This is the first stand I've visited at which the staff at the window was not engaging. Every previous DB experience has involved a gregarious, curious, polite, professional and friendly customer service Individual at the window. To be fair, I was looking at my phone, so perhaps they didn't want to intrude. The latte was very well crafted. DB seems to be avoiding the ubiquitous tip culture. They just run my card and do not offer the option. I know most those youngsters are in it for the tips. Best to bring cash or let them know you want to tip when paying by card. This is consistently the worst Dutch in this entire area. I work 3 blocks away, and I still normally drive all the way to the other side of town to go to the Antelope Dutch because they're the best, and actually care if you get a good drink. I have gotten a Salted Caramel Protein Latte a few times a week since they introduced them. I know what they're supposed to taste like. Every time I get one from here, it tastes like black coffee with milk. No sweetness, no caramel drizzle. Nothing. It got to the point that when I started coming to the Main St. location, I asked for extra caramel drizzle just to ensure that I actually got the caramel drizzle the drink is SUPPOSED to have. So today, I'm in a hurry. I don't have time to go all the way to the Antelope location, so I settle for Main. I order it exactly the same way I always do with extra caramel drizzle. Not a single drop of caramel in the cup. They gave me ZERO. I will never go to this location again. If I'm spending my hard-earned money on a $9 drink, you should be making it the way I ask for it. I'm incredibly tired of paying that kind of money for a drink that tastes awful. If you have the time, go to the Antelope location. We have two Dutch Bros location here in Red Bluff and they both seem to be busy all the time with a line of cars waiting to get their fill of , well... whatever they order. This location is located at the sort of south end of town towards the Raley's store. I want some coffee and so I just decided to come here, cause I just happen to be here, instead of driving over to the Starbucks. Lucky, the line wasn't too long and I just ordered a black coffee, cause that's all I need. No cappo-late half shot of espresso ding a ling drink for me ... just gimme my coffee! Oh WOW, holy begezes ... my first sip ... this sure doesn't taste like the coffee I was expecting. I mean it wasn't like spit it out bad ... but the flavor was coffee with I think chocolate of something. Not my flavor for sure ... damn, I'm passing on Dutch Bros in the future ...... Absolutely awful experience with the employee's, my card was declined simply because I didn't have the funds in the right location in my bank. When I pull up to the window I hear all the employee's conversing and giggling, mentioning "they're card declined," when they could've just asked me again to do the transaction. And when they finally did ask me, it was really backhanded. I would recommend going to Antelope, or even going to Corning, or Anderson for a Dutch, and not go to Main Street Dutch Bro's in Red Bluff. read more

I would like to suggest customers service training. I went by to get a drink and the barista at the window was so incredibly rude with an aggressive tone. She yelled my total at me then was frustrated when she couldn't find my order so didn't say anything to her until she reach out of the window and to get her tips and began yelling about how everyone was being hella rude. That's when I spoke up and let her know she was being hella rude and she's at the window. Didn't apologize or seem the least bit apologetic. My grandmother went to this stand today to get her birthday drink and they completely ruined her day. She had the app with the free drink and they did not honor it and argued with her, making her pay. I would understand if she didn't have the free drink but she did and to sit there and tell her that you don't care if she has it or not is nuts and to make her cry isn't okay. We frequently go to the location on Antelope Blvd. in Red Bluff. The service and product are usually excellent but I'm going to give a little rant to the young lady who sold me two drinks this morning. The server will usually ask if I want to pay with the app & if the tip amount is ok. I always respond with a yes and will usually get a thank you or a word of appreciation but this morning nothing. Maybe I'm too old school but when I spend nearly $14.00 for two drinks and leave a generous tip I do expect a thank you. The parking lot it's located in is absolutely monstrous for absolutely no reason as nothing there is ever busy, but Dutch Brothers put themselves in the worst possible location in that parking lot. Super cramped and leaving it sucks, as they don't give you any room to maneuver as you exit. It's really strange! They are almost always 3 to 10 cars behind, so I don't know why they are so slow. My son and I frequent about 5 to 7 Dutch Brothers within this County and connecting counties, and this is definitely one of the slowest locations for some reason. TLDR; AMAZING service, free drinks for first timers, love the sippy lids, delicious chocolate chip muffin tops, Golden Eagle was a little too sweet and milky for my taste but parents enjoyed it, would come back. We stopped by for some coffee as we were heading out of Lassen National Park. We were greeted by a wonderful staffer who was taking our orders outside at the drive thru. I'm bummed that I didn't get her name because she was so sweet and so helpful! We told her it was our first time at Dutch Bros Coffee and we were looking for some recommendations. She recommended the Golden Eagle, which is a coffee with vanilla, caramel, with caramel drizzle. We were sold by the time she finished describing the drink. We also got an Americano iced coffee and their chocolate chip muffin top. What made this coffee run even more amazing was that she told us that the coffees were on the house since it was our first time - what a surprise! We paid for our muffins and we were on our way. The coffee was a little too sweet and creamy for my taste but my parents enjoyed it. The chocolate chip muffin top was delicious. I've been to many dutch bros stands and I love the service and love I get at all of them...except this one in red bluff. I've come here probably 10+ times over the last 4 or 5 years and the service is less than one star, every time I go...hoping the staff has improved. This time, all of our drinks were wrong, when I asked for my soft top (that I ordered) to be added, the girl snapped at me saying it wasn't on the order but she'd add it as she snatched the drink out of my hand. After that she turned around and started screaming at another employee. Every time I come to this stand...the employees are rude, lifeless, and don't seem very enthusiastic to help you (which is not what Dutch bros creed expects of people). Management really needs to step it up with this stand, it makes me sad that this is how things are here. read more

Yep. I'm with Michelle M. who said it takes just one visit to flip one's opinion. Let me start by saying I LOVE Dutch Bros. Rather, I love DB Napa, Orland, and Redding. We have been to the Red Bluff location a few times, with no issues that I recall, but nothing stellar, either. We will never return to that location. We always order the same thing: a large triple Carmelizer for me (quad shots make me hear colors) and a large black iced tea with easy ice for my wife. When the employee handed my wife her tea, she noticed the cup was not full, and handed it back so they could take care of it. The employee explained that they would have to charge 50 cents for a "top off," since it was easy ice. We both balked, and they went ahead and filled it at no charge, noting that different franchises have different rules. And they did not deduct for the missing shot in my drink, either, as they clearly have been doing at the locations we love. (Our order is always $7. Today it was $7.25.) Penny pinching is a surefire way to minimize profits; you can hold a lot more with an open hand. To the Red Bluff baristas: I'm sure you thought you were signing on with a cool company, and in some places, this is true. (Napa rocks!) My 2016 wish for you is a new position at Starbucks, where they know how to take care of people. read more

I am in Red Bluff 3-4 times a month and come for the same thing every time (everywhere). Customer service wise this is the least friendliest location I've been to EVER (especially compared to the Oroville location where I live). They lack enthusiasm and are usually not friendly nor smiling, don't greet folks with the standards we've grown used to from DB Employees. Drink wise is even worse. I get the SAME hand blended sugar free drink always, made with heavy whip. This location is always a different consistency that others and I've never got one without large chunks of ice, to the point I ended up asking them to blend it again today. I have had Other locations (several others actually) educate me, bcuz there is just no comparison and it's clear I'm getting charged for a carburetor with heavy whip, but they are using a milk or their sugar free milk. It's always very icy and half the drink has to be eaten with a spoon. The consistency of whip is very different, it's clear I'm not getting what I'm ordering and I really down know who to speak to about it but it's quite irritating when that is you coffee drink of choice and you rely on it when you're in town and order it regularly so you're very aware when it's not made correctly. read more

Visited this location may I start off with WOW! What an amazing team!!! What an awesome an awesome team this afternoon. The vibes were great super friendly and accommodating! First time coming to this spot as we've heard of it before and have been wanting to come here. Our experience wasn't one bit short of amazing. The young lady who took our order was very patient and nice suggested what we'd like based on our preferences of flavors. Starbucks needs to learn a thing or two from this establishment.
