I was zooming up back along the 5 at 75 or so and I was hoping to make it back to Red Bluff without stopping, but the call of nature was calling and I pulled off at the Corning exit off the 5. I know there's a Starbucks here, it just next to this Chinese fast food restaurant I went to a while ago. Just get off the freeway, turn right and make another right and it's there. Plenty of parking and I go right in. The restrooms are clean and no weird stuff going on or anything ... Corning is not like San Francisco where I just was, that's for sure. I decided I might as well get a cup of coffee while I'm here and check my work e-mail in the WiFi, which was working fine. I used my thermo coffee cup that I travel with, and they filled it no prob. Service was friendly and efficient so I was outta there in no time after checking my email. OK, just 20 min or so then I'm home! read more

The perfect mid-point stop between Redding and Sacramento. Ordered a peppermint mocha and a cake pop to go, in-store at the counter. Bathroom was clean. Service speedy and polite. A perfect place to stretch the legs and caffeine up on that 2.5 hour drive! read more

Great Starbucks just off I5, clean, had everything! The lady taking the order was very pleasant and helpful, and the girl making my latte made it super duper! I'm not sure how she got the nonfat milk so rich and foamy on top but it was just as I like it!! I will for sure come back again if I'm in the area. read more

Didn't try the food, but looks typical of other Starbucks. The baristas were super friendly and helpful. Greeted us with a smile. Got our order out correctly and fast. Store is clean and smells like coffee. Another added bonus for me they have several rosemary plants by the parking area. I love the smell of Rosemary. This is my first time to Corning, CA. Came in while I was using the supercharger. Staff was super friendly. Multiple employees greeted me. There was no line! I ordered a Medium (grande?) soy Iced Latte, and my total was $5.15. They have 2 gender neutral bathrooms. I used the one that wasn't occupied. It was clean and fully stocked. By the time I was done peeing and washing my hands for 20 seconds, my drink was already waiting for me. Thanks Starbucks! read more

So 5:30 am I walk in from the motel like every time I stay here, nobody inside a few in the drive through. 3 people working inside. Nobody even looks at me for 5 minutes. The blonde kid in front of me sneaks a peak to see if I'm still there. I don't say anything and leave. As I walk outside I look back and the blonde kid and Mexican kid with glasses are laughing. This didn't sit well with me. I walk back in and ask"what's so funny". Blonde kid says" don't worry about it! I said wtf did you say? He said again, don't worry about it. I said some things I shouldn't have said and he threatened to call the cops. Just to let you know we have 13 guys staying here now and I will do everything in my power to keep them from spending any money there! read more

A friend and stopped here for a fill up on the way up to Shasta and beyond. I had a cafe misto with the blond roast and he some black iced tea. Both were good. My coffee was light as advertised and tasted good. The place is small was limited seating outside and a few more inside. It's a convenient location, right off the Interstate 5 on the east side in Corning CA. The staff was friendly enough, well some more than others, which was okay. read more

Service is horrible. Especially I'm writing about young girl with blond hair, she introduced herself as a manager today. (August 19) So I was traveling and made two stops at this location to charge my car. Min while I went to Starbucks to grab coffee and water for my dog. First time all staff was playing with my puppy and everything was good. But the second time my doggie split the water on the floor, and because all stuff (I guess) were lazy, this amazing blondy decided to come to me and say "that it is not normal to pour water on the floor, we have other customers here (it was empty at that time). And supposedly they are doing me a favor by letting the dog into the cafe. If this happens again, I won't be able to get there again. Calm down girl So the thing is, if you want to come, for example, with a child and he/she will spill water or litter, then you will no longer be able to go there;))) lmao I have been working in the restaurant business for 7 years, and during all this time I have not behaved so etiquette with customers. If there was any garbage on the floor from dogs, from children or adults, I just cleaned it up, because this is part of my job. I am making this a 5 star for a solid employee by the name of Brandon,,, this guy is the example of how all star bucks employees should be. Fast, efficient, and makes the customer happy!!! Exceptional performance is always acceptable. This guys should be in charge of training all other employees as a whole. I don't think Starbucks is worthy of such an employee. My family pulled up to the drive through to order some food/drinks and was shocked at how friendly the barista at the window was! Literally the nicest interaction I've ever had at a Starbucks. The staff was working there tails off, but the in store patrons were not being served. It took 27 minutes for the first of five people to receive a drink. Customers were walking out. Nothing against the staff - but management needs to make some changes to staffing in order to care for the orders. read more

Stopped by for some drinks & to use the restroom as my family of 5 (3 kids) stopped to rest & charge our car during our road trip. Jackie wouldn't let my 3 and 5 year old use the restroom as she closed them "2 hours ago". She said they get dirty too easily & insisted we go to the restaurant next door. It was 7, they close at 9. This is the worst starbucks we have been to. There are at least 5 people behind the counter, 6 people in line and we waited 20 minutes to even order, and then waited another 10 minutes to get two regular pikes. They messed up multiple orders while we were waiting. This place was a total joke. They should really rethink the the employees they hire. read more

No mobile orders. Must go threw drive threw and line is long. I'm traveling north and want to get some coffee on the go. Ordered on my app and when I arrived I see that are only open at drive thru. Didn't plan to wait 35min for a cup of coffee and can't cancel order. Frustrating a little. read more

Wow the reviews are like night and day. I'm glad we had some great experiences here! This is normally our last stop (tesla charge) when we do a road trip from the Bay Area to Seattle. We come in around 8-9pm. Bathrooms and surrounding areas always clean. I noticed some game boards for those that like to linger inside. We walked in tonight 1/29 around 7:30ish and overheard some local police officers talking to the cashier about how this is the only Starbucks they go to. I know why. The baristas here are super friendly. The cashier in particular. I wish I would've taken the guys name that checked us out because he went above and beyond for us! Not only tonight but every time we come in (which is about every 3 months or so). Keep it up guys! Cheese danish & brownies (delicious as usual) Sandwich wrap w/peanut sauce (fantastic) We normally get water so can't comment about the drinks :) I've been to so many Starbucks including the "first one in pike place in Seattle" just days ago but this Location had the BEST customer service yet! read more

I frequent Starbucks all over the state because I travel regularly and I'm usually pretty critical, BUT this is the best one I've EVER been to based on customer service and the chai tea alone. The customer service is usually what brings the place down. They typically have arrogant people working here but the guy that helped us out was genuinly sweet and catering. We messed up ordering several times and then added drinks at the window and then we needed waters for our kids and then cups of ice to keep the bottles chilled.... it was a laundry list of reasons to hate us. lol The guy was amazing and deserved every penny in the tip jar in his own right, on top of the great service, our drinks (which we ended up getting two) were very good and made perfectly. I have one question, Starbucks. It is a simple question that should not require multitudes of brain cells yet somehow I fear for the answer. My question is this: How can you screw up a green tea so badly?!? Tea leaves + hot water! There IS nothing to mess up! But wow, no, I thought 'Gosh I'm running late and there's no time to make tea at home. No worries, I'll get one on the way.' I took the tea bag out almost right away so it didn't steep too long. That didn't seem to matter. Never had such a bitter green tea. It left a horrible aftertaste. I took two sips and before I threw it out, I let my friend try some. He wrinkled his nose and said that aftertaste was disgusting. He was saying that taste isn't from steeping too long. It's probably due to cheap tea leaves. Haha Starbucks, nice try. read more

We went through the drive thru and we were unintentionally the most annoying white girls and I changed my order three times because I couldn't decide and Mikaila who took our order was sooooo nice and soo patient and she joked along with us and said "it's okay I'm here for you!" They did something...fixed the espresso machine or maybe the baristas have that much more experience now. For the past 3 months my drink has been above and beyond! I come here every day again. Dellene and her husband have been growing, harvesting, and pressing their olive oils since 1997. The olive trees are over 100 years old and the olives for the olive oil must be hand picked because of the old olive trees' size. They are pressed on an olive press imported and hand-picked by Dellene's husband who traveled to Italy. Many viscissitudes can harm an olive harvest, such as wind, fire, too much rain, too little rain, and now, difficlty finding the good pickers and pressers. This last year's harvest was abundant and let's pray this year's is just as if not more! They have three types of plain olive oils along with flavored ones: Manzanillo, Sevillano, and Mission full body. I absolutely loved the peppery Manzanillo the best, but bought the buttery and well-rounded Sevillano as gifts for my pals-- they will love it. I hope you have a chance to taste the beautiful olive oils at Nash's, not just because they are complex, well-rounded, and delicious olive oils, but because they are made by very good people.

The wontons were wonderfully crispy, and not greasy at all, and they were very generous with the portion. I liked the sweet-and-sour sauce, it was sweet and just a little bit tangy. I had the Matcha milk tea, it was creamy and had a wonderful flavor. It's hard to describe the flavor of Matcha, but I do like it. It was a bit sweet, and just a bit savory. They asked me if I wanted the Boba pearls, which I did because I like them a lot, and they were very generous with them. A milk tea and an order of wontons was only nine bucks. Extremely reasonable. This was NOT) The shrimp had been boiled. Not fried. -Also ordered a thing of the crab wontons. They were very rubbery and stale. Overall it was very disappointing. Will not be eating there on our way back home. Side note: I probably would have gotten a combo but all the food on their food line was dried out and looked like it had been sitting all day. Driving to Washington and saw the billboard and had to pull over! I love picked goods and this…read moreplace didn't disappoint! $60 later, I left with many goodies and a menu to order more when I run out! The staff were so friendly and helpful while sampling at the bar. The candied jalapeños and picked beets were amazing. Bought a few items I didn't get to sample but can only imagine how good they will be. If you love olives or anything pickled, stop here!!!

The olive tasting bar that they have here made my heart and belly happy so I need to bring some home to Lodi.

This is a food truck in the back corner of a lot next to a truck wash and lube, I believe it's the same family that owns both. I decided to order the Tandoori Chicken and the Chicken Tikka Masala with a side on Naan. The food was ready in about 15 minutes, the staff was very nice. There is no place to sit outside! The food....awesome! Great flavor and portion sizes were perfect! If you are in the area, stop by, especially if you got off the highway to get gas passing through. I look forward to the next time I'm in this area!
