I have been here a number of times and my only complaint is the long wait. All the employees that I have dealt with have been great, friendly, and helpful. When the waits are long I can tell they are trying to hustle and keep things moving but without sacrificing the customer service they provide. That also give my dog treats when I have her with me. I love Dutch Bros. so don't get me wrong. But this particular location has some serious issues with efficiency. They were admittedly slow before they remodeled, claiming they had little room to work. Long after the remodel, they are slower than ever! One line is always slower than the other by a wide margin. I waited over 15 minutes being only 3rd in line while the other line was longer and cars went through quickly. Cars who pulled up after us in the longer line were served much sooner. One could write this off as someone was being trained, maybe a car ordered a large quantity of drinks or maybe there was a mistake with an order. But this is a continual problem over several months. I had the worst first and last experience at this Dutch Bros location. First, I was unaware of how the line formation worked and I didn't realize it wrapped around and apparently I "cut someone off" and even after explaining that to the barista she still decided to tell me how "uncool" that was and that I needed to go to the back of the line. If I could give zero I would. I will not been seen at my old favorite spot to get coffee anymore. Was given a very hot coffee with an ill attached lid that sent flaming hot coffee all over my clean tan interior which naturally startled Me And made me literally yelp. Yet not a word was said by the staff not even an opps. Instead I spent the next twenty minutes cleaning the liquid coffee out of my car. Naturally there was nothing I could do to stop the staining process so now I have gross coffee camo interior, coffee.all over me and end up a half hour late to my midterm and no coffee.i shouldn't have to pay to have coffee thrown at me. This is garbage, staff should of came out to my car and apologized made my coffee and if not help me clean the mess they caused at least gave Me the materials to do so. Coffee is great, employees are always friendly, however, out of all the Dutch Bros I've been to, this is the worst in terms of speed of service. They simply don't know how to work a line and keep it moving consistently, every time. Seriously. Thirty minutes to work through 5 cars seems to be the norm here... unacceptable. This place is a business, and while it's great to be friendly and personable to customers, it is not a social club. I don't go there to have a conversation with a barista. Regardless, I still swing through when the line isn't long because I don't like sitting in my car for thirty minutes waiting for coffee. Those times I simply hit up Starbucks. Hit or miss. I had to update my review because I experienced much improvement!! I visited this location this morning and the Baristas kept the line moving, even stepping outside to take orders from cars behind the window which was super helpful. I noticed that the Baristas were a little less chatty, which I appreciated because they were friendly buy working really hard. This felt like customer service vs social hour. My coffee was great as usual, the only difference in today's experience vs the ones in the past is it didn't take me an outrageous amount of time to get it. I've been to this location a few times now and I swear every time I come here the girls are so rude!! They must put so much energy into their appearance that there's none left over to be nice and courteous. Also, they make coffee well, but don't order a flavored tea because they won't fill it up all the way for one, nor will it taste right. I don't only go to Dutch for the good coffee and tea, but for the experience! I usually tip, not this time! Not this Dutch! Maybe if I were a hot guy they'd be a little nicer.. As a formerly loyal Starbucks patron, I was hesitant to try Dutch. I like my drink exactly the same each time and honestly I don't actually like the taste of coffee so accuracy is key. My first time at Dutch was a slam dunk. I was there was a friend, the bro-ista engaged me in conversation and talked me into trying their drinks (free!) I tried and it was a little to sweet but their customer centricity was enough to get me to pull in the next time I drove by. That was that, I made the switch to a slightly different taste (now when I drink Starbucks it tastes bitter and burnt) and a far friendly, personal approach to business. Every Dutch Bros, while different, is the same: customer centric, high quality, stamp card!, and a great vibe. I made the switch from Starbucks nearly 9 years ago and haven't looked back. Dutch Bros stands for something and they understand their customer base. My only criticism, if there is one, is that they're so good at their jobs, patrons can get a little chatty at the window. I find myself waiting to get to the window while they guy in front of my blabs, long after getting his drink. It's a small price to pay for their service... Two different locations know my drink - it's often ready by the time I get to the window - they've donated product for the silent auction at my sons' school, Drink one for Dane and their support of other charities is touching and I look forward to the long line every year (often trying to hide my tears before I get to the window!) and the best thing, they give me and every woman a discount on mothers day! If you haven't given them a try or don't have one in your area, make sure to give them a try next time you're near one!! Keep up the great work DB! read more

Because of the odd position of the stand and the amount of cars that line up it makes it odd to line up, my mom had to make a u-turn in order to not block a possible exit. Another car tried pulling up and accused us of "cutting them off" the car in front of us told some girl that works there and told us we had to let the car behind us go ahead when we said we were there first she didn't believe cause I assume they're all friends, they all are the same age range. I've had problems with this stand before but this is by far the worst experience here, refusing customers for doing nothing wrong. It's always been a headache going to this location but it's the closest, I'm really just going to have to go else where. read more

I don't know how many times I've been here, but through my entire high school and college, I came here almost three times a week. I used to frequent every tuesday because, of course, two dollar tuesdays when they did it. Even though they stopped, I still came constantly. Of all the DB places these staff members are the best. They're not overly disrespectful in their music choices, they're usually funny and nice, and like some other places they don't ignore you for a little bit while they finish a conversation. They weren't horribly blasting with the music so i didn't have to scream my lungs out. In all, the best location for DB I've been to. However, there can be a line. I've been to a few Dutch Brothers locations, and this one seems to get my orders wrong every now and then. The girls ask my order 3-4 times during their chatter with the customers and still can't seem to get mine right. Maybe the music is too loud or their socializing is getting in the way of customer satisfaction?
