This is my first time ordering and trying Dutch Bros. I ordered a free cotton candy shake and I gotta say, it is pretty good. What I like most is that when I placed my order and it said it should be ready by 8:52am, it was ready on time and to be picked up. The staff did an amazing job making it and on time. And the flavoring of this shake is really good just like the Strawberry Colada. The staff I can tell are fast, efficient, and know how to get things done the right way compared to Starbucks. There isn't much to say about ambiance as its drive thru or pick up window only. But I will for sure go to Dutch Bros again more in the future as the sizes are way better than Starbucks and I think the drinks are better quality with better variety. 5/5 stars for me from Dutch Bros. read more

The service was awesome. My order was wrong and they quickly remade it. The drink was awful. I got the new cosmic cookie dough. There was no flavor. It tasted like watered down coffee. The "cookie dough pieces" were too small to actually make the coffee taste good. Tried to order on app and it doesnt let you change the milk to oatmilk so I have a hard time using the app as im allergic to milk. I use it only when im in a big hurry. read more

After I put in my order, asking for extra soft top to my drink, paid, and kindly tipped the lady who took my order, the two ladies in there started talking smack about other customers who probably didn't have the best attitudes. Once I got my drink, I told her she only gave me a little soft top when I asked for extra and all she could say was that it was 2oz and there wasn't anything she could do. As we arrived to Dutch we noted the vehicle in the order they came in so that we can follow the order. About 3 minutes after we arrived a red ford escape arrived. There was one worker taking orders and went to help the ford driver after the fact that she saw we were there first. Then a second employee came out to help and skipped us as well and both employees proceeded to help about 5 more cars that came after us. Then we proceeded to get one of their attention and she apologized for skipping us. We gave her our order and proceeded to follow the line in which we arrived. The lady in the red ford tried to cut us off but we proceeded to go since she came way after we did. She held her horn for 10 seconds and she flipped us off. Then a Caucasian male with long blonde hair came out and went to talk to her then came up to our window and knocked on it. He let us know that we can't "cut off people", so we nicely explained the situation and he told us that it didn't matter and that we needed to follow the order in which the employees took the orders which would of had us wait even longer and let a bunch of cars go before we had the chance even tho we had got there first. Then he proceeded to lecture us on how we cut off his employee. As we waited in the line there was about 6 cars in front of us and 9 cars behind us, the employees prioritized the ford drivers drink first. Finally as we got to the window they gave us the wrong order then we again nicely explained what we had ordered just for the employee to tell us that she couldn't find our order and when she did that it was all the way at the end of the list, in which we had to wait even longer for them to make our drink. It seemed extremely unfair that they prioritized a off the clock employee over all the customers who waited in line and then on top of that decided to be childish and move our order all the way to the bottom. read more

I ordered a couple of drinks for my friends the girl taking our order was soo kind and working with us as we made sure we got all of our friends drinks ordered to their liking. Unfortunately there was a mistake in one which was no problem bc Dutch always gets busy so I asked if they can please remake the drink we requested to be caffein free since my friend is allergic to caffein. They girl made it seem like they were actually fixing the drink only to give us the exact same drink without the covering on the mouth of the lid, I really thought it was a joke, it was the exact same drink. My friend wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. It really upset me that they took the time to make it seem like they cared to fix my friends drink and literally acted as if they were remaking it. Unfortunately it was caffeinated so my friend has to deal with his allergic reaction for the simple fact that I guess they didn't have the time to correct the drink. :( read more
