It's about everything. I was there 2-3 times and all of those times was a bad experience. The staff is rude all the time, orders messed up all the time. I'm an understandable person and I thought that it's all because of rush and because of high number of customers, but no, either it's a lot of people or not, it's bad. Today I've got enough of their attitude. There is a guy, who's taking orders and even if I double checking the order, anyway it would be wrong. I ordered rebel with watermelon and banana flavor, blue ras boba and I've got another rebel for my sister, which is watermelon, blue raspberry flavors and blue raspberry boba. I've got the banana rebel+ boba and another rebel with blue ras and watermelon, no boba. I kindly asked them to add missing boba, they told me, that I didn't order that, haha(and they begun sarcastically saying to each other that "everybody has a bad day"). I said that guy who takes orders always messing with my orders and they've got offended. I told them, that they didn't add watermelon flavor to another rebel. Another girl came to the window and started making a scene out of it. She told that she personally added watermelon flavor. That was funny, because my drink was fully yellow and with no watermelon flavor.(originally, when Dutch bros doing it right, it supposed to have beautiful gradient of yellow and blue-greenish colors). I showed her the drink that it fully yellow and I told her, that it doesn't have a watermelon flavor at all, but of course, she didn't agree and started talking over me. Then she said, that "Do you want me to redo your order, or what". I was polite all the conversation and after her proposition about redoing my drink, I just said bye and drive away and I'll never come back to their location. (even though I told her at very beginning, that I'm telling them about messed orders not redo it, but to make some action to be better and double check the order with that guy). I ordered my drink & I asked the lady which car I would be behind & so I tried getting behind the car she told me to & a lady next to me rolled down her window & started cussing at me saying that she ordered before me even though my car was in line way before hers was...as a girl in her 20's, it's not fun having a 40 year old women cuss at you. Coffee 3 star, service and convenience 5 stars.. Not a huge drive through coffee person, but if we are ever in that situation. You know that's where ill go. Today is no exception... the purpose of our trip... Halloween sticker! If sugar is your thing this is your place, usually I try to avoid that, but while here we go full blended sugar coma goodness... I am not sure where they find their employees, but they're always so upbeat and attractive. Seems like a sceen from a 90s high school health class. This location of Dutch Bros has cheerful staff that make my day even better. Their oat milk latte is my favorite. It's rich, creamy and delicious. This Dutch Bros location is always popping! Our girls love coming here for their blended drinks and teas. I will admit they do have some great flavors to choose from on their blended drinks and smoothies. This is one of the drive through only Dutch Bros. Located right off of Eastman Parkway and Burnside and in the same lot as Red Lobster. There are two lanes on both sides of the building that has a drive through window. The workers here are very nice and friendly. We never have a problem with waiting and generally always get our drinks very fast. The prices are a bit cheaper than Starbucks which is nice. They also do a stamp card where after 10 drinks you get one free. We love the fast, friendly service and the baristas that work here have a great attitude. read more

I usually never write reviews, but the experience I had here was absolutely terrible. I came to this location because I had gotten a drink at another location that made it all wrong and tasted weird. After placing my redo order and driving up to the window, literally everyone working inside flocked to the other side because their coworker was visiting. Instead of having some fun conversation while waiting for my drink as is the Dutch Bros custom I had a view of everyone's back. But that wasn't the worst part! A few minutes later I was handed my drink (2 shots over ice with vanilla/coconut flavor and topped off with coconut milk, pretty simple) I took a sip and almost spit it out! I have never in my life tastes something so tasteless while being extremely bitter and burnt. I asked them to make it right and the girl proceeded to say that they did and there were people behind me that they needed to get to. I was treated like an irritated customer that needed to be gotten rid of when I was nice and not even originally upset about my drink being messed up. Very disappointing. read more

Never happy when I come here, tonight was the last straw. It was pouring rain and I wanted a coffee for tomorrow morning, had to go tonight since husband takes car to work in the a.m. No one was in line so we drive up, rain starts pouring in our window, the girl hardly comes within the doorway. How the heck does that work if your friend was chatting it up with u far away from the line they should have been waiting in the que so irritating. Since moving out to the Greater Portland area, this has been my first experience with a Dutch Bros Coffee. When we pulled up there were two cars in front of us and the girl taking orders seemed to just be talking to the first car. At first, I thought they just had a large order, that is until I saw the girl hand the driver two coffees. So, admittedly my first impression of Dutch Bros was off to a pretty bad start. The wait time here absolutely sucks. Like I said earlier, it doesn't help when one of the girls in the booth decides to chat up the front car in line. I got a White Zombie which was extremely sweet, but there was no way I could possibly finish a Medium. If you've never been to a Dutch Bros, you'll be surprised to find out their Medium freezes are at about the halfway point between a Starbucks Grande and Vente. The coffee itself was pretty good and I honestly enjoyed it more than Starbucks, but with a lot of other DBC locations around I'd much rather swing by another location than putting up with the long wait time at this booth location. read more

first we waited in line for over five plus minutes before a person even popped out of the little stand.. then i noticed my nitro cold brew didn't even have the soft top on it when i had driven out of line. i was already running behind and then had to turn back around and get in line again to wait even longer. i was told people are training and as a trainer myself at my own job you would think the people training in this building would train their people properly. especially if people are paying almost 6$ for a cup of coffee. i won't even come back to this dutch bros stand again. my usual spot always gets the order right and they get the line moving quickly. and after drinking the replacement, it's bitter and doesn't taste like the drink i have been getting at my normal stand. this is just an overall bad look for your brand to have employees not make your drinks by recipe every time. read more

I love how close it is and usually they are good. But don't get a Dutch soda here cause it's a complete scam. I got two Dutch bros sodas with no ice. They told me it's 1.50$ extra each because In order to top it off they need to use and extra can. That is fair enough but when I get my drink I relized my boyfriends was to the top and mine was an inch or two lower. Later he said he saw them use one can for the two of ours. The only reason I don't give this location a 5 star is that it can be VERY slow to get through the line. I'm never sure why, because as soon as I get up there I order my coffee, get it quickly, and move on with my day. However, this is closest to home and on my way to work, so I still go here on a regular basis. The baristas are awesome and the drinks are delicious for a good price. The people in the window are always very friendly and talkative which I enjoy. I love the service and the quality of this Dutch overall. I spend at least $210 per month here. That's how consistent they are with their coffee. Better services than any other place. They accidentally charged me for 2 extra coffees today. So I emailed the main website and less than an hour got a response that the owner of that location will contact me soon. About 4-5 hours later got an email and refund right away for the over charge. Every time I'm in my home state I stay loaded up on DB's reasonably priced coffee drinks to combat grey skies. Are there more schmancy 'artisan' and better coffee to be had in P'land? I mean, dur...yes. However, my non-profit salary appreciates the good quality, large selection, ability to customize with a smile and friendly service. I've never had a big issue with attitude like some other joints. The main drawback if for sure the longish lines, but I feel they bust them out as fast as they can. I mean its a rainy day and hot, decent well-priced coffee - sorry its busy prima donnas! Today Bri (1:15ish 2/25/2018) at the window didn't seem that she wanted to be at work. She took my order and I added a last drink at the end and she just looked at me. I gave her my card and stamp card. I ordered four drinks total. She only stamped two and I asked another barista if it has changed and she said no. She was kind and stamped two more for me. When I was handed my drinks by Bri I told her that one drink was wrong that I ordered a mini drink. She looked at me she was frustrated. I asked her if I can have a mini cup since my son won't drink a Med smoothie. She handed it and dropped the top on the ground. I asked for another top and didn't want to go out of her way for me. When I received everything I had asked for I asked her for her name. She said Bri and then said she can refund me the med smoothie. She could have corrected the problem and resolved the issue before I asked for her name. I'm not complaining to get anything free. I go to your stand all the time to order gift cards for my youth group weekly for prizes. I believe Bri needs to have training to correct her behavior or maybe she is in the wrong job. I love how Dutch bros welcome me and cares about me. Bri didn't show that. She was not committed to providing the best experience. Bri didn't positively interact with with me. She didn't genuinely care about me as a customer and she didn't do her best to find solutions to the problem that came up. Bri has to go to work believing the mission statement. Going to work knowing that she choose the right job that fits her. She failed the mission statement. We will NOT be returning to Dutch Bros. We have been loyal customers since the beginning and unfortunately Dutch Bros has gone completely downhill. This is by far the trashiest Dutch Bros we've ever been to. We have been to other locations where people were classy, nice and decent at making coffee. This location has caused us to no longer be supportive of this business. There are extremely trashy ladies working at this location. They look like they just rolled out of bed, act hungover or drunk and don't know how to make a decent drink. One in particular girl has long greasy hair. And the whole time we were afraid it would get in our coffee. Theres another heavier set brunette who wears yoga pants too tight for her body and it's extremely unappealing. The clothing/hungover look wouldn't be so offensive if it weren't for their unprofessional attitudes. On several occasions some of the girls will hide in the back and talk poorly about the customers. Many of them have bratty attitudes. It's honestly so sad that Dutch Bros has gone this downhill. I used to rep the Dutch Bros sticker on my car.
