have WAY better food items. SJ's Dutch Bros. Is quiet and easy to navigate. I'm glad Dutch Bros. has come to the SJ community, I know lots of kids love it so it's a treat. However, I don't come here a lot as it's very expensive.
