Located right next door to the Quest blood test place, it's super convenient if you had blood drawn in the morning after one of those fasting things you gotta do, you can just stop in here next door and get a shot of wake me up! They have little snackie food stuffs too if you need. If I'm headed south outta town, this is one of my usual locations to get a cup of caffeine for the road. Cause the 5 is one boring road! I usually always go into the store as it seems like less wait time. Or I can also use the free WiFi and check some emails or anything else. The music is not too loud inside, so that's a good thing. While driving through Red Bluff, we stopped by this Starbucks since it was one of the few places open late. They close at 9PM, much later than some Starbucks in the bay area. We actually picked up our mobile order via the drive through but I went in to pick up something. The employee I interacted was very friend and welcoming. I mentioned it was my first time in Red Bluff and was picking up some food down the block. She offered a few restaurant recommendations and welcomed us to Red Bluff. read more

I gave this starbucks 4 stars for various reasons ! The first, i was indecisive while making my choice of drink today, but the staff was patient, kind and let me take my time. The second star was because my order came out right. The 3rd star, because i didn't hear my name called and the girl was nice and walked me out my bagel. The 4th star is because not long after i sat down, at the table next to me a younger boy had spilled a hot drink all over himself, the table and the floor. While he's parents were tending to him, a guy that worked there came over and immediately started cleaning up the mess and was very friendly and geniuinely cared if the boy was hurt. He also made the family a new coffee. I appreicated his concern for the boy and wasn't just thinking about the extra work that was place on him :) So why 5 stars.. not sure if anything can be done about this but i wish there was more plug ins and the there is not alot of seating because it is a smaller Starbucks! read more

Bathroom was filthy. The sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks and there were no paper towels.

Out of all the coffee shops in town I avoid this one. Last time I ordered inside only one other person was seated when my sister and I placed an order. After 15 minutes the barista finally made our orders and said "the printer didn't make the receipt" This is was not a one time incident wish it was but honestly it was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. read more

I know, I know, after 300+ reviews, I am finally reviewing a Starbucks, but there is a reason... CLEAN BATHROOMS! I kid you not. I discovered this little trick a couple of road trips ago. No more fast food bathrooms, rest stops (as if), or gas stations for me-nope. With a Starbuck's in basically every town and then some, the potty situation has become rather easy. Starbuks in Red Bluff -- it's handy 'cause it's right off the southernmost offramp and it's right by a gas station AND it has a drivethrough. Of course, I agree with Mr. Buzz about the downgrading of their house coffee to something less than good stout coffee with flavor muscles, but I also agree with Mrs. Tamm that their bathrooms are always clean, which is nice. I prefer Starbuks with drivethrough windows, so I don't have to fiddle around with parking lots and lines. So this one is A-oK, as far as convenient coffee in Red Bluff that doesn't come out of a pot inside of the Food Mart at the ARCO station..... read more

I went there yesterday and order three drinks my word they were super strong they almost always mess up something when I order through drive thru I keep coming back because there chocolate ice shaken expresso with almond milk is so good but with out the chocolate it is strong so strong I took three drinks and threw it away. I drive through red bluff quite often and always stop at a coffee shop on the way. I decided to go to the Starbucks on Main Street because of convenience. It's right next to a gas station! Score! I went in and was greeted right away (not always the case with a Starbucks store) The drink came out fast and tasted great! The manager was on the floor as well. I think I saw her name tag as Jessica. She even checked with me to see how my drink was! She was extremely nice. The staff looked happy and were working well together. Definitely planning more trips here than at Dutch bros. service was pretty top notch! The drive thru guy was pretty cute too!!! read more

I am on a roadtrip from the Bay Area to Washington RIGHT NOW & just stopped at this Starbucks for coffee & a bathroom break. The women's room was occupied, so (with the encouragement of an employee - not that I needed it) I used the men's room. Sat down & immediately noticed I had just stepped in what I intuitively know could only be a massive pile of splooge in front of the toilet. It's 8 am. Someone REALLY likes this Starbucks I guess. TOTALLY NOT the employee's faults, you guys are great & if I were you, I wouldn't clean that up even if I knew it was there. SHOUT OUTS to the male person with either no courtesy or terrible aim who jerked off in this Starbuck's bathroom between 5 and 8 am this morning. It's a Starbucks. This particular stop is a good stop to make while on the road. Im starting to become very disappointed with Starbucks (in general). Flavors, coffee, staff, products are slowly becoming my least favorite. Flavor selection is limited along with their sugar free flavors. They do not have almond roca nor coconut! WOW! You can ask for the temperature to be 190 or the hottest possible and within an hour it is luke warm. When it comes to Starbucks I'm leaning over the fence (away). This is my opinion, I'd rather go to random espresso shacks and see what else is out there! read more

I was traveling through on August 5, 2015. While the service and coffee were the norm for Starbucks, I was surprised to see a man sitting at a table inside with a small dog cradled in his arms. As I left the dog was curled up ON THE TABLE, with the owner's arm still cradling it. Disgusting. I felt sorry for the next person who would sit at that table. read more
